The staff at the reception were friendly, professional, and attentive, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming stay. The hotel is conveniently located about a 15-minute walk from the Masjid. For added convenience, they provide a shuttle service every 20 minutes, making access effortless. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Madinah and would gladly stay here again on future visits."

The view of the Prophet’s Mosque from our window was breathtaking and made every moment feel extra special. Service throughout our stay was impeccable. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a wide variety of international and Middle Eastern dishes, all fresh and delicious. "The hotel is tidy and clean. Unfortunately, the rooms are a bit noisy. It's far from the Haram, but the shuttle service works well. A plus for the location is its proximity to Mount Uhud."
