Amazing
GGuest UserDear Team at Elaf Taiba Hotel,
I had a truly wonderful stay at Elaf Taiba Hotel. The location was excellent and very convenient for visiting the Prophetâs Mosque, which made my time in Madinah especially meaningful. The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere throughout my visit.
I would also like to express my appreciation for the professionalism and kindness of the staff, who were always helpful and attentive. Their warm service made my stay even more enjoyable.
Overall, everything met and exceeded my expectations, and I felt well cared for during my time at your hotel.
Thank you once again for your hospitality. I look forward to staying with you again in the future, in shÄâ AllÄh.
Kind regards,
Fahmida Begum
SSadiya DattiWe had an amazing stay, Al Amin Sarke was good to us, he did everything possible for us to make our stay memorable, he booked and arranged taxis for us, and also the staff of the hotel were all good.
GGuest UserA very luxurious hotel, very exquisite, close to the campus and the women's prayer.Â
âI would like to thank the receptionists (Mohamed al-Qarshi and Rim al-Atibi) for their good attention and kindness to the hotel guests.
GGuest UserI recently stayed at this hotel and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The location is truly unbeatable â close to major attractions, shopping areas, and plenty of dining options.
The staff were exceptional throughout my stay. Everyone I interacted with was warm, welcoming, and eager to assist. Check-in was smooth and fast. Housekeeping was also consistent and attentive, ensuring the room was always clean and comfortable.
Overall, itâs a well-managed hotel with a great team and an ideal location. I would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
AAnonymous UserI booked this room for my parents who were performing their Umrah during Ramadan. They really enjoyed their 5-night stay at this hotel.
One of the biggest advantages is its proximity to Al-Nabawi Mosque, which is incredibly convenient for attending prayers, especially during Ramadan.
The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. My parents felt very much at ease throughout their entire stay.
They truly appreciated their experience, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Medina for Umrah or a spiritual visit.
DD KayalExcellent, clean hotel with a good location. The only disadvantages are that some of the room service staff are uncooperative and take time to serve even after requesting. The strange thing is that one of them lies and claims that we refuse the service. Most of the things we ask for, we say they are not available, and the coffee capsules are delayed from the restaurant, unfortunately.
DDrOBYExcellent location just north of Masjid Nabawiâabout 7 minutesâ walk to the womenâs entrance at the northeast corner. Clean and comfortable rooms with good internet. Staff are friendly, and service is consistently warm and professional. Ideal for pilgrims seeking convenience and comfort. Close to food outlets and shopping malls.
There were initial glitches when the hotel said we did not have a booking. However, Trip.com agent helped clarify the issues promptly and checked in without problem. The receptionist even upgraded our room.
GGuest UserWe had originally booked another hotel but upon arrival there we immediately canceled our reservation and were looking for another hotel in the area ASAP, something clean, close to Masjid Nabawi and fairly priced. Â We knew the name and brand; however, we saw two Intercontinental hotels and went with the one we felt had a slight edge or advantage.
The hotel was built many years ago and we were informed that it is in the planning process of a renovation so we knew ahead of time what to expect. It has signature blue carpet and a 1950âs/1960âs vibe that I personally adored (almost out of a James Bond movie with Sean Connery). Â Everyday we stayed at the hotel, it grew on us. Â The view outside was heavenly mashAla. Â Remember you can open the window haha some people I imagine think they canât. Â It such an experience and you have to do it. Â Most importantly, however, the sweatheart staff and how accommodating they were, you forget youâre staying at the Intercontinental and imagine youâre at your friends house. Â Again, We had an amazing window view and could see in the direction of Uhud. Â All The cafeâs are right outside of the hotel, the mosque is literally right outside the hotel and down the walking path, maybe a 5 minute walk. Â Plenty of pigeons to feed, affordable Ubers/ Taxi right outside, you can walk to Uhud you can walk to Quba, you can do it all. Â And the best part, the check-in/help desk are right in front of you when you walk in to the lobby. Â
Side note: if you enjoy peoppe watching , you get a great view from your hotel room to the outside.Â
They have a coffee bar in the Lobby with free dates and Arabic coffee (world class) and this hotel served the best Breakfast and room service food Iâve ever had and Iâve been to 51 countries, aged 44. Â It was even at par or better maybe than the Jabal Omar in Mecca we stayed at. Â You absolutely cannot lose out by staying at this hotel. Â If you have any issues pick up your room phone and dial any one of the prompts and someone will alleviate any issues you have. Â
The hotel executive management were world class and again treated me like a friend/family. Â Based off our repertoire Iâd come back to this hotel because Sister Khadijah and staff were so amazing mashAla.
AarsheelFor what the hotels worth, itâs a really good one. The beds are super comfy, the toilets are clean and the staff are helpful. Shuttle bus is provided for all 5 prayers to the Masjid. Used uber sometimes if I had other plans, and itâs affordable. Probably the only negative thing I experienced is that the wifi can be a bit unstable inside the room. Other than that, totally worth it.
