The hotel said that it was processed when I checked out, but now the pre-authorization is still frozen. I don’t know what to do. What a ghost!

The hotel facilities are considered luxurious in the United States. Although the sea view balcony of the room is diagonally facing the coast, the view is still good. Most of the service staff are very welcoming and can call me by my name accurately. The performance of HSKP is relatively poor, the cleaning speed is slow and not particularly clean.

Superb facilities and location. Rooms exceptional and housekeeping staff great! A workforce (and teams) of two halves - some friendly and helpful, others rude and dismissive of guests - equally felt as if some staff were working harder than others and a lot of ‘standing around’ by the work shy crew members pretending to be busy doing very little. Could be an amazing experience if service (and staff training) was consistent.

The price is generally good. There is no need to live here. Parking a car is 1,000 yuan a day. It is better to add some money to live in a hotel. The room type should be the most expensive in the hotel. Check-in was delayed until 5:30 pm. The mattress of the king-size bed in the guest room collapsed in half. I complained to the hotel, but the mattress was not replaced in time. Later, I found that the sliding door lock on the first floor of the guest room could not be locked. It was not repaired that night. The lock was replaced the next morning. The coffee cup was not cleaned. You can clearly see the coffee stains on the cup. The round table in the living room was not wiped clean. The sticky stuff on it got on my computer and it was disgusting. Overall, I will not book this hotel next time. Disappointed

The hotel is very good, the location is good, you can walk to a large shopping mall in five minutes, there are many choices for shopping and dining! There is a steak specialty restaurant in the hotel, which has a good reputation!

We also used the private beach! Please note that service to both the pool and beach ends at 5pm. It was great that there were refillable bottles in the room and water could be refilled anywhere in the hotel! It's more eco-friendly than plastic bottles. We upgraded to a spacious junior suite, which was a great choice! Our family of four had plenty of room to spare. The bathroom was spacious, with a separate shower and chair. The amenities also had a nice scent. It was easily accessible from the airport, and we arrived in about 15 minutes by Uber for about 3,500 yen! From our room, we could see the neighboring tower apartment building and the beach.
