Ramada by Wyndham Miami Springs/Miami International Airport ★★
"I generally stay here the night before cruising out of Miami. This time I was given a room upstairs. This hotel for the love of God, needs to add an elevator. I'm over 70 yrs old and dragging luggage up a flight of stairs is not in my travel plans. The room I had this time smelled of mold. Luckily I travel with an air purifier in my luggage so that saved me and I was able to tolerate the odor. They just need to shampoo the carpet with some vinegar, baking soda and kill the mold growing in the room. The hotel was clean and so was the room. They offer transportation to the Port of Miami for a very low price (aprox $14/per person). So the inconvenience paid off. We walked to the IHOP restaurant which was about 2 blocks away for dinner. There's a McDonalds next door on the other side of the property. The Ramada also has its own restuarant but we chose to walk to IHOP. The location is convenient and I'll continue to use this hotel but will bring air freshener with me on the next trip and make sure to request a room on the first floor. The price is good for a one night stay. Other hotels in the surrounding area were much too expensive for a one night stay. Also they have a free shuttle that runs on the hour. If you're arriving after 10 pm just take an UBer."

"The hotel is in the airport but you must exit the airport meaning You will have to RE-DO TSA checking. It is located toward the area you pick buses and taxis. I arrived around 1am as we had an overnight layover. The sink in the bathroom was having still some dental floss... disgusting. Made me wonder if they even clean the whole room. The whole room was dated and no really a view. It was just convenience and I had to give them recognition at least for having arranged the wheelchair pickup of my mom which was nice and convenient. Overall, I dont think I will go back. I will prefer to stay somewhere else."

"After clearing customs, the hotel shuttle was easy to catch at Exit 5, running every half hour, which was very convenient. The rooms come with a kitchenette, perfect for longer stays if you plan to grocery shop and prepare your own meals to save some money. The breakfast was also excellent."

"This hotel was just a 10-minute drive from the airport, so I booked it for one night since I had an early 7 AM flight. It's a pretty standard hotel, a bit old-fashioned perhaps, and the facilities are a little dated, but I didn't have high expectations for a one-night stay. They offer a shuttle service to and from the airport every half hour, no prior booking needed. We took the 5:30 AM shuttle; when we got to the door at 5:26 AM, there was already a long line of guests waiting to get on, each with at least one suitcase. I thought we'd have to wait for the next one, but the driver was amazing. He stacked everyone's luggage one by one in the back, and incredibly, managed to fit all twenty-plus suitcases! We arrived at the airport right on time."
