I accidentally left my backpack in the room during a room change. After contacting the front desk, they quickly retrieved it for me. My passport, bank cards, and US dollar cash were all inside, and everything was returned to me exactly as I left it! A huge thank you to the hotel staff!"

"For what the hotels worth, it’s a really good one. The beds are super comfy, the toilets are clean and the staff are helpful. Shuttle bus is provided for all 5 prayers to the Masjid. Used uber sometimes if I had other plans, and it’s affordable. Probably the only negative thing I experienced is that the wifi can be a bit unstable inside the room. Other than that, totally worth it."

Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, and the hotel facilities made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and the peaceful atmosphere throughout our stay. "Honestly, this hotel is a great deal for the price. It’s way cheaper compared to other nearby hotels, but you still get a really comfortable room. The bed was cozy, everything felt clean, and it had a nice, relaxing vibe. The location is super convenient too—easy to go Haram and close to everything you need. What really stood out was the service. The staff were quick, helpful, and made the whole stay smooth and hassle-free. Definitely a solid choice if you’re looking for something affordable without giving up comfort."

"The hotel is very close to the Haram. The services inside the hotel are excellent. However, the cleanliness is far below expectations. As for check-in, we were deceived; I had booked for an 11 AM check-in but wasn't allowed in before 3 PM. The reception staff told us that the hotel's policy differs from the website's, and we were the ones who suffered because of it. Therefore, next time I'll book directly with the hotel and not through a website. Wishing you all the best."

The front desk staff handled check-in smoothly and professionally, always ready to assist with questions or requests. "I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at this hotel. The room was clean, quiet, and provided everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The location is one of the hotel’s strongest advantages, as it is conveniently situated midway between Al-Masjid an-Nabawi and Masjid Qiba. Both can be reached on foot in approximately 10–15 minutes, making it an excellent choice for visitors who enjoy walking. The manager deserves special recognition. He was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always willing to help whenever needed. His professionalism, cooperation, and genuine care for the guests made a noticeable difference throughout my stay. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay, a convenient location, and excellent hospitality in Madinah."

"Service is excellent, all the staff from reception to door man is very helpful, clean and spotless room, but the amenities is not too satisfying compare to other hotel with the same price Location is perfect, near by gate 310 (men’s gate), and if you walk a little towards buggy cart to Quba, there are a lot of gift shops for shopping free with more affordable price than gift shops near Nabawi women’s gate"
