Guest UserSingle lady . Hotel Easy to get to from railway station and well positioned for many tourist attractions. I felt safe walking from the quayside at night after a concert. My room was spotlessly clean . Excellent shower / hot water. Very good hairdryer provided
I will certainly come back , thankyou for the service.

Wonderful helpful staff, a lovely apartment overlooking the water and next door to the M&S arena.
Chloe was outstanding in her job by being caring and helpful.
Will definitely stay again👍

The best thing is the location, in the center of Liverpool, close to train and bus stations, large room, the worst thing is the mattress on the bed, it seems like it's a hundred years old, you can feel every spring, in Spain this hotel could easily be a guesthouse, the breakfast is average, if there are a lot of people in the hotel they put on a buffet, if not they give you a menu so you can choose from a variety of dishes.

Guest UserI have to be honest, the room I was in was about the size of a prison cell! Not that I've been in one before!! 🤣🤣 However, it was clean and had everything you needed for an overnight stay. I'm sure there's bigger ones available.
The bathroom was like a modular room. It was a little worn in places, just water marks and damage, but again, all you need for a night! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is very good but there was a bit of noise from the street for a while, which you have to expect being so close to so many bars etc, but it wasn't bad! Based on the price and everything else, it's a really well priced option and one I'll definitely be checking out again!

Great hostel, it’s clean and the rooms are well kept. The beds are amazingly comfortable with a small shelf to keep your phone and watch to charge while you sleep. The vibe is great and it’s very vintage style. Location is amazing. Easy to all public transport, so many shops to eat or get groceries from. Bars and pubs are at your fingertips.
The only downside to this hostel is its in room bathroom. Unfortunately this hostel fails majorly on this. I was in an 8 bed dorm, and there was 1 toilet and 2 showers. (Luckily there was only 3 people in my room for my 2 nights) so we could manage. BUT the showers are absolutely awful it has no independent tap for hot or cold water, it has a push button for water and the push button only lasts 3 seconds (SO GUESS WHAT YOU HAVE TO HOLD THE BUTTON IN CONSTANTLY TO SHOWER) so you have one hand to shower with if you want constant water on you, BUT guess what…. The shower hot water is non existent the hot water is hot like a swimming pool on a hot summers day or luke warm at the best. So if you think you going to have a good shower after a long day of exploring or you get filthy from a night out, surprise you going to have the most awful shower.
So you gotta pick awful shower for a comfy bed and clean room or stay somewhere else.
If I visit Liverpool again I’d skip this hostel only for the fact that I like a nice hot shower at the end of the day to unwind with before going to bed.

A pleasant stay, everything was clean, apart from someones leftover clothes in a drawer, but for the price its really not that bad. Because of the deposit system they have I did take pictures as soon as I got into my room just incase, but i didnt end up having any issues with this.
The location from the city centre is a little far in terms of walking but there are bus stops nearby which arent too expensive. The walls are a bit thin so i could hear a bit of noise from downstairs however i didnt really mind it. The room TV was also great and although we didnt need to use it, I appreciate that a fan was provided for us in the room.
Breakfast was also fine. Not many hot options for those who are looking for a cooked breakfast buffet style service, but there is toast tea and coffee, alsong with cereals, youghurts and fruits and cold cuts of ham and cheese.
Staff were friendly too, overall an unproblematic experience and a pleasant stay overnight for me

I was supposed to relax but to start the photos nothing to do with the place, a few beds all watered , the whole floor all disregarded, the very old sofa that could not be made bed, the door was heard every time the other flat opened at the end succeeded The rest until I returned to my home to go there was only time and money lost.

Guest UserIt was an experience I enjoyed because of the people I met during my stay at the hostel part of the accommodation. I will recommend it to young travelers.

The thing that made this trip great was the service! We stayed twice in a week because we were flying out of Liverpool and back into Liverpool. On the second stay, Hassan ensured we got into our room safely despite it being 2am, and sent us our room number and key code in advance so we weren’t stranded. He was really helpful and we appreciated it a lot!
In the morning we were brought some teabags which were definitely needed!
The building could definitely do with a refurb and some damp treatment but the beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms were clean. Prices were really decent too. Just near lark lane and Sefton park so lots of things to do and eat!
