Loved this place! Staff were super helpful, the room was spotless and cozy, and the location couldn’t be better. Everything was so convenient. Definitely worth it!

The location was brilliant, a short walk away from the centre or many public transport options including bus, tram or metro right at the door of the hotel. The room was spacious, with comfortable amenities. The staff did a great job of replenishing soap/towels on a daily basis. The room was always warm, made it nice to come back to after a day of exploring.

Very disappointing experience. We had a reservation, but our flight was canceled due to the war, so we couldn’t reach the hotel. We contacted the hotel several times requesting a cancellation or postponement, but received no response at all.
In such an exceptional situation, we expected at least basic understanding and communication. The complete lack of response shows poor customer service.

No correct information about parking. Two blocs out of hotel with prise 15 evro per night on private parking. No any information about this cause before employment.
