Booking this guesthouse was such a pleasant surprise! ✨ The owner was incredibly welcoming and even helped us with recommendations for local snacks and sightseeing routes when we checked in, which was great for avoiding tourist traps. The room was clean and tidy, and the balcony overlooked a charming little courtyard 🌿. Waking up to the sunlight in the morning was incredibly therapeutic. The location is also very convenient; it's about a five-minute walk to the attractions, and there's a bus stop right outside, which is super handy 👍. The bathroom even had a smart toilet, and these small details really made our stay comfortable. If I get the chance to visit again, I'll definitely be staying here!

The place is 4mn walking to the west scenic area entrance. Very convenient to come back after a magical night boat tour. Our room was very peaceful with a view over a small canal and trees, we could hear birds singing. The bed was very confortable and the stunning design bath tub in the room was much appreciated to relax after walking all day. Mr.Ya at reception was very helpful and easy to communicate with. he arranged an affordable transportation for us directly to Shanghai airport and he facilitated a late check-out so we could take a shower before departure. Thank you for making our trip to Wu Zhen an extraordinary experience!

It's also conveniently close to prominent attractions like the permanent site of the World Internet Conference and the Internet Light Exhibition Center. For visitors planning to explore Xizha Scenic Area, this spot is incredibly convenient, saving a significant amount of time and effort. **Pleasant Ambiance** * The guesthouse maintains a consistently clean and tidy environment. The hotel's location is excellent, just a few hundred meters from Wuzhen Xizha, and easy to find right off the road, which is great for self-driving with convenient parking. The hotel's decor also features a traditional ancient town style, with a 'National Charm Garden' feel where every step reveals a new beautiful scene. There's a pomelo tree in front with lots of large fruits! The room was quite spacious, clean, and warm! The landlady and staff were all very warm and hospitable! I'll definitely come back next time!

The front desk staff, a sweet and gentle young lady, provided attentive and thoughtful service. Its location is fantastic, very close to the entrance of the West Xizha Scenic Area, making transportation and getting around super convenient – just a few minutes' walk. It's excellent value for money and definitely my top choice for accommodation. Highly recommended!

The Shuixiang Youth Hostel was under maintenance, so we received a complimentary upgrade to a Balcony King Room at Zhenshui Resort Hotel. The hotel facilities seemed a bit dated, and the walls had some noticeable stains. The bathroom was also on the smaller side. However, our overall stay was very pleasant, and these minor points didn't significantly impact our experience. Given its location within the scenic area, this hotel is genuinely affordable and offers excellent value for money. Both the check-in and luggage transfer services were convenient and prompt. Breakfast could be swapped for Zaochake (from 7:30 to 9:30 AM). While the food itself was quite ordinary, it was a unique experience as you could watch a performance. We're very grateful for the free upgrade, which allowed us to enjoy the beautiful view from our balcony. Highly recommended.

I chose this hotel based on the reviews, and I'm glad to say I can also give it a great one! The room was spacious with lots of windows and very clean. The air conditioning was super warm, which was nice. The owner also runs a restaurant right across the street, and hotel guests get a discount. There's a large bathtub perfect for a soak. The front desk lady even gave me a local guide and a box of local specialties. They didn't even ask for a good review, but I have to give one proactively – it's really good! And it's super close to the North Gate of Wuzhen. 😊

Just a quick note: the location is within the 西栅景区 (West Gate Scenic Area), not inside 西栅 itself. You’ll still need to purchase tickets for both 东栅 (East Gate) and 西栅 at RMB 190. Both are within walking distance, though 西栅 is a bit further. The hotel and rooms are beautifully decorated, just like the pictures posted on the website. The room, which comfortably fits 2 people, is spacious and cozy. The staff were incredibly kind, even helping to arrange for our luggage to be taken up to the second floor. There’s also a washer and dryer available, which is a great convenience if you need to do a quick laundry load. Just outside the hotel, you’ll find plenty of small shops to wander around, perfect for a leisurely stroll.

The room was super spacious and quite clean, with a continuous hot water supply. It's not far from the scenic area's entrance, and the price was good. On the second night, I wanted to save some money and booked a room without a bathtub, but the front desk just said there was no need to switch rooms or pay extra. Thumbs up!

The room was clean and tidy. The breakfast buffet was much better than what I had at the B&Bs inside Xizha scenic area. The room rate was significantly cheaper than those within Xizha, but you get the same access and benefits for visiting the scenic area. It's located right near the main entrance, even more convenient than the B&Bs at the far end of the scenic area. Excellent value for money. If I ever come to Wuzhen again, I'll definitely stay here every time.
