In general, it felt clean but definitely not newly renovated. It also came with two condoms.

It's not an entire building dedicated to the hotel; only the 9th floor is. Unusually for this type of accommodation, they provided slippers, which was a nice touch. Regarding the bathroom facilities, there's a bathtub, and you can fill it with hot water, but it does take some time. Despite the exterior of the building, the room itself was solid and well-maintained. I'd recommend it, especially for solo travelers.
