We had good experience at the hotel. The distance from hotel to haram is near and the nearest gate was 365 it was very close to Raudah *************. The breakfast were good and delicious. Thank you to Mr. shamem for the pleasant service. May Allah bless him.

A beautiful, clean, and well-kept hotel. Its location is convenient for men, but a bit far for women. However, it's very close to the entrance for visiting the Rawdah Sharifah. The breakfast was good and tasty, and the chef was excellent, though the variety wasn't extensive. Downstairs, there's a nice cafe, a shopping center, an ATM, and other shops. Thank you to all the hotel staff, and special thanks to Mr. Al Humaidan for the late check-out. Wishing you all the best!

Was a clean hotel. Online booking said this was 5 stars but actually its a 3 star hotel as shown on official paper at the reception. To be giant I don't have any issues.. everything was good. I took my mum on wheelchair and there was no issue. My mum felt cold and it made her arthritis worse- Mr Sared ( some form of supervisor) sent an oil filled heater. This was really helpful.

The rooms are very clean, comfortable, and quiet. There's private parking available, and it's close to the Haram (Grand Mosque) with easy access to the hotel.

The hotel is new, clean, and very high-class. The staff is very attentive, especially the receptionist, Hazim. The hotel is very close to the Prophet's Mosque; it feels like two minutes away. About a hundred to two hundred meters from the hotel, you begin to see the minarets of the Prophet's Mosque. It's located in the opposite direction from the Glamamah Mosque. I booked it twice. On the first day, August 4, 2026, it was 5,600 rubles with breakfast included, using the Trip app. After a few days, the price increased slightly to 8,000 rubles with breakfast, but I booked subsequent days through Ozon for 5,700 rubles without breakfast. The tickets were also the cheapest through the Ozon marketplace. I checked into this hotel on August 5, 2026.

This hotel was supposed to be 3.5 kilometres in a straight line to Masjid Al nabawi but due to road works we ended up travelling 9 km each way. The hotel itself is a converted apartment building that turned into Suites probably because the owner couldn't sell the apartments due to the area not close to any business centres or shopping malls. Prices were reasonable and the staff was friendly and communication is great No USB charging ports provided anywhere including lounge or bedrooms. No towels or any cleaning supplies provided to keep this little apartment clean. Bathroom floors were extremely slippery to the level I would call dangerous. Bathroom fittings, kitchen ,bedrooms and all furniture in living area also large and comfortable , but we booked for six beds they only provided us 5 beds plus a thin single mattress , which was a great disappointment. But for us, the biggest drawback was that it's too far from Masjid Al nabawi and not suitable even at low prices. I would recommend paying more to be closer to Masjid Al nabawi there are plenty of options within 15-20 minutes walk at good price, but if your reason to stay in Madina is not Masjid Al nabawi, then this hotel suite is okay, just consider all the notes I made above.

The bed was very comfortable, and I especially appreciated the high-quality linens and pillows. The bathroom was spotless and well-stocked with toiletries, and the daily housekeeping was thorough. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast buffet – an excellent variety of local and international dishes, all fresh and delicious. The restaurant staff were friendly and ensured everything ran smoothly every morning. The hotel’s location is also ideal – close to many attractions, restaurants, and shops, yet still quiet and peaceful at night. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit!
