The room is very large and the environment is very good. The toiletries are Spain Nature Biss . I booked the first night on Trip.com. I booked the second night on the official website. It was a double breakfast and a package for playing. When I checked in, I had two different orders for two nights. I didn’t need to change the room. The front desk said that I had to re-brush the key the next day. Just one time, the result was that at noon the next day, I received a bank short message and deducted more than 400 dollars in pre-authorization. I asked Trip.com to ask the hotel. I thought I was going to continue to deduct my one-night room rate, but the amount was cheaper than the first night booked by Trip.com. Go to the front desk to explain the situation and ask them to refund me and say that they have taken it. After the pre-authorization, I checked out for two nights and asked the hotel to refund. I didn’t say that I had refunded it for half a month. I returned to the country and called the bank. The pre-authorization was still frozen. I asked Trip.com to call the hotel. The hotel said that it was processed when I checked out, but now the pre-authorization is still frozen. I don’t know what to do. What a ghost!

The most important thing is that when I checked out, I had to charge my vacation tax repeatedly. I showed them the details of the order email, but they still insisted on collecting it. In the end, I had to call the order platform to solve the problem.

Superb facilities and location. Rooms exceptional and housekeeping staff great! A workforce (and teams) of two halves - some friendly and helpful, others rude and dismissive of guests - equally felt as if some staff were working harder than others and a lot of ‘standing around’ by the work shy crew members pretending to be busy doing very little. Could be an amazing experience if service (and staff training) was consistent.

Let’s talk about the biggest surprise first: On the first night of my stay, when I was sleeping soundly in the middle of the night, a hotel staff suddenly broke into the room by swiping my card and I was kicked out. Later, I checked with the front desk that he had mistaken the room where he should send the things. The customer service manager and security director each apologized and compensated for US$200 in hotel consumption. In fact, they were still not satisfied, but they did not pursue the case because they did not want to make any more noise. Service points were deducted because this incident should never have happened in the first place. Other than that, the overall experience is actually good. The hotel facilities are considered luxurious in the United States. Although the sea view balcony of the room is diagonally facing the coast, the view is still good. Most of the service staff are very welcoming and can call me by my name accurately. The performance of HSKP is relatively poor, the cleaning speed is slow and not particularly clean.

It's the second time I've stayed~ the overall feeling is very good! My favorite hotel in Miami. There is nothing to say about the service, sanitation and aesthetic scenery. Praise praise praise. The restaurant is the barbecue of Francis Mallmann, the Argentine chef. It is worth a try. There is also an omakase that can be reserved. The ingredients are very fresh and creative.

A very beautiful hotel. The hotel rooms are also very special, everything is themed around the rainforest, and opposite is the pedestrian street, which is also very lively at night. The only thing is that I really hate hotels that don't have quilts. They use two cloth quilts, one underneath and one on top, which is very convenient, but I really hate the feeling of the quilt touching my skin!

The price is generally good. There is no need to live here. Parking a car is 1,000 yuan a day. It is better to add some money to live in a hotel. The environment facilities are also relatively ordinary. There is no surprise. The pool view is good. The backstroke can see the high-rise buildings and the blue sky.

The room type should be the most expensive in the hotel. Check-in was delayed until 5:30 pm. The mattress of the king-size bed in the guest room collapsed in half. I complained to the hotel, but the mattress was not replaced in time. Later, I found that the sliding door lock on the first floor of the guest room could not be locked. It was not repaired that night. The lock was replaced the next morning. The coffee cup was not cleaned. You can clearly see the coffee stains on the cup. The round table in the living room was not wiped clean. The sticky stuff on it got on my computer and it was disgusting. Overall, I will not book this hotel next time. Disappointed

The hotel is very good, the location is good, you can walk to a large shopping mall in five minutes, there are many choices for shopping and dining! There is a steak specialty restaurant in the hotel, which has a good reputation!

We also used the private beach! Please note that service to both the pool and beach ends at 5pm. It was great that there were refillable bottles in the room and water could be refilled anywhere in the hotel! It's more eco-friendly than plastic bottles. We upgraded to a spacious junior suite, which was a great choice! Our family of four had plenty of room to spare. The bathroom was spacious, with a separate shower and chair. The amenities also had a nice scent. It was easily accessible from the airport, and we arrived in about 15 minutes by Uber for about 3,500 yen! From our room, we could see the neighboring tower apartment building and the beach.
