AAnonymous UserThe hotel has a good location, good rooms and good service. There is a small mall nearby, which is very convenient for eating. There are several convenience stores for buying water and food, and they sell medicine 24 hours a day. If you take a cruise ship, it is very close to the ship in about ten minutes.

DDeehanSuperb facilities and location. Rooms exceptional and housekeeping staff great! A workforce (and teams) of two halves - some friendly and helpful, others rude and dismissive of guests - equally felt as if some staff were working harder than others and a lot of ‘standing around’ by the work shy crew members pretending to be busy doing very little. Could be an amazing experience if service (and staff training) was consistent.

SSunsunjinjinIt's the second time I've stayed~ the overall feeling is very good! My favorite hotel in Miami. There is nothing to say about the service, sanitation and aesthetic scenery. Praise praise praise. The restaurant is the barbecue of Francis Mallmann, the Argentine chef. It is worth a try. There is also an omakase that can be reserved. The ingredients are very fresh and creative.

Yyuna82We also used the private beach! Please note that service to both the pool and beach ends at 5pm. It was great that there were refillable bottles in the room and water could be refilled anywhere in the hotel! It's more eco-friendly than plastic bottles. We upgraded to a spacious junior suite, which was a great choice! Our family of four had plenty of room to spare. The bathroom was spacious, with a separate shower and chair. The amenities also had a nice scent.
It was easily accessible from the airport, and we arrived in about 15 minutes by Uber for about 3,500 yen!
From our room, we could see the neighboring tower apartment building and the beach.

GGuest UserMust give a good review! The room is really nice, the service attitude is not as bad as mentioned in the comment section, and the environment is also very good. The beach is almost deserted, but the scenery is okay even if it is not a private beach. Although there are fallen leaves in the swimming pool, it is not very dirty. My skin is very sensitive but it was fine after swimming. Someone will clean the mats around the pool in the morning. Highly recommended

HHALocation is fairly good, near to the mall. Service is good as well, they provided us water every time we came back and left the hotel (very hot weather so it was very helpful).

CCHAOThe hotel is made with Ritz-Carlton. We stayed on Saturday and Sunday, which is much cheaper than other five-star hotels. Driving, valet parking 45 knives. I have to pay extra for the Internet, my mobile phone is often broken, and other devices are fine. The hotel beach is under maintenance and the experience is a lot worse. There is a small private beach left, and there are very few people. The swimming pool is big and the rest of the pool is not very big. The gym is quite big and there are very few people. There is also a jazz performance in the lobby at night.

It's like walking into a botanical garden, and the green plants are prettier than those in Vizcaya because they are much bigger (very subjective, Vizcaya is also very beautiful, but I think this one is better because I like big plants). The hotel rooms are also very special, everything is themed around the rainforest, and opposite is the pedestrian street, which is also very lively at night. The only thing is that I really hate hotels that don't have quilts. They use two cloth quilts, one underneath and one on top, which is very convenient, but I really hate the feeling of the quilt touching my skin!
