After a friendly phone call with the customer service lady, the young and handsome Xiao Wan was already waiting for me at the parking lot, making check-in smooth. The itinerary arrangements were professional, detailed, and thoughtful. The service team was vibrant and caring: Xiao Fu, Xiao Zhong, Xiao Ai, and Xiao Zhang were all wonderful and warm encounters. PPamela Chong MeisiStayed at Splendid Clubhouse for 2 nights, and it was truly one of the highlights of my trip to China. I highly recommend slowing down and fully enjoying the serene, scenic surroundings this property offers—it’s an experience in itself.
From the moment I booked, the service was exceptional. My personal butler, Xiao Shen, reached out a day before my arrival to coordinate everything, including arranging for a seamless pick-up at the Scenic Area. Throughout my stay, Xiao Shen was attentive and thoughtful, ensuring every detail was taken care of—from daily arrangements to recommending great dining options.
Do make it a point to dine within the hotel, especially at Jin An Si Fang Cai (锦岸私房菜)—the food was outstanding. I was also pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, and the view from my room was simply breathtaking, overlooking beautiful spring blooms.
Breakfast was another standout experience. It was incredibly delicious and thoughtfully curated, with multiple courses that were so satisfying I could easily skip lunch. Guests select their breakfast in advance, and everything is promptly served upon arrival at the restaurant, making the experience both seamless and indulgent.
Overall, the impeccable service, stunning views, and attention to detail made this an unforgettable stay. I would highly recommend Splendid Clubhouse to anyone looking for a peaceful and elevated retreat.

IIveeeTheir service is top-notched! Dedicated butler add you to WeChat group, you can contact him anytime. Really impressive. Probably the place is an ancient water town, the design is rather old fashioned as you see in my photos. Cleanliness was okay, not extremely clean, acceptable. We were there and it was raining heavily so was hard to explore Wuzhen. Will visit them again if we have a chance. Thank you to the team!

GGuest UserI absolutely loved this hotel! It was within walking distance from the high speed train station. The room was very spacious and luxurious. The buffet breakfast had a wide selection of food with elements of both Chinese and Western cuisine. I will definitely stay here again next time I go to Tongxiang.

Service: The boss picked us up from Xizha in the evening and helped us pick up our luggage at noon and deliver our luggage the next day. He was really considerate! The service is very attentive!

GGuest UserThe room was spotless and well-equipped. The location is fantastic, right next to Gate 2. There's free parking available in the backyard, and a big plus is that the parking spots even have EV chargers (slow charging)! The in-house restaurant on the ground floor is incredibly convenient, offering delicious food at very reasonable prices. The owners and their family are incredibly kind and welcoming; they were so thoughtful, even giving us a box of local specialties when we checked out. They also offered excellent advice for exploring the scenic area and even provided private car pick-up and drop-off to the Dongzha Scenic Area. Overall, our stay at this guesthouse was absolutely wonderful! We highly, highly recommend it!

GGuest UserTraveling to Wuzhen with my elderly parents and kids, I'm so glad I chose this hotel – it definitely didn't disappoint! For Wuzhen, this hotel is certainly one of the larger ones, so I'm not sure why it has such a small-sounding name. I initially thought it might not be that great, but I was pleasantly surprised! The front desk has a charming, old-world feel, and the hotel's central location makes it super convenient to get anywhere. You can even hop on the scenic tour bus right outside. The room was spacious, clean, and hygienic, and our family of four was very comfortable. The only downside was the breakfast; it's a unified buffet provided by the scenic area, and it felt incredibly greasy.

MMeihaodeshaonianWhat a wonderful hotel! This was my first time staying at a B&B, and it was truly unforgettable! It's very close to the Wuzhen Scenic Area!
The interior is fantastic, and the room is built right by the river, truly 'pillowing' the water. The environment is absolutely amazing, and the view from the window is beautiful. Pictures 1-10 show the interior – traditional mortise and tenon construction. All items are disposable and everything is exceptionally clean! 👍👍👍
Pictures 11-12 show the hallway, which has a great artistic feel.
The last four pictures are of the owner and the gifts he gave us: local Wuzhen Gusao biscuits and chrysanthemums~
It truly lives up to its name as a 'Scenic View Pavilion' – the view outside the window is exactly the beautiful scenery of Wuzhen~
People from Zhejiang really have great vision and integrity! 👍 They truly value their reputation in business, rather than making a quick buck and ruining their name. It's truly excellent! 👍👍👍👍👍👍
Houses inside the scenic area start at 1,000 yuan, so instead of being overcharged, it's much better to choose Guanjingge, which is just a hundred meters outside the scenic area! The price difference alone could almost buy you 'n' number of tickets.

GGuest UserI stayed at Alila while visiting Wuzhen, and the hotel environment was absolutely stunning. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and comfortable. Any requests I had were promptly and enthusiastically addressed. Highly recommended!
The hotel is also very close to Wuzhen, just a ten-minute taxi ride away. It's incredibly quiet, ensuring a fantastic night's sleep.
The hotel offers a travel photography service, and the staff were incredibly warm and professional, using disposable sterilized tools – highly recommend! The photographer was also super professional, providing a wonderful emotional experience. The shooting atmosphere was excellent, not awkward at all, and every shot looked like a masterpiece. Super highly recommended, I'll definitely come back if I get the chance!
