The hotel is well located, certainly, but very, very noisy. It's impossible to sleep well with the trolleys passing by the room from 6 a.m. onwards... Maybe it's better upstairs. The first floor is hell. The carpet is quite dirty. The room is spacious and the bed very comfortable.

Really happy with our stay here - the location is good with everything in walking distance but nice and quiet in the area. Our room was large and well-equipped, and the staff were helpful and friendly. Would happily stay here again, especially for the price

Hotel was nice, glad that I’ve found it online, it’s hard to find a good hotel to book online due to tons of negative feedbacks, but this one has a great feedback so I booked it. And it did not disappoint me. Hotel is clean with good fragrance that you can smell the moment that you’ll enter the lobby / reception. Service is great, friendly and accommodating staff. The room is spacious, seems like a 4 star room for me. They serve breakfast, with tons of seats where you can relax after check in while waiting for your next trip or flight. I forgot my bag in their lounge area / lobby before I went to their restaurant to take coffee. Then was in a hurry to go to the car service I booked outside when it was already time to go to the bus station going to Romania. After arriving at the bus station, I noticed that my bag is not in my possession, when I was about to get my other phone. Because I have other luggages to carry and was in hurry. I was worried sick that it will be lost, my bag, glad that it was there. The staff handed it over, they kept it, and nothing was missing. After getting it, I got an email from the booking app where I booked the hotel, telling me that Amar Design Hotel contacted them saying that I left my bag at the hotel. And they were asking for my contact number to reach me, they were to kind to do that right immediately. But I already got the bag. Still thankful and grateful to their staff. I would definitely check in here again when I get back to Sofia, and will recommend it to friends who are traveling here. Thank you. It was a nice stay, and their service made it even great!

Overall, this is a popular B&B, not quite hotel-quality. The breakfast was good. It's close to the metro station, Teatralna on Line 3, less than a ten-minute walk (don't get off at ”SU St. Kliment Ohridski,” as it's a waste of time). There's a good Italian restaurant across the street, and there are plenty of good restaurants nearby. The only downside is that I booked a penthouse apartment, but was given a second-floor room, which wasn't just an upgrade, but a downgrade.

The hotel is located in the center of Sofia, walking to all the main attractions, shopping, eating and taxi is very convenient, many souvenir shops, the only thing that remains unchanged remember to bring cash

I had a job at the hotel center, at the justice ministry, I could reach it in 10 minutes. When I arrived at 11 a.m., they asked for 30 euros for early check-in, although there were 7 rooms. The lamb meat products offered at breakfast were smoking, and when I asked the garçon there was no pig meat dendi.netlik. Turkish channels are not opened on TV. There are two towels, two shaving sets in the bathroom with cleaning products for hair and body.

Kitchen is equipped with two refrigerators and rules are written clearly. Well run by staff and they are very helpful to us. Very busy hostel, maybe because they have many rooms. Recommended for budget traveler who want a clean place. Cleaner does the cleaning in daily basis and she did great job.

The room is spacious, bright, clean and tidy. The breakfast is rich in variety. I especially like the various cheeses. It is within walking distance of Sofia's main attractions.

The hotel is strategically located and very close to the attractions! Hotel service is very good, breakfast is slightly simple!
