Clear and comfortable . Breakfast is good. Personal are suave. Bedding is also quite good. I was there for business trip. Next time gonna go again.

I think this hotel was one of the best 10 years ago. But now should be renovate a little bit.

Massive suites. Very luxurious and comfy. Feels like being in a upscale apartment. Perfect for family and friends to stay together. Highly recommend. They can improve on expanding their car parking space more for the hotel.

Shaoxing is one of my favorite cities, and I always want to stay here for a while. This time, I finally chose the Italian castle between the sunny Tuscany and the petty bourgeoisie Xinchang Anlan. Let me give a truthful evaluation of the good and unsatisfactory things. Let's talk about the good things first: 1. The location is really good. I felt very comfortable driving all the way from the gate when I arrived on the first day. 2. The boss has good taste. The original flavors of Italy are concentrated, from the exterior to the interior. 3. Some waiters are still good. Unsatisfactory (prompted me to leave the hotel early): 1. When I had breakfast the next day, I contacted Ctrip to ask to leave the hotel early because the attitude of the breakfast waiters was really bad. Not only did they not smile, they did not collect the plates in time, did not turn on the air conditioner, and did not restock the milk after drinking it. The climax happened when a young lady at the next table screamed halfway through her meal because a cockroach climbed onto her thighs and ate together. 2. I emphasize again that I am very disappointed with the service of this hotel every day when I go to have breakfast. The service staff of the entire hotel gives people the feeling that they have no smiles and do not care much about whether the guests are satisfied. 3. Finally, let's talk about the details, which make this external hardware lose popularity: a/ The swimming pool is not clean enough, the disinfection pool is useless, and the sauna room has been requisitioned as a storage room; b/ There is a license plate recognition system at the door, but every time you enter or exit, a lady with a stiff tone asks you who you are with a stern face, for fear that you don't know that the service of this hotel is average; c/ This hotel really doesn't care whether the guests are satisfied. I asked Ctrip to check out early, and they asked me what I was dissatisfied with, and then said sorry to disappoint you (this era is so Buddhist, I'm a little envious).

This is the third time I came to Dayu Kaiyuan Guantang. This time I found that there is already a second phase of expansion. The room has been well maintained for more than ten years. I like the simple decoration style here very much. The sun shines on the stone slabs of Guantang in the morning, and the small bridges and flowing water make me feel very happy. The hotel has a complete range of dining and entertainment. The taste of Yujia Courtyard is online, Shaoxing Sanchou is very authentic, and there are dried plums and rice wine, Internet-famous rice wine popsicles and milk tea for sale. In terms of entertainment, there are audiobooks, tie-dye pottery, open-air movies and old-fashioned toys (rolling hoops, bean paste buns, spinning tops). Both adults and children have a lot of fun. Finally, I would like to praise the hotel's service staff. Whether it is the front desk or the busy shuttle bus brother, they are all enthusiastic, polite, considerate and careful. The housekeeper Li Fengmei is simple and enthusiastic, and asks about the well-being of the children. The little sister Zheng Huidan in the children's playground is kind and sweet and has love for children. It was a very relaxing and pleasant journey. I look forward to the opportunity to meet Dayu Kaiyuan again.

It is located in a prosperous area, with convenient entertainment, considerate and patient service, clean, spacious and bright rooms, close to the ancient town, convenient for travel, and moderately priced, attracting guests from afar.

The front desk service is warm, thoughtful and attentive. The mattress is very comfortable and the breakfast is good. It is close to the market and very convenient. I come here often.

This has been one of my favorite hotels in keqiao because of it's location. But it has really got old now. They room looks battered. The doors of the washroom are loose. sometimes feel scared they might fall. The amenities are very normal. The breakfast is also ok. The rooms need a touch-up very badly. The shower doesn’t have any power.

I have a wonderful stay in Crown Plaza Shaoxing. I definitely miss the lovely queen bed which is so conformable and no worries about insomnia. I have to say special thank you to Doris for being caring and showing good manners . I will definitely choose to stay at this hotel next visit to Shaoxing.
