The location is excellent, about a ten-minute walk from Lyme Street train station and Albert Pier. The hotel facilities are fairly complete, but toiletries like toothbrushes need to be requested from the front desk as they are not provided in the standard rooms. The hotel staff are generally friendly. Breakfast is a combination of buffet and à la carte options; while not extensive, the à la carte food is quite refined. Overall, a good experience.

The location of the hotel is very good. Downstairs is a large shopping mall in Liverpool with many choices of places to eat. You can walk to Liverpool train station. The front desk of the hotel is very friendly and the room is very comfortable. The hotel also provides free breakfast bread and coffee, which tastes very good. I highly recommend this hotel apartment.

The hotel is right next to the University of Liverpool, but it's a bit far from the city center, about a 5-minute taxi ride or a 20-minute walk. There aren't many shops around. The hotel itself is very new and the facilities are excellent. The front desk manager was very nice.

This hotel was excellent! Ideally situated for the M and S Arena, the Albert Dock and Liverpool 1 shopping area. It is literally 15 mins walk from Lime Street Station. Check in was done online and key was ready to collect via a machine in the foyer. I'm not 100% keen on this as I do like the personal contact with the reception. Had to go there to ask for breakfast details so in future would probably just check in there anyhow, but the option is there if you prefer that. The room on the 4th floor was really nice, clean and comfortable. Slight grumbles were regarding the bed being a bid hard and the small shelf, rather than a table in front of the mirror. Breakfasts were excellent, a very wide range of good quality choices. The lounge and dining areas were very clean, modern and well designed. All staff were very pleasant. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Liverpool. It was excellent value in comparison to others we have visited in the city in the past. Will definitely be back! I stayed at the Pullman Liverpool Hotel for one night as a last-minute booking after reading several reviews and watching a few TikTok videos—and I’m glad I did. On arrival, I was greeted warmly, checked in quickly, and made my way up to my room without any hassle. I had emailed ahead requesting a nice view as it was my first time in Liverpool. I was placed on the 8th floor, which was great, but unfortunately my view overlooked the roof of another building. I did ask if this could be changed, but the hotel was fully booked due to the Easter break, which I completely understood. The room itself was comfortable and overall made for a pleasant stay. The location is a big plus—just a short walk to the Liverpool Museum, bars, restaurants, the wheel, and plenty of shops for a bit of retail therapy. Parking is quite expensive, but the hotel does stamp your ticket which gives you a discount. I checked in at 3:30pm, checked out at 12, and paid £18 for parking—without the discount, it could easily cost 5–8 times more. Now for the negatives: cleanliness could definitely be improved. I met some of the cleaners when checking out—lovely, friendly staff—but the room needed more attention. There was dust on surfaces, hair on the tissue container, only two tissues left, the bathroom and mirrors weren’t cleaned thoroughly, and the shower gel hadn’t been refilled, so after a few pumps there was none left. Overall, despite the cleaning issues, I had a pleasant stay and would definitely consider staying here again.

Excellent little hotel. Right in the centre of town and a short walk to the ACC. Bed was comfortable and the shower was powerful. Overall and excellent option and reasonably priced. Would stay again

Location brilliant, check in smooth - however they shouldn’t be allowed to put people in rooms next door to loud building sites! We got no sleep whatsoever.

We had a lovely stay. The standard hotel room was very spacious, bed very comfortable, room very clean and really nice decor. Breakfast was great, with fresh fruit, homemade baked bread and a good selection of hot and cold options. The White Bar was a great place for food and drinks. Staff very friendly. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The Crowne Plaza Liverpool Airport was clean throughout, very comfortable bedrooms (We had a double bed in one room 003 and 2 doubles in another 049). Staff were very friendly and helpful.  Food: We had food in the restaurant area on the first night. 2 of us opted for the tuna and one for the ribeye steak. The steak was beautiful. The tuna had to go back for extra cooking as they were both still swimming. Apparently there was an ‘agency chef’ in the kitchen. Tuna was very tasty when we got it back.  We would all definitely stay again the next time we visit Liverpool.

The Trip.com booking process was straightforward, and having their price match and stay guarantee gave me extra confidence in my booking. The app's ”Message Property” and ”Call Property” features came in handy when I needed some local recommendations. The ”Manage Booking” function made it easy to keep all my travel details organized in one place. Is it a five-star luxury hotel? No, but it doesn't claim to be. Phoenix Hotel Liverpool delivers exactly what it promises: a comfortable, well-located place to stay at a reasonable price point that lets you experience the best of Liverpool without breaking the bank. **Would I recommend it?** Absolutely! If you're looking for a centrally located hotel in Liverpool with good amenities and friendly service, this place ticks all the boxes.
