"The hotel was very clean and well presented. For a three star hotel everything was a good standard. The location was the best . Only 15 minutes walk to masjid Nawabi. They provide shuttle bus to drop off and pick up every 30 minutes. The food was an additional, complimentary with the room. The breakfast during Ramadan is replaced by Iftar. Overall house keeping was very good and very attentive to your needs. The rooms were cleaned to a high standard with good quality towels and the bed sheets were 100% cotton. The bed were firm and very comfortable."

The view of the Prophet’s Mosque from our window was breathtaking and made every moment feel extra special. Service throughout our stay was impeccable. The staff were courteous, professional, and genuinely kind, always ready to assist with a smile. Check in and checkout were smooth, and housekeeping was attentive to every detail. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a wide variety of international and Middle Eastern dishes, all fresh and delicious. The restaurant staff were warm and accommodating, making sure every guest felt welcome. Overall, InterContinental Dar Al Iman truly stands out for its prime location, world class hospitality, and serene atmosphere. It’s the ideal place for anyone visiting Madinah, whether for Umrah, Hajj, or personal reflection. "The hotel is tidy and clean. Unfortunately, the rooms are a bit noisy. It's far from the Haram, but the shuttle service works well. A plus for the location is its proximity to Mount Uhud."
