This proximity makes it incredibly easy to attend prayers, especially Fajr and late-night prayers, without the stress of transportation or long walking distances. The staff at Makarem Burj Al Madinah deserve special recognition. Every team member I encountered was welcoming, respectful, and genuinely eager to help. The front desk staff handled check-in smoothly and professionally, always ready to assist with questions or requests. Equally impressive was the cleaning team, who maintained the rooms and public areas to an exceptionally high standard. Their attention to detail was evident daily, and their polite and friendly manner made the stay even more comfortable. As the hotel is only around six months old, everything feels fresh, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The rooms, corridors, and common areas are spotless, well maintained, and beautifully finished. There is a noticeable sense of cleanliness throughout the property, complemented by a pleasant and refreshing fragrance that greets you as soon as you enter. This consistent cleanliness and inviting atmosphere contribute greatly to a sense of peace and relaxation after long hours spent at the Haram. Another excellent feature of the hotel is the 24-hour gym, which is thoughtfully segregated for men and women. This allows guests to exercise comfortably and privately at any time of day or night. The gym is modern, clean, and well equipped, making it easy to maintain a fitness routine even while traveling. Having round-the-clock access is especially convenient for guests with busy schedules centered around prayer times. Breakfast at Makarem Burj Al Madinah was another highlight of the stay. We had an excellent stay at Hotel Peninsula Madina. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, making it easy to access important places in Madinah. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, respectful, and always ready to assist with any request. My room was well-maintained, spacious, and very comfortable, providing a peaceful environment to rest. The housekeeping service was consistent, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and pleasant. I was also impressed by the quality of the breakfast and the professionalism of the entire team. I highly recommend Hotel Peninsula Madina to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Madinah, and I look forward to staying here again. I am very satisfied with my stay at Jayden Hotel. The location is excellent, very close to Al Haram and one of the closest hotels to Rawdah. Because of this, I was able to go for all five daily prayers easily. The reception staff, especially Masara, was very helpful, kind, and welcoming. She made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The bellboy, Nazmul, and the rest of the staff were also kind and very helpful throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again whenever I visit Madinah.

The rooms were spacious, beautifully maintained, and spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds, soft linens, and all the amenities expected from a top tier hotel. The view of the Prophet’s Mosque from our window was breathtaking and made every moment feel extra special. Service throughout our stay was impeccable. The staff were courteous, professional, and genuinely kind, always ready to assist with a smile. Check in and checkout were smooth, and housekeeping was attentive to every detail. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a wide variety of international and Middle Eastern dishes, all fresh and delicious. The restaurant staff were warm and accommodating, making sure every guest felt welcome. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at Anwar Al Madinah Mövenpick Hotel. The location is exceptional—just a very short walk to Al-Masjid An-Nabawi, making it incredibly convenient for prayers. The staff were welcoming, kind, and always willing to help. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, and the hotel facilities made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and the peaceful atmosphere throughout our stay. Thank you for making our visit to Madinah so memorable. We would definitely love to stay here again on our next visit, in shaa Allah.

This hotel is very suitable for those who want to stay on the green dome side, only 5 minutes walk. And the hotel is right next to saffiya museum and the new restaurants, so many good ones to choose from. The hotel is directly connected to a mall, and cheap pakistani food is also available, and lots of clothes shops. So everything is nearby. Only ladies prayer area is further away, but I didn't mind walking.

Thr location is fantastic literally at the front gate which is very near, surrounding by a lot of shops and restaurant so no need to worry. Came late for check in but not a problem, the recepcionist is very kind, fast process and polite too. The room is clean and nice with a haram view, but there is no water in our room need to ask to be given. On our last night, asking for water from a housekeeping in the lobby but one of them rudely told us to buy it ourself in the shop but then the other said that he will bring it to our room. He bring a half dozen of water to our room and demand money from us, I told him I only have 10 sar to give but he insisted that this is not free, I got angry and told him I will go down to the lobby to search for the people who is in charge to asking if the water is not free for a hotel guest. Only after that he agree to give it for 10 sar. Please train your staff better, if its not free state it when we first check in that water in this hotel is not free that we will be sharge separately later. Other than that this hotel is nice.

Good for location, Hotel is not clean , all the furniture too old, toilet is not clean need refurbishment, not worth for money

Disappointing Experience – Room Not Reserved Despite Confirmed Booking I booked two rooms, each with a king-size bed, for two couples. Before arriving, I called the hotel and informed them that I would arrive late, around 1:00 AM or possibly a little later. The hotel staff confirmed that my booking was secure and told me there was no issue with the late arrival, so I was reassured. However, when I finally arrived, I was told that my rooms had been given to other guests. I explained that I had a confirmed booking and had also called the hotel in advance to inform them of my late arrival. The staff then said the rooms were given away because I had not paid in advance. I was never asked to make an advance payment, nor was I informed that my booking would be cancelled without payment. Eventually, they provided an apartment with twin rooms instead. It had only one king-size bed, while the other room had single beds, which was not what I had originally booked. Despite this downgrade/change, I was charged the same amount as my original booking. Overall, I am not satisfied with the service or the way my reservation was handled. If the hotel could not hold the rooms without advance payment, they should have clearly informed me when I called. Giving confirmed rooms to other guests after confirming my late arrival is very disappointing and unprofessional.
