Every detail, every kind gesture, and every service offered with professionalism and warmth made our visit an unforgettable experience. The commitment and dedication with which you work every day to make guests feel at home is evident.
Thank you for serving us 100 percent and for always doing so with a smile. We have the best memories of Miami, largely thanks to you.

GGuest UserStayed at this hotel in Miami for three nights and was very satisfied. Hotel location is good, clean and quiet. Breakfast is half rich, coffee and hot water are available throughout the day. Staff is very friendly
PPPhebinThe hotel is located next to the airport and offers free parking. Breakfast starts at 6 a.m. The only downside is that the hygiene is so-so; there was a lot of hair next to the toilet that hadn't been cleaned up.
GGuest UserFor the price of this hotel, it is in an excellent location and is very clean. During our stay, there were lots of things that weren’t working or were broken in the hotel, including the key card machine, so we were only given 1 key card for a room for 3 people. In our room, the bathroom door handle had been ripped off on the inside before we got there and one of our friends got locked inside with no way out. She tried multiple times on multiple numbers for the hotel/front desk and not a single one worked. They were either in Spanish and hung up immediately or were disconnected. Luckily she was able to get in touch with us to come and let her out (she was in the room alone) but that meant travelling back to the hotel from another location. We were told by the front desk after this incident that they would come and fix the door but they never did. The washing machines were also broken so we were only given 2 towels every few days between 3 people. If there hadn’t been so many things broken, it would have been a decent stay.

NNadia LajoieThe boy at reception was very nice. Smiling polite is very helpful. The welcome was very pleasant, the room was outdated. A little floor, not very clean but very adequate to sleep a few hours before taking the plane
TtlapeachFor me, the number one priority for a stay is cleanliness. Overall, our first impression of cleanliness in the hotel was a bit poor when you enter the hallway with an extremely dirty, dust-filled carpet. Upon entering the room, it looked fine - clean but very old-looking. The material on the chairs was peeling off. The bathroom was clean enough, but I still did not want to go barefoot in the shower. Note that all the towels are jet black, so you get piece of mind knowing that no stains will show up on them if there are any: Take that information however you want to interpret it. However our biggest grievance was that there was a small bloodstain on the bedsheets. I still trusted that it was probably clean and simply just a stain, but nevertheless… Gross.
Overall, it’s fine as budget room. You get what you pay for. If you lower your standards enough, this place will do.
On the other hand, the location was fantastic. Close to the beach and walking distance to quite a lot of fantastic restaurants.
AAnonymous UserAt a price of more than 100 dollars, it is quite cost-effective to live in this location. You can't compare the conditions of a hotel with a price of 400 dollars.
The guy at the front desk of the hotel was very nice. He said that it was only a five-minute walk to the beach and told me the way to the supermarket, etc. He was very warm and considerate.
The only drawback was that the noise was a bit loud, haha, I hope the boss's business is prosperous and he can replace the sealed windows and the air conditioner when he has money.

GGuest UserThe facilities are quite good for the price. The room is very spacious. But beware, if you're a light sleeper, don't even think about staying here. Planes fly by every three minutes very close to the hotel, and you can hear their engines. If you're a heavy sleeper, this is your hotel. It's the best value in Miami. What happened to us was some awkward people in the room above us who made noise all night. But that's not the hotel's fault.
GGuest UserHumm, like other people said, its not clean at all.
Saw buds twice(you know what kind of bugs im talking about). There's hair in the bed, not ours. There is mole in the fridge...
I suggest that you bring your own bedsheets if you book here. Everything is outdated, but i don't mind it.
I think it could be a nice hotel if the onwner pay more attention on the cleanliness.
The location is good, checkin and check out are so smooth.
王王Breakfast is simple, coffee, milk, bread, waffles, you have to do it yourself. Hotel facilities are a bit old, but the service is OK. This time it was mainly for concerts, and the distance near the stadium was close to the price. Playing uber is still very convenient. The hotel has access control at night and security should be fine.
