"Hotel is good economic option with good room. Amenities are good but quality needs to be improved. It’s 3-4 mins walk from gate 310, which is quite easy access. There was issue in hanging clothes due to low rods in cupboards. Pakistani restaurants are at door step. It has good parking. WiFi is fine and work with sometime showing hiccups. Fridge, cattle and har dryer good. Lift is very good. No delays in moving from hotel to haram. Hotel needs improvement their washing services because even washed bed sheets had hair."

I had a very pleasant stay at Grand Plaza Al Madinah Hotel. The location is excellent — just a short walking distance to Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, which made it very convenient for prayers, especially for Fajr and Isha.
The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Housekeeping was consistent, and the amenities provided were sufficient for a relaxing stay. The hotel staff were polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with any requests.
Breakfast had a good variety of options, and the overall environment of the hotel was calm and family-friendly. I truly appreciate the smooth check-in and check-out process.
Highly recommended for anyone visiting Madinah for Umrah or ziyarah. I would definitely stay here again in the future."

"Overall, I had a pleasant stay. I did find some hair on the bed sheet on the first day, but aside from that, everything was fine. The room has an amazing view of the Haram and the staff are great, especially Mr Muotaz and Mr Mumin. They’re very friendly and easy to talk to. Some staff may take a bit of time to understand requests, so you might need to be patient and follow up. If the room cleaning could be improved, I’d definitely give it a 5. Overall, I had a great stay in Madinah."

AAnonymous UserOur stay at InterContinental Madinah Dar Al Iman was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The hotel perfectly blends luxury, comfort, and spirituality, offering everything one could wish for when visiting the Prophet’s Mosque.
The location is unbeatable, just steps away from Al-Masjid An-Nabawi, with direct access to the ladies’ and men’s prayer gates, making it incredibly convenient, especially during prayer times.
The rooms were spacious, beautifully maintained, and spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds, soft linens, and all the amenities expected from a top tier hotel. The view of the Prophet’s Mosque from our window was breathtaking and made every moment feel extra special.
Service throughout our stay was impeccable. The staff were courteous, professional, and genuinely kind, always ready to assist with a smile. Check in and checkout were smooth, and housekeeping was attentive to every detail.
The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a wide variety of international and Middle Eastern dishes, all fresh and delicious. The restaurant staff were warm and accommodating, making sure every guest felt welcome.
Overall, InterContinental Dar Al Iman truly stands out for its prime location, world class hospitality, and serene atmosphere. It’s the ideal place for anyone visiting Madinah, whether for Umrah, Hajj, or personal reflection. The location is excellentjust a short walking distance to Masjid Nabawi, which made it very convenient for prayers, especially during peak times.The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with some offering beautiful views of the Haram. Housekeeping was generally good, and the atmosphere in the hotel felt calm and suitable for a spiritual trip. Many guests also highlight cleanliness and comfort as strong points. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist when needed. Breakfast had a good variety, and the service in the dining area was efficient.

The hotel is very clean, the room is comfortable and well-equipped, the bedding is of good quality, and the atmosphere is calm and pleasant. The location is a huge plus: the hotel is ideally situated, just a stone's throw from the mosque, which is very convenient. The staff is welcoming and professional. One of the biggest advantages is its proximity to Al-Nabawi Mosque, which is incredibly convenient for attending prayers, especially during Ramadan.
The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. My parents felt very much at ease throughout their entire stay.
They truly appreciated their experience, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Medina for Umrah or a spiritual visit.

GGuest UserThe hotel was magnificent, very close to Masjid Nabawi. The room was very spacious, the bedding was comfortable, and the staff were very kind and attentive. The Boustane Al Safia museum is right next to the hotel, with restaurants for all tastes. I highly recommend it and will gladly return.

GGuest UserWe stayed here for two nights in Madinah with our family. The nightly rate was on the expensive side, but it felt in line with other similar hotels in the area. The location is decent — it’s around a 15-minute drive to Al-Haram — but there is no shuttle service at all. On the positive side, the room and overall facilities were clean.
Unfortunately, a few issues really impacted our stay. There is construction immediately behind (almost attached to) the building, and we were woken up around 7:00 AM by nonstop drilling that continued for hours. Because of the noise, we ended up leaving the hotel and staying out as much as possible during the daytime. This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. The hotel should have the courtesy to clearly share this noise/construction situation at the time of booking, so guests can make an informed decision.
Parking was another major challenge. The parking is very limited and the access is not easy, so if you’re traveling with a car, it can be quite difficult and stressful. Lastly, while the staff
we did interact with were friendly, it was often hard to find someone when we needed assistance.

GGuest UserWe had originally booked another hotel but upon arrival there we immediately canceled our reservation and were looking for another hotel in the area ASAP, something clean, close to Masjid Nabawi and fairly priced. We knew the name and brand; however, we saw two Intercontinental hotels and went with the one we felt had a slight edge or advantage.
The hotel was built many years ago and we were informed that it is in the planning process of a renovation so we knew ahead of time what to expect. It has signature blue carpet and a 1950’s/1960’s vibe that I personally adored (almost out of a James Bond movie with Sean Connery). Everyday we stayed at the hotel, it grew on us. The view outside was heavenly mashAla. Remember you can open the window haha some people I imagine think they can’t. It such an experience and you have to do it. Most importantly, however, the sweatheart staff and how accommodating they were, you forget you’re staying at the Intercontinental and imagine you’re at your friends house. Again, We had an amazing window view and could see in the direction of Uhud. All The cafe’s are right outside of the hotel, the mosque is literally right outside the hotel and down the walking path, maybe a 5 minute walk. Plenty of pigeons to feed, affordable Ubers/ Taxi right outside, you can walk to Uhud you can walk to Quba, you can do it all. And the best part, the check-in/help desk are right in front of you when you walk in to the lobby.
Side note: if you enjoy peoppe watching , you get a great view from your hotel room to the outside.
They have a coffee bar in the Lobby with free dates and Arabic coffee (world class) and this hotel served the best Breakfast and room service food I’ve ever had and I’ve been to 51 countries, aged 44. It was even at par or better maybe than the Jabal Omar in Mecca we stayed at. You absolutely cannot lose out by staying at this hotel. If you have any issues pick up your room phone and dial any one of the prompts and someone will alleviate any issues you have.
The hotel executive management were world class and again treated me like a friend/family. Based off our repertoire I’d come back to this hotel because Sister Khadijah and staff were so amazing mashAla.

GGuest UserWaqf Othman Bin Affan Hotel has a very good location and only 6 minute walk to the Prophet’s mosque. Cleanliness was average and could be improved
Service was good overall as the staff honoured both early check-in and late check-out requests, which was appreciated.
Amenities were quite basic and often had to be requested rather than being readily available
Overall, the stay was acceptable mainly due to the location and helpful service, but improvements in cleanliness and amenities would enhance the experience.

The check in was smooth, very responsive CS for asking several things and booking code for nusuk matters, only by WhatsApp. The room is small and no window but we could get some rest here. There is a small restaurant near and affordable. Unfortunately, we left our plastic consists of our shoes at the lobby while catching pick up taxi to Makkah. My mistake but there was no good news about it. At the same day as we arrived at Makkah, directly contact the CS but no one saw it and they did not want to check the cctv.
