Great place. Spacious apartment, 2 bedrooms and a living room. Large balcony. Not a large kitchen. Difficult to find, but possible. This is our first time in Sanya, and we found it. Show the taxi driver the address (there is one in Chinese on the website). They will take you there. Enter from the courtyard for the first time. The guard at the post doesn't know anything, so walk past him. Straight ahead are the elevators. Go up to the 3rd floor. We approached a young Chinese tourist. He called the number listed on the website. A girl came running. We communicated through her translator. We arrived early and checked in right away. The apartment is fine. But we cleaned it ourselves. It wasn't a hassle. The main thing is that the sea is just a stone's throw away. There are a bunch of cafes and restaurants right out the door. Everything is not far away. The accommodation is in a 33-story building. There is a swimming pool on the 3rd floor, but it is old and you have to pay for it. 20 yuan for an adult, 10 for children. You can swim all day long. Overall, it's great for a budget vacation.

In order not to overpay in a good hotel, we rented an inexpensive room for a day, since we were flying out at night. The first problem was getting into the apartment. Without knowing Chinese, there was no way. The seller in the store helped, he called the hotel and they met us and showed us to the room. The girl explained everything using a translator on her phone and left. We went to get our things in another hotel, came back and after 20 minutes in the room we realized that we could not stay there any longer. There was a very strong smell of cigarettes. Then there was a quest to find the administrator to change the room, an hour later we managed to do it. The same girl came running and took us to another room in another building. The smell was normal there. The room was given with a kitchen, but without a balcony. Toothbrushes with paste, shampoos, shower gel, toilet paper were there. Only two towels in the room for two. I dropped the key under the bed, started to get it out and was shocked. They probably haven't cleaned it since the time the house was built. In the evening when leaving we left the key in the room and went to the airport. In general I do not recommend these apartments
