"We wanted to see Anfield Stadium and enjoy being part of the local community. Hotel Anfield was the best choice we could have made. The rooms were clean and comfortable but the bar area really won us over. As LFC fans, it was a dream. For what we paid and what we got, the experience overall was superb. If you are a Liverpool fan going there for the first time, this is where I recommend you stay."

"The host took the initiative to greet us at the door. He was warm and thoughtful, helped with luggage, and introduced the facilities in the room and how to use them. The room was spacious, bright, hygienic and clean, and the bed was very comfortable! The world map on the wall at the front desk is very special, showing the cities where the guests staying here are from!"

The apartment was great, and the service was excellent. The room had a minibar with four bottles of water, which really helped us out. The first-floor lounge was also great, perfect for a drink in the evening. The breakfast was exquisite and delicious, and I could go on a wild walk after a meal.

AAlaa FayedThe room was clean and the location was across the road from the Royal Liverpool hospital. The only drawback was that the room was equipped for people with physical challenges. Although great, this meant the sinks are fitted very low. For a 6'4” tall man, that was inconvenient for my back.

GGuest UserHard Days Night Hotel is in the heart of The Beatles area, next to Mathew Street where The Cavern Club is located.
Despite its being weekend, we didn't hear any noise at night from our room on the fifth floor. The bedroom was large and pleasant. (Our room had a picture of George - my favourite Beatle - on the wall, which made me very happy!)
Things some people find remiss are (1) no fridge in the room (at least not in the Classic Double), (2) TV had a very basic remote and fuction, and while it claimed to allow internet access, we couldn't use any app /mirroring from our iPhones; (3) toiletaries were very basic (just liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner refilled); (4) no movable shower with a hose.
Breakfast was truly excellent! It's self-service buffet-type, but all the full-English parts were there and they were all very, very good.
We also went to a bar in the evening and it was also very nice with Beatle-themed cocktails, in addition to usual drinks.
Overall, we would definitely love to come back to this hotel!

DDeepanshu kapoorI had a good stay at Pullman Liverpool. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and well maintained, and the staff were very helpful and welcoming throughout my stay. The overall atmosphere and comfort made it an enjoyable experience.
The only downside was that the dental kit provided was expired, which was disappointing and something that should be checked more carefully. Aside from that, everything else was great and I had a pleasant stay.

GGuest UserThis hotel was excellent! Ideally situated for the M and S Arena, the Albert Dock and Liverpool 1 shopping area. It is literally 15 mins walk from Lime Street Station. Check in was done online and key was ready to collect via a machine in the foyer. I'm not 100% keen on this as I do like the personal contact with the reception. Had to go there to ask for breakfast details so in future would probably just check in there anyhow, but the option is there if you prefer that. The room on the 4th floor was really nice, clean and comfortable. Slight grumbles were regarding the bed being a bid hard and the small shelf, rather than a table in front of the mirror. Breakfasts were excellent, a very wide range of good quality choices. The lounge and dining areas were very clean, modern and well designed. All staff were very pleasant. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Liverpool. It was excellent value in comparison to others we have visited in the city in the past. Will definitely be back! I celebrated my birthday at the Titanic Hotel , and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The outstanding service, coupled with thoughtful touches like a birthday card and complimentary chocolates, made my day truly special.
The luxurious room provided a comfortable and elegant space to relax and enjoy my stay. What's more, the hotel's spa is undoubtedly one of the best I've ever visited. The attention to detail and quality of treatments were second to none.
The view from my room was breathtaking, overlooking the water and offering a glimpse of the hotel's beautiful luxury apartments. I highly recommend this exceptional hotel for any occasion, as it offers an unparalleled experience that goes above and beyond expectations.

CClaire.BStayed one night with my daughter for my birthday. The hotel is very central and the reception staff were welcoming. Our room was large and modern, but extremely dark, if you plan on doing makeup, it might be worth bringing a lighted mirror.
I had requested a quiet room and was placed at the back, but unfortunately there was a constant noise that sounded like a generator, as well as the sound of glass bottles being emptied somewhere. Some guests also returned around 4 a.m., so I was lucky if I got an hour of sleep.
That said, I would still stay again.

GGuest UserGood location nearby shops and the train station 5 mins walk. Basic room but clean. Shower was great and the river view was decent. Rooms are soundproof for the busy road outside which is great. Breakfast was lovely and great choice of cooked and cold food. Coffee not nice but that's personal choice.
only down is no leisure facility even though there's one right next door. Noisy fan in the room
