The front desk staff handled check-in smoothly and professionally, always ready to assist with questions or requests. Equally impressive was the cleaning team, who maintained the rooms and public areas to an exceptionally high standard. As the hotel is only around six months old, everything feels fresh, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The rooms, corridors, and common areas are spotless, well maintained, and beautifully finished. There is a noticeable sense of cleanliness throughout the property, complemented by a pleasant and refreshing fragrance that greets you as soon as you enter. This consistent cleanliness and inviting atmosphere contribute greatly to a sense of peace and relaxation after long hours spent at the Haram. Another excellent feature of the hotel is the 24-hour gym, which is thoughtfully segregated for men and women. This allows guests to exercise comfortably and privately at any time of day or night. The staff were very attentive to service. When they saw us carrying large pieces of luggage, they proactively came forward to help and patiently answered all our questions. Their friendly attitude made us feel very warm.

Maysal Al Harithiyah Hotel is conveniently located in Medina center. It is a short walk of 100m from Masjid-i Nabawi. The rooms are clean and spacious. They upgraded our regular room to a suite at arrival. Meals are open buffett with various dishes around the globe. It has a cozy cafe at the ground level. But prices are quite high compared to Makkah. Probably it is in line with the other hotels in this vicinity but if you expect Makkah prices here, you will be dissappointed. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay here. We appreciate the hotel management and the staff for keeping the hotel at a high quality.

A comfortable hotel located near the airport, offering a free 24-hour shuttle service to the airport. It also provides complimentary shuttle service to the Prophet’s Mosque for every prayer time. A great place to rest before your departure, with friendly staff and secure luggage storage available.

I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at this hotel. The room was clean, quiet, and provided everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The location is one of the hotel’s strongest advantages, as it is conveniently situated midway between Al-Masjid an-Nabawi and Masjid Qiba. Both can be reached on foot in approximately 10–15 minutes, making it an excellent choice for visitors who enjoy walking. The manager deserves special recognition. He was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always willing to help whenever needed. His professionalism, cooperation, and genuine care for the guests made a noticeable difference throughout my stay. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay, a convenient location, and excellent hospitality in Madinah.

A lovely hotel. We received excellent service throughout the hotel with special mention to the reception desk, the porters and housekeeping. The location is one of the best, if not the best. It is located right in front of the haram. We booked a standard room with Haram view. The view was wonderful. We were located on the 2nd floor and we had a view of the gumbad. The room is comfortable for a couple but it would feel cramped if a spare bed was added.

The Radisson Blu Hotel, Al Madinah is superb! Great location, pleasant atmosphere, and attentive service. The rooms are clean and tidy with excellent facilities, and the bedding is comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast is rich and delicious with a wide variety of options. The staff are enthusiastic, professional, and respond quickly. Getting around is convenient, as it's close to the mosque, and the free shuttle service is very handy. It offers excellent value for money and is highly recommended. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Al Madinah!

I only got this hotel as my previous hotel cancelled on us 2 weeks before the arrival date. After reading some reviews online I was but concerned but stay at the hotel was peaceful as my family 5 of us stayed in one big room with 3 single beds and one king size bed. Breakfast was very good in the morning. Particularly one staff name Mubarak was very helpful and always was there if anything needed. So overall it was a good experience. Thank
