3-Star Hotels in Medina

Our family has a great stay here while performed Umrah and visited Madinah. The room is small but clean and has many amenities. Very near to nabawi mosque especially gate no 320. It's walking distance to buggy car for quba mosque and restaurant. The staff in restaurant very attentive and watch carefully every guest so they can had best experience, although not so many Asian food option. The staff in the hotel is really kind and helpful too. Feeling happy to stay here.

I’m extremely disappointed with the way I was treated at this hotel. When I arrived, there was an issue confirming my booking — despite it being fully paid in advance. Instead of helping resolve the situation quickly or showing any sense of urgency, the staff made me wait at the front desk for over two hours with no clear communication or real attempt to assist. They simply kept saying there was nothing they could do, passing the responsibility without taking any initiative. No empathy, no apology, and no basic customer service. After a long day of travel, this was the last thing I needed. This experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. I expected much better from a hotel of this standard.

This hotel was amazing. Booked 3 haram views room and the views are breathtaking with speakers in the hotel to read with jamaat. Housekeeping was really quick and efficient. Lifts were a bit slow as we had separate rooms on every floor. Was opposite gate 330 and straight into masjid e nabwi. I recommend booking your rawdah appointment and walk straight down to gate 360. I would definitely recommend and stay here again. It is definitely a 5 star hotel. The shops nearby are a bit expensive but bin dawood mall is really good for groceries. It was an amazing experience. We wasn’t allowed late checkout as our flight was @ 3:10 in the morning so we had to leave the luggage in the reception and wait around 8-9 hours. The smell of smoke was coming into our non-smoking rooms, even though we specifically requested non-smoking. This was very bothersome, especially since I was traveling with children. I personally didn't like the location; it's about an 8-9 minute walk to the Haram, which feels a bit far, and it takes even longer if it's crowded. Unfortunately, the rooms have no soundproofing; we could clearly hear street noise and sounds from the hallways. On a positive note, all the reception staff were very respectful and professional.

Very nice hotel, modern and clean, great staff, comfortable and spacious room. Small downsides: problems with hot water in the shower and the distance from Masjid Ennabawi due to work in the city but the hotel provides a shuttle before and after each prayer

Previously, I was looking for a hotel reference to stay while in Medina, I'm from Indonesia and I'm not a typical traveller who is hard to adapt, God willing, I won't complain much. I chose this hotel because it is the favorite hotel of Indonesians when going to Medina, because it is only a 5-6 minute walk to the prophet's mosque. 4 days 3 nights for 2 rooms I stayed here for a triple room type, I stayed here with my family after we did Umrah. The plus value of this hotel is that the air conditioner is cold, even you feel cold when you turn off No water for us since we check in until out 😭

This hotel was supposed to be 3.5 kilometres in a straight line to Masjid Al nabawi but due to road works we ended up travelling 9 km each way. The hotel itself is a converted apartment building that turned into Suites probably because the owner couldn't sell the apartments due to the area not close to any business centres or shopping malls. Prices were reasonable and the staff was friendly and communication is great No USB charging ports provided anywhere including lounge or bedrooms. No towels or any cleaning supplies provided to keep this little apartment clean. Bathroom floors were extremely slippery to the level I would call dangerous. Bathroom fittings, kitchen ,bedrooms and all furniture in living area also large and comfortable , but we booked for six beds they only provided us 5 beds plus a thin single mattress , which was a great disappointment. But for us, the biggest drawback was that it's too far from Masjid Al nabawi and not suitable even at low prices. I would recommend paying more to be closer to Masjid Al nabawi there are plenty of options within 15-20 minutes walk at good price, but if your reason to stay in Madina is not Masjid Al nabawi, then this hotel suite is okay, just consider all the notes I made above.

room is just like a picture. its an apartment with someone at lobby. its a neighborhood area. downstairs have super market and cheap food. i try to get the cheapest room i can find inside trip.com but what i get is a family room. this is around 30 min walking from masjid nabawi. its clean good. aircon is good . bath tub. bed is clean.

The overall environment is quiet and tidy, and the service is professional and thoughtful.
