F Town lofts still is my favorite place to stay in Long gang. Great location, with modern rooms that include washer and dryer, and projection screen entertainment. It's a great place for hybrid work and relaxation. Lots of food and shopping nearby.

Excellent service, nice & helpful staffs (front desk, breakfast time hostess, chefs at the open kitchen...etc) 😄 New hotel & facilities in good condition. Check-in check-out fast. No deposit is required. Great room size, good view, clean washroom. Room soundproof so we sleep well, even our room near lift area. Service robots delivery very efficient. Before arrival, we had inquiries via wechat & 歡小朋 is very helpful to solve our problem 👍 We enjoy the stay here, also breakfast good food quality. Next time we should stay again. Value for money. (Breakfast time, many people wait & long queue for the fresh brew coffee. Maybe can have one more coffee machine.)

The bed is also very soft and comfortable. Traveling is very convenient. There are subways and buses that you can take. Although it is a self-service hotel, the staff's service is also very good. Enthusiastic, the hotel is very technological, and robots can be used to deliver things. Every time I go out, I like to choose a newly opened hotel. I didn't expect too much at the beginning, but I didn't expect it to be quite a surprise here. The lobby atmosphere is full, fashionable and innovative! While waiting for check-in, the front desk lady made me a cup of coffee and asked me how much milk to add. The first impression was very good. Although the hotel is close to the subway, it is not next to the main road, so it is very quiet to sleep, the bed is very comfortable, and the curtains have good shading effect. Many small details such as data cables and lighting reflect the hotel's care and level. The room is very spacious, with plenty of hot water. Breakfast on the 15th floor can see the city view. The gym equipment is very complete. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and great value for money! I also saw a few foreign friends. I don't know if they are the travel bloggers who got the 144 transit visa, otherwise how could such a new hotel be discovered. By the way, I have to mention that the service really beats many five-star hotels. When I left the hotel, I said I was thirsty, and the mineral water the lady handed me was warm. It was really happy that she noticed such a small place after the temperature dropped. Highly recommended!

Like this hotel. He is far for city. But services is really good. People is welcome and can speak English- it’s respectful. Not need any deposit cash - perfect. Morning food is fine , just they next time find coffee mashine or tea . Place for food is amazing, same like other country feeling, really cool place. Inside room is ok , just inside room is not big , when I look photos- it’s not the same feeling, other is ok.

They took the initiative to change us to a larger room, and the security guards were also very enthusiastic in helping us move our luggage from the car to the hotel. This hotel was amazing and very worth the price. The hotel room is clean and reasonably new. The service is on point and the staff members are kind and always willing to help, especially Zhang wan jing 张万静. She helped us a lot with ordering taxis and food, as we didn’t have mei tuan **. Without her helping us organise everything, we would be in a mess. We have to give her a big thanks and very much appreciate her great efforts. Although the hotel is around 45 minutes away from Futian, it is definitely worth the ride. There is also a MTR station 3 minutes away from the hotel, which is quite convenient. Definitely recommend coming here!
