Pet Friendly Hotels in Tongxiang

The hotel proprietor of this place was so friendly, helpful and kind; she really made me feel welcome and comfortable. It was raining when I arrived and she met the taxi with an umbrella and carried my luggage up to the room. She also heard me open the door in the morning and ran to carry my luggage downstairs again and waited with me to make sure I found my taxi and gave me a gift of cakes. She also offered to meet me to make sure I got back to the hotel in the evening. She was the best hotel manager I have met during my 8 weeks in China,so far. The hotel is in a great location just a few minutes walk from the West gate along a,tree lined avenue. Easy to find for taxis to park outside. Very clean. I was given extra duvets as the bed was a bit firm for me because I have a hip problem. Highly recommend this place to stay.

Like a 'branch of spring' offered from Jiangnan, this stay was a true delight. It's the perfect choice for a large family or two to three smaller families traveling together, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the most authentic Jiangnan water town experience. The traditional, all-wood local residence, while some of its amenities might not be as modern as those in standard hotels, offered a unique and poetic atmosphere by the water that no star-rated hotel could ever hope to replicate. Our hostess was incredibly warm and welcoming. She proactively contacted us before our trip with essential information, met us by the roadside upon arrival to assist with parking, and patiently walked us through every detail of our stay. She even went above and beyond by preparing breakfast for us for two days. The Jiangnan-style stir-fried bamboo shoots with pickled vegetables, golden scrambled eggs, and freshly made toppings generously ladled over steaming noodles truly melted away the chill of the crisp water town mornings.

I stayed in the premium suite this time, and it was incredibly spacious and grand, feeling as luxurious and comfortable as a presidential suite. The in-room amenities were exceptionally comprehensive, with all the appliances, toiletries, and daily essentials you could need, making my stay incredibly convenient and hassle-free. The room was spotlessly clean and tidy, with an elegant and quiet ambiance. The proprietress was wonderfully warm and thoughtful, providing attentive and detailed service, always responding promptly to any requests. Overall, my stay was fantastic and offered excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

The room is very spacious with a beautiful design. The owner is also very welcoming and friendly. The ground floor is a tea room, and the whole place is perfect for taking photos. Most importantly, it's very clean and hygienic. After getting to the room, I regretted only planning one day in Wuzhen. Even staying alone, I felt very safe. The owner even gave me coffee (I don't have a picture on my phone!). Plus, it's very close to Xizha and offers great value for money. Definitely a gem, highly recommend! 👏

The service was excellent, the environment was clean, and the price was reasonable. We could also wear Hanfu upstairs for free. We had a great time!

From Jiaxing Railway Station, you should take Didi to this hotel though using public transport is still possible. You can find the hailing location easily, and the officers near hailing location are helpful. The hotel itself has spacious rooms, decent facilities, hot water, etc. I visit it when the temperature below 5°C in January. So everything hot is ”mandatory”. If the air condition was too hard to make your room comfortably warm, you can ask for extra heater, portable. The hotel doesn't have elevators, but don't worry, the hotel officer (owner ?) will gladly help you to bring all your luggage up to the first floor. It seem that the rooms opened at floor 1 only (level 2). Sorry my mistake. The location is not faraway from Wuzhen West Gate. Near supermarket (Great Super. Turn left from hotel's door, walk around 200m, right at the intersection), traditional market, food stalls (turn right from hotel's door) etc. I believe you will enjoy to explore.. Lastly, install Amap for navigation, Didi for hailing taxi, Alipay for payment, and everything possible for translation. Of course, buy local sim card. The people are very helpful and nice, if you do that at first to them. That's my personal experience.

The hotel was clean and comfortable for a night's stay. Above all, the receptionist was incredibly kind and friendly, making my stay comfortable. They even lent me a free Hanfu costume, so I went to the bookstore and took some lovely couple photos. What I remember most is the kindness of the people at Ujeon. I'm making wonderful memories :)

I like living in Dongzha, it is quiet and comfortable, the air is good, the scenery is good, the location of the B&B is super good, not far from the entrance of Dongzha, the boss is very nice, pick us up, the B&B is very clean, the window is facing the river, sitting and drinking tea is very leisurely

The young guy at the reception smoke. It is impossible to breathe when we checked in & checked out. The room floor was not cleaned. I went on bed & my feet left dirt on it as I was barefooted. Heater is in toilet. I switched the aircon to warm air because Wuzhen is too cold in Dec due to no high rise buildings. Location wise, it is 5 min walk to Xizha. There are many eateries along the way towards Xizha. Small miserable table & chair for me to access my laptop. WiFi cannot be connected. Not recommended to stay in this Airbnb.

Really great! I think the environment is nice, and it's very clean and hygienic. The owner's service is also excellent. It's super close to Wuzhen, and the surroundings are lovely too.
