The location is excellent, about a ten-minute walk from Lyme Street train station and Albert Pier. The hotel facilities are fairly complete, but toiletries like toothbrushes need to be requested from the front desk as they are not provided in the standard rooms. The hotel staff are generally friendly. Breakfast is a combination of buffet and à la carte options; while not extensive, the à la carte food is quite refined. Overall, a good experience.

Great hotel- comfortable clean modern rooms - great view over Liverpool. Very near Uni Hall of residence for visiting student children. lovely well provided buffet breakfast very good standard and presentation. Great spacious communal areas.

The location of the hotel is very good. Downstairs is a large shopping mall in Liverpool with many choices of places to eat. You can walk to Liverpool train station. The front desk of the hotel is very friendly and the room is very comfortable. The hotel also provides free breakfast bread and coffee, which tastes very good. I highly recommend this hotel apartment.

The hotel & bar was great, we had a side room with a joining door, you could hear everything from the next door guests which you felt you had no privacy also we heard alot of noise from 6am every morning, road sweepers , rubbish Lorrie’s, glass collections etc… and the ballards made a warning announcement when vehicles going in and out so ask for an inside room if your a light sleeper, don’t waste your money with the restaurant very disappointed, empty restaurant to be refused an evening meal at 7.30pm told to go back later, breakfast terrible we arrived in with plenty of time of the opening hours, but staff could not be any ruder, they just wanted to be finished which was very off putting & made you feel uncomfortable, turning toaster off 15 mins before closure, food standard very poor & very poor availability of fresh cooked food, We stayed 3 nights and after our experience of breakfast & evening meal, I cancelled the breakfast for the next 2 mornings, plenty of great places to eat around.

I always stay at Delta when I'm in Liverpool for business, but this time I booked too late and had to stay here. It's an Ascott group hotel, located on the main commercial street, and only a 5-minute walk from Lime Street Station. It's very quiet, and all the facilities are new, plus the rooms are quite spacious. The only minor drawback is that there's no restaurant, so no breakfast... For the past few days, I've had to make do with buying food from Lidl for breakfast. Oh, and by the way, a HeyTea actually opened right across from the hotel... seems like most of the customers are older Chinese women and international students. All in all, this hotel is really good.

This hotel was excellent! Ideally situated for the M and S Arena, the Albert Dock and Liverpool 1 shopping area. It is literally 15 mins walk from Lime Street Station. Check in was done online and key was ready to collect via a machine in the foyer. I'm not 100% keen on this as I do like the personal contact with the reception. Had to go there to ask for breakfast details so in future would probably just check in there anyhow, but the option is there if you prefer that. The room on the 4th floor was really nice, clean and comfortable. Slight grumbles were regarding the bed being a bid hard and the small shelf, rather than a table in front of the mirror. Breakfasts were excellent, a very wide range of good quality choices. The lounge and dining areas were very clean, modern and well designed. All staff were very pleasant. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Liverpool. It was excellent value in comparison to others we have visited in the city in the past. Will definitely be back! Location brilliant, check in smooth - however they shouldn’t be allowed to put people in rooms next door to loud building sites! We got no sleep whatsoever.

We had a lovely stay. The standard hotel room was very spacious, bed very comfortable, room very clean and really nice decor. Breakfast was great, with fresh fruit, homemade baked bread and a good selection of hot and cold options. The White Bar was a great place for food and drinks. Staff very friendly. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The Crowne Plaza Liverpool Airport was clean throughout, very comfortable bedrooms (We had a double bed in one room 003 and 2 doubles in another 049). Staff were very friendly and helpful.  Food: We had food in the restaurant area on the first night. 2 of us opted for the tuna and one for the ribeye steak. The steak was beautiful. The tuna had to go back for extra cooking as they were both still swimming. Apparently there was an ‘agency chef’ in the kitchen. Tuna was very tasty when we got it back.  We would all definitely stay again the next time we visit Liverpool.

The ”Manage Booking” function made it easy to keep all my travel details organized in one place. Is it a five-star luxury hotel? No, but it doesn't claim to be. Phoenix Hotel Liverpool delivers exactly what it promises: a comfortable, well-located place to stay at a reasonable price point that lets you experience the best of Liverpool without breaking the bank. **Would I recommend it?** Absolutely! If you're looking for a centrally located hotel in Liverpool with good amenities and friendly service, this place ticks all the boxes.
