Inns in Taoyuan

This stay was for my child's birthday celebration! The kids absolutely loved the play area on the 12th floor. Our room was clean, smoke-free, and well-lit, with all the amenities we needed. It was great to have a water dispenser in the room for making tea and coffee. The separate bathroom and toilet were very convenient, and my child had a blast taking a bath. The underground mechanical parking was also a plus. The only downside was the soundproofing; we could hear footsteps and flushing from the room above from 10 PM until 12:30 AM. Otherwise, thank you!

The staff were very friendly and there's a convenience store nearby. It's also quite close to the night market, just a 5-10 minute walk. The bathroom has a separate shower and bathtub, plus a massage tub and even a steam room. The breakfast was good too. I'd definitely choose this place again if I have the chance to visit Zhongli.

This is a great place just 33 minutes from the Airport. You can Uber, Bus, and half-way HSR Airport Transit. The key thing to note about this location is that you need to bring your own toiletries and dry slippers. Towels, kettle, tea, television and restaurants are available easily. It’s a lovely village and it’s enough distance from the old street to bypass all of the food scents you’re going to taste. The breakfast was traditional Chinese. I highly suggest visiting the café at the wooden Ecological museum and also the coffee shop next door. There’s many side streets which offer unique charm as well. There’s a vegan pizzeria in (Letaoli in Shop) a few minutes away and there’s many stores to go browse through. Stop was super friendly and the views from the upper floor or amazing. There’s a lovely farm to walk to and a ton of temples. As a foreigner, I felt very welcome and everyone was quite friendly in the area. Many kind families within.

Had a 16 hour transit in Taoyuan Taipei Airport and chose to leave the airport. From Taoyuan Airport Metro just about 30 minutes ride to Laojie station. This hotel is just outside/next to the entrance of the station. Half eway you can stop at Taoyuan HSR station and walk to Gloria Outlets for shopping. Near the hotel you can also walk to Zhongli Night Market. Its a cheaper option to stay compared to other locations. Entrance is the building on the right of Le Midi Hotel. Stayed May 1, 2026 Highly recommend! 真的是個好地方！ We booked two rooms last minute through Trip.com, and the process was very easy. We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel is older, but it’s very well maintained. Everything was spotless—no musty or moldy smells at all—and you can tell they take cleanliness seriously. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and we appreciated that they turned on the AC before our arrival. The breakfast was a highlight! While the selection wasn’t huge, it had everything we needed, with both Western and Asian options. Everything was fresh, clean, and delicious. One small suggestion: it would be helpful to have a sign reminding guests to use a new plate instead of reusing one, to help keep the food area more hygienic. Overall, a great stay for the price—we would definitely come back! Note: one of the reasons that we booked this place is because the listing shows free parking space. But no! There is a paid parking lot! Hotel should update that instead shows free parking space.

My stay at the Central Hotel was, in a nutshell, 'convenient and practical, but not luxurious.' The hotel's biggest draws are its location and price, making it ideal for short overnight stays or independent travelers. The Central Hotel is situated in the heart of the city, within walking distance of major shopping areas and food streets. For backpackers and independent travelers, the location truly can't be beaten. With metro and train stations nearby, getting around to night markets or attractions is incredibly easy. The room was generally clean, though of a medium size with a rather simple decor. The bedding and basic furniture were functional but lacked any sense of luxury. If you're looking for high-end accommodation or spacious, lavish rooms, this might feel a bit too ordinary. Overall, the room's cleanliness was decent, but some details showed signs of age, such as marks on certain walls, furniture edges, or bathroom fixtures. In general, it felt clean but definitely not newly renovated. It also came with two condoms.

Even though my room didn't have a window, it was perfectly fine for my needs since I was out all day and only came back in the evenings. The hotel is close to Taoyuan Station with lots of shops nearby. The airport shuttle bus stop is just a short walk away. There are also two department stores and a long-distance bus station close by. The price was great, and the front desk lady was always enthusiastic about recommending tourist spots. The oolong tea bags in the room were delicious, and the hairdryer was lightweight and easy to use. The mattress was also incredibly comfortable. I'll definitely be back next time. Thank you!

Safe and close to shopping areas, also conveniently located near the train station.

Located on Taoyuan's famous Fuxing Street, it's within walking distance from the train station, and the Taoyuan Bus stop is conveniently located for easy boarding and alighting. Nearby are Shin Kong Mitsukoshi and Far Eastern Department Store, and there are plenty of dining options. The accommodation itself is quiet and clean, with good water pressure and sufficient air conditioning. The bathroom provides two large towels and disposable slippers; other toiletries need to be brought by yourself.

Great hotel with parking lot. The most beneficial part of my self - drive car trip is that the hotel provides a safe underground garage for guests with no fees. It is expensive and hard to find a place to park the car in Taiwan. The room is spacious and comfy with brick wallpaper. The most admire is the three single beds instead of one double bed plus one single bed . However, the breakfast is not impressive. Minimum choices offered. In conclusion, I totally recommend this hotel for the free parking ,clean and spacious room compared to the price.
