Beach Hotels in Miami-Dade County

The hotel's location is excellent, and the room view is absolutely stunning! It's truly fantastic! I'd definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Miami!

The hotel is very close to the beach and Lincoln Road. You can see the sea by opening the window, and the room is quite large compared to New York.

The lobby is freezing cold. The staffs are friendly. The check-in wait time was about 20 minutes because there was only one front desk staff and the group before us spent too much time. The room is decent and clean. Love the balcony and direct access to the beach. The pool is kinda small, but they have two pools.

The beach is OK, no outsiders allowed! The overall guest room facilities are average, almost all made in China! Including toiletries! It is best to bring your own toiletries! The view is nice! Not worth staying for two days! The Japanese food in the lobby is ridiculously expensive because the cooking level is too average! A meal for two people is $126, + this + that fee, and finally charged $210.58. The additional fees are really high! There is no Trump's taste at all!

Our family stayed at this hotel for three nights during the World Cup. The location is super convenient, with the beach right past the pool, and there's a 24-hour supermarket just outside the hotel. On arrival, the front desk upgraded us to a twin room with a partial sea view. The view of the sea from the balcony was nice, but the other directions were quite messy. There's also a compressor downstairs that hums, but it's fine once you close the balcony door. Breakfast goes until 12 PM, which was perfect for us, although the variety wasn't huge. For drinks, they only had orange juice and water; coffee was extra, but the fruit was good.

the location is good. checking in was ok other then you have to pay for parking in the garage. we had to change our room two times. doing to the fact the bathroom every time we took a shower water got every where and we had to keep cleaning it then mold in the bathroom. then the next room ac didn't work . then day of check out when check out was at 11 we left to go get breakfast and when we came back it was around 9:45am and they were cleaning out our room and felt like we were getting pushed out. i wasn't happy about it at all. the pictures they have of the hotel isn't their hotel it's the hotel next door.

Location is perfect. The bathroom was great and clean Price is high, the AC was freezing cold and yet there is no real blanket. The curtains are not light proof and there are no shelves clise to the bed. Overall recommended!

Very good resort hotel, the capsule coffee in the room is very good, impressed by the coffee star. The service staff at the entrance of the hotel is also super extra points. Every time I go in and out, I always greet you warmly to find various topics and talk to you. I feel at home.

Boulan South Beach – Honest Review I recently stayed at Boulan South Beach and overall had a great experience, with a few minor drawbacks. Positives: The location is fantastic—just one block from the beach and in a very walkable area surrounded by great restaurants and bars. The hotel itself offers solid amenities, including a small but relaxing rooftop pool with a bar. One of the highlights of my stay was dining at Orange Blossom, the on-site restaurant. The food was excellent, and I’d highly recommend checking it out even if you’re not staying at the hotel. The rooms are well-appointed, apartment-style suites that feel spacious and thoughtfully designed. I also appreciated how quiet the rooms were—perfect for getting a good night’s sleep after a day out. Negatives: That said, I was disappointed by the bed. The listing advertised a pillow-top mattress, but the bed was far from comfortable and fell short of our expectations. Also, for a room that otherwise felt luxurious, the lack of bathrobes was a small detail that would’ve really rounded out a luxurious experience. Additionally, while the room was clean, some of the design choices were lovely but weren’t the most practical for a hotel setting. The cloth-upholstered bed frame, while stylish, showed some staining—fabric furniture can be hard to keep looking fresh in a high-turnover “fun” environment. Similarly, the jute rug added visual texture but proves to be difficult to clean and showed signs of wear. Final Thoughts: Boulan South Beach is a solid choice if you’re looking for a stylish, well-located hotel in South Beach with great amenities and a quieter, more refined atmosphere. Just be aware of a few comfort and design trade-offs. It really is too bad, because Boulan is excellent on so many things and I would 100% go back and definitely recommend this hotel to others… However, the bed quality really brought down the overall appeal. If they can improve that one aspect, this would easily be a top-tier stay in South Beach.
