The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, and the complimentary shuttle service is excellent. Breakfast was delicious and very filling. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. Absolutely loved my stay at Crowne Plaza Madinah! The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming. The location is perfect—just a short walk from Masjid an Nabawi, making it extremely convenient for prayers and visiting the holy site. The hotel truly offers a luxurious experience with excellent facilities and outstanding service. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madinah, and I would definitely stay here again!

Stayed here for 4 days and had a solid experience. The location is the biggest win—it’s extremely close to the Prophet's Mosque, which made attending prayers very easy and saved a lot of time. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable enough for a good night's rest after a long day. I found the staff to be helpful and the check-in process was relatively smooth. Breakfast had a decent variety of options to start the day. One thing to note is that the elevators can get quite busy during prayer times, so you’ll want to head down a bit early. Overall, it’s a reliable choice if you want convenience and a comfortable stay in Medina.

A lovely hotel. We received excellent service throughout the hotel with special mention to the reception desk, the porters and housekeeping. The location is one of the best, if not the best. It is located right in front of the haram. We booked a standard room with Haram view. The view was wonderful. We were located on the 2nd floor and we had a view of the gumbad. The room is comfortable for a couple but it would feel cramped if a spare bed was added.

We had an extraordinary stay at the Radisson Medina. It truly felt like a five-star luxury experience from start to finish. The hotel was beautifully designed, and the breakfast spread was absolutely outstanding—so much variety, with both local and international options. Every staff member was attentive and so helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed. I highly recommend Radisson for anyone looking for a premium stay in Medina!

The location is quite good. It's right across the street from Al Rashid Mega Mall, the largest store in Medina, and only a 10-minute drive from Mount Uhud. There are also 24-hour mini-supermarkets nearby, so it's fairly convenient. The room was reasonably clean, and there are four elevators that run quickly, so you rarely have to wait. However, there's no room service. Overall, I'm quite satisfied.

I only got this hotel as my previous hotel cancelled on us 2 weeks before the arrival date. After reading some reviews online I was but concerned but stay at the hotel was peaceful as my family 5 of us stayed in one big room with 3 single beds and one king size bed. Breakfast was very good in the morning. Particularly one staff name Mubarak was very helpful and always was there if anything needed. So overall it was a good experience. Thank
