The staff at the reception were friendly, professional, and attentive, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming stay. The hotel is conveniently located about a 15-minute walk from the Masjid. For added convenience, they provide a shuttle service every 20 minutes, making access effortless. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Madinah and would gladly stay here again on future visits."

The location is unbeatable, just steps away from Al-Masjid An-Nabawi, with direct access to the ladies’ and men’s prayer gates, making it incredibly convenient, especially during prayer times. The rooms were spacious, beautifully maintained, and spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds, soft linens, and all the amenities expected from a top tier hotel. The view of the Prophet’s Mosque from our window was breathtaking and made every moment feel extra special. Service throughout our stay was impeccable. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a wide variety of international and Middle Eastern dishes, all fresh and delicious. It’s the ideal place for anyone visiting Madinah, whether for Umrah, Hajj, or personal reflection. "The hotel is tidy and clean. Unfortunately, the rooms are a bit noisy. It's far from the Haram, but the shuttle service works well. A plus for the location is its proximity to Mount Uhud."

I've stayed in some of the big brand hotels during my travels in Saudi Arabia and I can confirm that you are the best in terms of customer relations, service, welcome etc.... The room was clean and quiet, the bathroom was also clean. The hotel is also well located for getting to the Masjid Al Nabawi mosque ... I would definitely come back again. Some facilities felt a bit outdated, and service in certain areas could be more consistent. With a little more attention to detail, this hotel has the potential to be excellent. Still, we enjoyed our stay and would consider returning in the future."
