My first impression was how incredibly warm and attentive the service was. Every question I had was met with a satisfactory answer, and they even proactively helped me with directions for dining out and cycling routes around the island. Since we had two bikes, the staff thoughtfully asked if we needed to switch to a larger, more suitable room. Their service attitude truly deserves high praise.
The room was also perfect, and the breakfast buffet was excellent.
This was the most satisfying hotel I stayed at during my 11-day island-wide trip in Taiwan.

The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean.
Breakfast offers several choices.
Located by the sea, it's within walking distance of Hualien Night Market.
Taking a bus or taxi from the station is recommended.
I would like to stay here again.

The hotel is about 6 min walk from the railway station, the dormitory room was good ( en-suite toilet and shower ). Small kitchen, drinking water, washing machine (20 TWD) and lounge with reception downstairs. The receptionist was knowledgeable and friendly. Next door is laundry, many places to eat around, and the night market is about 25 min walk. There is a small park 3 min walk from the hostel with some outdoor gym equipment if you would like to exercise. Keep in mind that you may hear a noise from trains passing close and airplanes landing, it wasn't disturbing me, but it is good to have ear plugs if you are sensitive noise

Very nice hotel: very clean and well located for walking around (ocean, night market, shops, and restaurants). We were 5 and the room was perfect and spacious with 2 private toilets/showers/sinks. It's a shame that the large bath towels had to be rented!

Stayed two days in a quad room.
This was my third stay.
The room was very clean, and the front desk staff was very friendly. If there's no parking available, they'll even move their company car and let you park.
It's across the street from 7-Eleven, and there's also a TP-Link nearby. Zhongmei Street has many delicious restaurants, so it's quite convenient.
If I had to find a negative, it would be:
The rooftop pool is quite small. Even with four people in it, it's usually full. It's too hot during the day and only open until around 9 PM.
The breakfast on the first floor has a good selection of special dishes, but for some reason the air conditioning isn't cooling enough, so the food is a bit warm.
Overall, it's quite good.

The room wasn't as comfortable as it looked in the pictures. The caulk in the bathroom was moldy everywhere. Even through the bedsheet, you could see old stains (bloodstains) on the mattress. It made me feel a bit uneasy staying there. The mini-fridge in the room was just for show (it was broken and didn't cool). Although there's a free snack and drink bar downstairs, there's definitely a lot of room for improvement in terms of cleanliness and hygiene.

Loved this place. Excellent value, well run. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clearn. I saw the cleaning staff working all morning every day.
The desk people are helpful.
You have to pay extra for shower towels but I actually think it's a great idea !! We need to preserve the environment. Only use what you need. It's good for the customer too -- because the hotel can give better rates. Every hotel should do this.

sl30neThis was a 1 night stay. We arrived around 9pm. The street parking was completely full. The staff said after 10pm the car parking lots should be free. But it remained occupied. We were directed to another car park named PP. Said to be complimentary. However, we ended up paying NTD 460 upon check out.
There is not lift at the building. You have to carry up your own luggage. Water dispenser is available at ground floor. The building is quite old and needs renovation. The carpet and windows were dirty. Broken sockets. Stained pillow cases. The good thing is that they provide a one time use towel.
Breakfast was minimal. Porridge, 4 simple condiments, meat bun and bread. No eggs. We came down at 8am and there was close to none except for buns.
