2-Star Hotels in Liverpool

The rooms were really clean and basically had everything you need for a nice stay. Not too far from Liverpool and there is a train station and bus station nesrby with a lovely park just in front of the house.

The room is about 25 mins walk to the Albert Docks so a reasonable location. We did have a slight issue with check in as we weren’t sent and check in info even though we’d emailed for it.  The room has what you need for one or two nights stay.  Our only criticism was how uncomfortable we found the mattress on the bed, so we didn’t sleep very well.

Absolutely perfect, Location was brilliant was such an easy Place to stay it was quiet and the room was brilliant really useful to be next to the Train Station will definitely be staying again in the Future.

The hotel service is still very good, and clean and tidy, but the room is not only completely without views, but also very noisy, closed the window can not stop the noise of the machine next door, making it difficult to sleep.

Wifi is not available and there is a problem with the connection, which is the only disadvantage. The transportation is super convenient, and the breakfast package is a major feature. Opposite the train station and subway station.

Place was exactly as advertised. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Definitely worth staying if your trip is short. As for downsides, hostel has limited number of bathrooms and showers - this can cause issues if you have to leave quickly. The ventilation in rooms is basically non-existent, and rooms house up to 10 people, so I’ll leave the air quality to your imagination. Sound isolation is not great, so if somebody has a good time in the kitchen you’ll going to hear that. Bring earplugs if you are light sleeper. Cleanliness is subjective, I’m not that picky, but having crumbs in my bed was disconcerting. Some sinks have filters with hair in them. Haven’t seen anything that would be actually harmful like mold or hygiene products, so that is good. Location is good. Liverpool is not that big and you’ll get to city centre in under an hour even with most leisurely pace. Do visit the cathedral on your way there. I haven’t seen any shops in immediate vicinity though, but I didn’t need them, so maybe you find some if you look. Bus stop for airport is fairly close, so that is a plus as well. Overall, this is a hostel. You can sleep there, store your stuff and maybe have a chat with interesting people. Price is fair for experience.
