"We came here to celebrate my son's birthday and also dined at the Jì Izakaya next door. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, from the elevator to the front desk, and we were offered welcome drinks. The location is excellent – it's within easy walking distance to Taymall, which is super convenient. Parking is available, the breakfast was good, and it's close to the airport."

"If you come to Zhongli and need an accommodation then this is a good option. Exterior view maybe so so but the room is big and good. Breakfast was sumptuous. There are free laundry machines for guests too."

"The location is quite convenient, close to the HSR and MRT. The shared bathroom is always clean. The morning staff are very kind, but the guy who is during the night shift needs some training. I arrived around 9pm and want to check in. First, the guy has earphones and he won't listen to me, so I have to yell at him for he to notice me. He takes my passport and sets it aside and keeps doing whatever he was doing before I arrived. He makes me wait for at least 2 minutes and then starts the checking in process. Really? Its late, I just want to get my room to rest and this guy is upset because I interrupted him so he makes me stand there until he is on the mood to check me in."

"My stay at Monarch Plaza Hotel in Taoyuan was fantastic overall! The cleanliness was exceptional; the room was spotless and very comfortable, which made me feel completely at ease. The environment is elegant and grand, with public areas beautifully decorated, creating a very pleasant atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, from check-in to check-out, and very quick to respond to any requests. The facilities are comprehensive and modern; both the bedding comfort and bathroom amenities were excellent, completely exceeding my expectations. Even though it was just a two-night stay, I truly felt the hotel's dedication and quality. It offers great value for money, and I'll definitely recommend it to friends and look forward to staying again!"

"I stayed here because I had a late-night flight. A taxi from the airport cost 600 NTD, which I paid by credit card so no cash was needed. The room was relatively clean, but due to ********* law, amenities aren't provided, so you'll need to bring your own or buy them. Breakfast was ********* style and pretty standard. The service was good, so I'd like to stay here again if I have the chance."

"I stayed in a double suite at Economy Class B&B both before I left the country on April 3rd and after I returned on April 7th. The overall experience was excellent, and I genuinely recommend it. As soon as you enter, you're greeted by a spacious and comfortable common lounge, perfect for guests to socialize and relax. To the left, there's a thoughtful selection of drinks, instant noodles, snacks, and various daily necessities available for purchase if needed. Once in the room, you can really feel the owner's attentiveness, for example, the 24-hour dehumidifier effectively prevents the musty smell that can come with Taoyuan's humid weather, keeping the environment dry and comfortable. The room itself is also quite spacious, large enough to open two 29-inch suitcases simultaneously. The bathroom is equally roomy and well-equipped; even the toilet is a bidet, showing the owner's dedication to providing a better quality stay down to the smallest details. I also highly recommend their airport transfer service. On April 7th, taking an Uber from Terminal 2 to the B&B took about 10 minutes and cost around NT$1300. Later, I asked the owner if they offered airport pickup, and they said yes, for only NT$550. When I actually took the ride, I found it was a brand-new Alpha, which felt like incredible value for money. Whether it's the accommodation or the airport transfer service, the prices are very reasonable, and you can truly feel the owner's dedication to providing a high-quality experience. I sincerely wish the owner all the best in their business!"

"Breakfast was delicious and amazing! The room was generally clean. Next time, I might try a room type other than the business room. The room came with complimentary water and drinks, and I was pleasantly surprised to find fresh coffee beans for brewing."

"Good sized room with comfortable King sized bed. Room and bathroom were very clean, however the glass windows were super dirty (way overdue for an external facade cleaning). Check out was smooth just need to drop room key into drop box at the lobby but the pre-arranged hotel airport shuttle was disappointing. The shuttle ran out of seats even with pre-booking with no staff to check if others had made a booking before boarding. I and another guest whom had prebooked the shuttle had to wait for another driver to bring his car around to send us to the airport. We had to unload our suitcase from the first shuttle too."
