This hotel, built on the former site of Yida Silk Factory, is a sight to behold in itself. Tucked away in the heart of the town, it offers a serene and beautiful escape from the hustle and bustle. With the help of our lovely butler, check-in and check-out were incredibly smooth. Following video instructions, we arrived at the Wuzhen parking garage where our butler was already waiting for us, instantly easing any apprehension about visiting a new place for the first time. After entering the scenic area, we took a boat through the entirety of Wuzhen to reach the hotel, truly experiencing the unique charm of a Jiangnan water town from the water. The hotel's butler service truly lives up to its name; unlike many hotels with WeChat concierges who are often slow to respond, every request here was met with an immediate and efficient reply, which was incredibly warm and thoughtful. All in all, I highly recommend Yida as a five-star hotel in Wuzhen. It was definitely the highlight of our perfect trip to Wuzhen! My only regret is not asking for the name of our young, enthusiastic, and very helpful butler. I wish her all the best!

She took great care of us from arrival and made our stay completely stress-free. The room was spacious, elegant, and featured top-quality bedding and amenities. We also loved the breakfast, which was made fresh to order and absolutely delicious. The breakfast hall overlooks an infinity pool and a lotus pond in full bloom, a truly picturesque setting. I’ve never written a review after a trip before, but this time I’ve decided to seriously review every hotel I've stayed in. This is to give future guests more reliable information, as choosing hotels was the most time-consuming and effort-intensive part of planning this trip. Guest reviews were crucial for my decision-making, so I hope to help others in the same way. This was by far the most satisfying hotel of my entire trip, exceeding my expectations and definitely worth the money. Before arrival, a butler contacted me to ask for my arrival time and waited for me in the parking lot. They guided me into the scenic area and even provided a boat service to the hotel, allowing me to enjoy the scenery along the way – a wonderful start to my stay. The hotel lobby was incredibly stylish, truly giving off the vibe of entering a grand, opulent estate. The views were also fantastic, and the service was beyond words. Check-in was handled entirely by the butler, while I simply relaxed and enjoyed some tea. Breakfast was a la carte, unlimited, with a wide variety of choices, and the quality was excellent; everything was exquisitely prepared with good ingredients. The room design was very thoughtful and considerate, and they even prepared foot bath water for me. The butler was always available to arrange anything I needed. The Dan Cha Fan restaurant directly opposite the hotel was also very good. With views right from the window, enjoying a meal there was a truly great experience. If you’re not concerned about budget and prioritize quality, you should definitely choose this hotel. Its location is also very convenient. All in all, this isn't just one of the best hotels from this trip, but one of the few truly satisfying hotels I’ve stayed in across many travels.

I was very satisfied with my stay. The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast offered a rich variety of options. Some of the chefs also spoke English, which was a plus. It would be even better if the menu for dishes and drinks included English translations. The hotel's proximity to the high-speed rail station made getting around incredibly convenient.

It's also conveniently close to prominent attractions like the permanent site of the World Internet Conference and the Internet Light Exhibition Center. For visitors planning to explore Xizha Scenic Area, this spot is incredibly convenient, saving a significant amount of time and effort. **Pleasant Ambiance** * The guesthouse maintains a consistently clean and tidy environment. Its interior design features a 'light luxury' style, offering a blend of simplicity and elegance. * The rooms are exquisitely decorated, particularly the themed rooms, where unique ornaments, bedside lamps, and feature walls are thoughtfully chosen to create a warm and cozy atmosphere. **Excellent Facilities** * Room amenities are brand new and include 24-hour air conditioning, hot water, smart TVs, and private Wi-Fi, catering to all guest needs. * A wide variety of room types are available, such as King, Twin, Family, and special King-size rooms. Some even come equipped with trendy electric chairs, ensuring there's an option for every group's preference. **Attentive Service** * The owner and staff provide warm and exceptionally thoughtful service, offering 24-hour hassle-free butler assistance. They also extend pick-up and drop-off services within the Wuzhen area, including transfers to/from the station, making guests feel truly valued. * They are also very caring towards children, providing kid-friendly facilities and entertainment options, which significantly eases travel for families with little ones. **Outstanding Dining** * The guesthouse has a restaurant on its ground floor, serving authentic and delicious local Wuzhen specialty dishes at very reasonable prices. * The surrounding area offers an extensive array of dining options, including numerous breakfast spots, bars, cafes, snack shops, and trendy 'Instagrammable' restaurants.

The Shuixiang Youth Hostel was under maintenance, so we received a complimentary upgrade to a Balcony King Room at Zhenshui Resort Hotel. The hotel facilities seemed a bit dated, and the walls had some noticeable stains. The bathroom was also on the smaller side. However, our overall stay was very pleasant, and these minor points didn't significantly impact our experience. Given its location within the scenic area, this hotel is genuinely affordable and offers excellent value for money. Both the check-in and luggage transfer services were convenient and prompt. Breakfast could be swapped for Zaochake (from 7:30 to 9:30 AM). While the food itself was quite ordinary, it was a unique experience as you could watch a performance. We're very grateful for the free upgrade, which allowed us to enjoy the beautiful view from our balcony. Highly recommended.

I arrived around noon. There was a staff member at the entrance who helped with parking. As soon as I entered the lobby, I noticed a very pleasant scent, and the elevator also smelled nice. The front desk attendant gave me a toiletry bag. After checking into the room, I took a quick look around. Although the room wasn't large, it was quite clean and had a small fridge, which is perfect for keeping drinks cold in hot weather. The only minor issue was that the shower hose kept getting tangled, making me think the water pressure was low, but unscrewing and reattaching it fixed it. I really appreciate that when you order takeout and input your room number, a staff member brings it up to you. The hotel is directly across from the entrance to Xizha Scenic Area, and there are many small shops and restaurants nearby.

The owner is an ex-serviceman who arranged everything for us, from food to accommodation and transportation, perfectly from the moment we arrived in Wuzhen. He even organized our transfers from Suzhou to Wuzhen and from Wuzhen to Hangzhou, which were cheaper than taking a taxi ourselves. He made sure to arrange a very comfortable car because we had elderly people with us. When you're in Wuzhen, just ask the owner about places to eat and getting around, and you'll be all set. His own restaurant serves delicious, freshly made dishes – no pre-cooked meals. He even gave us a souvenir when we checked out. I will definitely recommend this guesthouse to my friends; the owner's service is absolutely top-notch! 👍👍👍

Facilities: The room is very good, very suitable for couples to take photos, and the view of the small bridge opposite is great! Hygiene: The room hygiene is very good, nothing to fault Service: The boss picked us up from Xizha in the evening and helped us pick up our luggage at noon and deliver our luggage the next day. He was really considerate! The service is very attentive!

I booked the courtyard view room for a three-day, two-night stay, and for a staycation, it was a bit disappointing. Service: The hotel didn't offer a butler service, and no one informed us about the available activities. I had to ask about the travel photography, and only stumbled upon the tie-dye activity by chance. I have no idea what else there might have been. The welcome fruit in the room was just the three items shown in the picture, not the nougat and tea mentioned in other reviews. Maybe my membership tier wasn't high enough? >_< There was no pre-departure call, but I did receive a call asking for feedback after checking out. For the travel photography, they offered 5 free photos, and additional ones were 80 yuan each, with discounts for bulk purchases. The photographer did a good job. However, the 'fine-tuning' felt like a one-click edit; a hole in the umbrella prop was still visible in the retouched photos, which was quite sloppy >_<. When I inquired about buying all the original photos, I was told it was also 80 yuan per photo, so I decided against it. In the end, I bought 35 photos and got a 15% discount. On the positive side, The hotel itself is beautiful and very photogenic. The Sanbai Bar has a great atmosphere and isn't crowded. You can charge drinks to your room, and in-house guests get a 10% discount. Breakfast variety was also quite good, with cheese, ham, and salmon available. Several made-to-order items were offered à la carte, which helped avoid queues.
