"Our stay at City Suites was a fantastic experience! In terms of cleanliness, the room was spotless, the bedding was neat and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and odor-free, which made us feel very at ease. Regarding the environment, the soundproofing was good; although it's near the train station, we weren't bothered by the noise and got a peaceful night's sleep. The service was also very attentive; the staff were warm and friendly, check-in was efficient, and any requests were quickly addressed. The facilities were complete and practical, with fast free Wi-Fi, conveniently located charging outlets, and good quality toiletries. We were [travel type], and the hotel's location is convenient, close to the station, making travel easy, and they even offer a free shuttle service, which saved us a lot of hassle. Overall, it offers great value for money, and I would choose it again when I next visit Taoyuan. I highly recommend it to anyone needing accommodation near the station!"

"This is a really beautiful hotel. This time, four of us stayed in a six-person room, and the layout was perfect for our needs. Two pairs of friends could stay together and communicate closely, yet still have privacy thanks to the room-within-a-room design and two bathrooms. We could just call the front desk to arrange a car for us whenever we wanted to go somewhere, and only head downstairs when it arrived – excellent service! The breakfast restaurant was beautifully decorated with a wide variety of food, showing great attention to detail. We were pleasantly surprised again and again, and the value for money is also very high."

"I stayed at the Benz hotel for a 4 day shopping and foodie trip at the end of February 2026 and it turned out to be a gem. I arrived late around 23:00 and was greeted by a friendly staff that had my room ready. I had just taken a short 18 minute walk to the hotel from the A22 Laojie River Station where I arrived on the direct blue commuter train from the airport. At first I could not find the Benz hotel entrance, but after asking for directions I was pointed to the front desk of the Bentley hotel where on the wall behind the desk clerks are both hotel names, Bentley and Benz. When I had booked the room the Bentley was offered at a slightly higher cost, and seeing I was on a budget trip alone, I booked the Benz. After checking in, I was directed to the Benz hotel elevator around the corner of the front desk. Further down are the elevators for the Bentley,here is the noticeable difference between the two hotels, The Benz is one elevator approximately 3 feet by 6 feet, and the Bentley has 2 very large beautiful elevators. When I got to my room I did my normal checks for bugs, cleanliness and non-smell. All had passed with flying colors. The room was great with amenities and plenty in size. The bed was firm but not hard, the TV was hard to hear when the AC was running but besides those things it's a great deal and place to stay. The breakfast was outstanding. Healthy, fresh and hot and a new menu each day. It was more in the asian style and not like your western style, which I much prefer. The coffee machine was perfect and the selection of food was abundant. Overall I would stay again. Public transportation was close by, Taxi, Trains and bus stations within blocks and easy walking. The street has a lot of construction and could be rather intimidating, if you are not the type that can feel comfortable with the odd surroundings that are here."

"Hotel Service: ★★★★★ We were supposed to check in at 6 PM, but we arrived half an hour early. After a quick chat with the friendly front desk staff, we were allowed to check in right away, even with our two furry friends. After paying the pet fee (they even provided pet pads, which was a nice touch!), we were settled in very quickly. Both the front desk and restaurant staff were incredibly friendly and showed a lot of love for our pets. The hotel is conveniently located near Lao Street Creek MRT station and the Lao Street Creek riverside, which is great for an evening stroll. It's also just a ten-minute walk to Zhongli Tourist Night Market, making it very convenient. Facilities: ★★★★★ The room facilities are brand new, and the space is huge with a living room, dining table, and a rotating large TV. For those with allergies, there's a renowned brand air purifier and a dehumidifier, ensuring the room has no unpleasant odors. The bathroom features a separate wet and dry area, a bidet toilet, and a beautiful soaking tub. The bed is on the softer side and very comfortable to sleep in. The only thing I wasn't used to was the pillow being too soft; if you prefer a firmer pillow, you'll need to figure something out. The mini-bar is also great, fully stocked with drinks, water, and small biscuits. Dining: ★★★★★ We opted for the room package that included breakfast. The breakfast was surprisingly delicious! It's fantastic to have a restaurant for dining, especially for a motel. No need to settle for McDonald's breakfast or bad burgers from local breakfast shops. The ladies in the restaurant were very friendly. Upon entering, they'd ask about your main course choice, with two options: freshly cooked seafood congee or honey waffles. Everyone could pick one. Other options included traditional ********* porridge with side dishes, coffee and drinks, salads, fruits, desserts, bread, and several freshly stir-fried hot dishes. It was really good. If you bring pets, remember to keep them in a cage or stroller. However, it's always best to ask the restaurant staff beforehand if pets are allowed to dine with you. Overall: My entire experience was wonderful. Both the front desk and restaurant staff were incredibly friendly and didn't show any impatience despite us having pets. The facilities and restaurant were excellent in all aspects. Next time I'm in Zhongli, this will be my only choice. Highly recommended for those traveling with pets."

"This internet cafe-style e-sports hotel doesn't even have the most basic instant noodles. The towels are stained. The computer equipment is OK, but the bed is too soft and my back hurts so much I can't stand it. Breakfast is a main course that can be eaten in two bites. The buffet is not very good, but it has basic bread, eggs, and sausage."

"The room was very clean and well-maintained, you can tell they put effort into it. The environment is also very peaceful! The snacks provided in the room were a nice touch, and the space was truly generous. After just one night, I felt completely relaxed. I'll definitely be back next time!"
