2-Star Hotels in Tongxiang

Like a 'branch of spring' offered from Jiangnan, this stay was a true delight. It's the perfect choice for a large family or two to three smaller families traveling together, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the most authentic Jiangnan water town experience. The traditional, all-wood local residence, while some of its amenities might not be as modern as those in standard hotels, offered a unique and poetic atmosphere by the water that no star-rated hotel could ever hope to replicate. Our hostess was incredibly warm and welcoming. She proactively contacted us before our trip with essential information, met us by the roadside upon arrival to assist with parking, and patiently walked us through every detail of our stay. She even went above and beyond by preparing breakfast for us for two days. The Jiangnan-style stir-fried bamboo shoots with pickled vegetables, golden scrambled eggs, and freshly made toppings generously ladled over steaming noodles truly melted away the chill of the crisp water town mornings.

The hotel's location is extremely convenient. It is just at the entrance of West Town, just a few steps away. The room was beautiful, well designed and well equipped. The only downside is there is no elevator. Even though I am a foreigner, the hotel owner was very welcoming and fully supportive. She also helped me book a bus to the bus station early in the morning. A great experience. I will definitely come back

We love this place so much. The view is fantastic, the room looks exactly like in the picture. Moreover, the owner, I called her Aunty. She’s a wonderful person, always so helpful and supportive. She let us check in early because we arrived so soon and felt tired. The rooms are fully equipped: tv, kettle, amenities,… The bathroom is clean, and the beds are comfortable. But the most enjoyable factor during my stay is still Aunty, very helpful and happy. I definitely want to come back and recommend it to my friends. I forgot to pictures of the room.

The room was spotlessly clean and bright. The ambiance was elegant and inviting, with well-appointed facilities. The service was attentive and thoughtful, and the owner was incredibly warm, helpful, and personable. I would highly recommend this place to all my friends.

From Jiaxing Railway Station, you should take Didi to this hotel though using public transport is still possible. You can find the hailing location easily, and the officers near hailing location are helpful. The hotel itself has spacious rooms, decent facilities, hot water, etc. I visit it when the temperature below 5°C in January. So everything hot is ”mandatory”. If the air condition was too hard to make your room comfortably warm, you can ask for extra heater, portable. The hotel doesn't have elevators, but don't worry, the hotel officer (owner ?) will gladly help you to bring all your luggage up to the first floor. It seem that the rooms opened at floor 1 only (level 2). Sorry my mistake. The location is not faraway from Wuzhen West Gate. Near supermarket (Great Super. Turn left from hotel's door, walk around 200m, right at the intersection), traditional market, food stalls (turn right from hotel's door) etc. I believe you will enjoy to explore.. Lastly, install Amap for navigation, Didi for hailing taxi, Alipay for payment, and everything possible for translation. Of course, buy local sim card. The people are very helpful and nice, if you do that at first to them. That's my personal experience.

The hotel was clean and comfortable for a night's stay. Above all, the receptionist was incredibly kind and friendly, making my stay comfortable. They even lent me a free Hanfu costume, so I went to the bookstore and took some lovely couple photos. What I remember most is the kindness of the people at Ujeon. I'm making wonderful memories :)

My child loved it. The space was very spacious, and the bed was large. It's very close to the competition school, and there are large shopping malls nearby, making it very convenient for eating, drinking, and entertainment. I'll definitely stay here again for next year's competition.

We stayed at Yueman Xilou Theme Inn for 3 nights and it was amazing! This is a family business and the owner is always around to help you with anything if needed. Also, if you are a foreign like us and don’t speak Chinese, he will ask his daughter to help you. She speaks a very good english! Location: just perfect! 10 min. walking from the west scenic area; Room: the owner kindle gave an upgrade and we stayed in a super nice room, really spacious, with a big window and a small resting area. Amenities: There’s not much besides a restaurant in the ground floor, what’s very convenient and we totally recommend. The food is very tasty! Please note the location in Trip.com is not 100% accurate but you just need to walk 500m more straight ahead (from the place that is marked, go straight, cross the road, walk 500m more. The hotel will be at your right). You won’t find a place with the name “Yueman Xilou Theme Inn” so please look for the entrance that you see in the pictures of the hotel.

Really great! I think the environment is nice, and it's very clean and hygienic. The owner's service is also excellent. It's super close to Wuzhen, and the surroundings are lovely too.

I was upgraded to the deluxe double room from the room of my booking as Siao D (the guy in charge) told me because of low season/availability he was happy to upgrade me. I was very pleased and didn't have to pay any extra for the upgrade. Location is walking distance to the famous tourists West Scenic Wuzhen place. Eatery outlet readily available outside the hotel so were the rickshaws. Hotel very quiet. Siao D took care of every enquiries with no hesitation and helped me in all my needs. He sent me personally to the Tongxing train station the day I left, that was really awesome! (With no charge). Felt safe in the place too.
