YYuetPinkThis hotel wasn't very crowded, and I'm so grateful to the owner for the free upgrade – it really enhanced our experience! The room was clean, the toiletries were high-quality, and there was a large screen TV. The butler service was very thoughtful, definitely a bonus! They even helped with our luggage! The common area on the first basement level was warmly decorated, and the back door on that level opens right onto the riverside, making for a great environment. If I ever go to Chenzhou or Zixing again, I'll definitely choose Zide!

AAnonymous UserI highly recommend this B&B located in the Xiaodongjiang Scenic Area! The breathtaking scenery of Xiaodongjiang River greets you from the window. The crystal-clear waters and lush green trees lining its banks create a breathtaking natural landscape. It's also very close to Stand 4, so if you want to watch fishermen casting their nets in the morning, it's just a short walk away – very convenient. The B&B also has parking, so if you're driving, you won't have to worry about parking. The interior is also thoughtfully decorated, simple yet stylish, allowing you to enjoy the beauty of the mountains and rivers from inside.

GGuest UserAmbience: The surroundings are wonderful, the decor is unique, and it's perfect for taking photos. Transportation is convenient, and it's easy to get to scenic spots. There's a lakeside promenade, perfect for an evening stroll! It's incredibly relaxing!
Service: Exceeded expectations. They'll contact you in advance to record your license plate, and they'll even help with your luggage.
I went with my girlfriend. Initially, I was worried about getting ripped off, as the prices weren't particularly favorable. However, everything exceeded my expectations, and I even felt like I got a great deal. After many trips abroad, this was the first time I felt like settling down here. They even gave me a souvenir when I left! The owner was incredibly thoughtful, and the service and environment exceeded my expectations! I'm sure the owner's business is booming, and I'll be back next time!

GGuest UserBring your family to Zixing to play and dig into the treasure of Yunyin Holiday Homestay! The entrance is a green indoor garden. Elderly children like it. It is super convenient to have an elevator to go up and down the stairs without carrying luggage. The open-air garden has a good view, and the surrounding trees are very atmospheric. Children can run and jump in it. Our adults can also make tea and chat. The room is good, the floor heating is too practical, and the children are not worried about catching cold when playing barefoot in the house. This configuration is really rare in local homestays. The boss is super nice, personally help arrange the stay, and also intimately recommend the local play route, the family lived very comfortable, highly recommended!

FFengzhitiankongIt was a real pleasure staying in this hotel! The environment is beautiful and the air is fresh, which is especially suitable for relaxation. The hotel staff were friendly and professional, providing us with a lot of convenience and suggestions. The room is stylish and well equipped! The air conditioning and heating effect is quite good, but the wind speed is not enough and the heater can't blow down. The hotel can consider increasing the air volume! Overall, this accommodation experience was pretty good!

AAnonymous UserThe lady at the front desk is very pretty and has a good service attitude. The whole experience from before check-in to check-out is very good. She will answer any questions and respond to any requests. The environment in the B&B is good, but the outdoor swimming pool may not be open in winter. The hygiene in the room is good. Children can play in the pool, but breakfast has to be eaten somewhere else. It would be better if breakfast could be enjoyed in the B&B. The restaurant recommended by the lady at the front desk is also good. Overall, it is good.

GGuest UserThe room was quite small. I booked a superior double room, but upon check-in, I discovered the two rooms weren't on the same floor. I asked if they could be combined, but the front desk said there was only one of this room type per floor (which could be considered a special offer room, as it's almost 100 yuan cheaper than a business double room). It wasn't shown on the website, so I had no choice but to accept it. Once in the room, the air conditioning was on for over an hour, but it wasn't cooling in either room. I contacted the front desk, and they said the air conditioning unit wasn't turned on. Does this mean this special offer room doesn't get air conditioning? The air conditioning stopped working again in the middle of the night, probably because the unit was turned off again. The hotel claims to have opened in 2025, but the toilet didn't look new; the toilet seat was crooked, and there were stains in the gaps. How could a newly opened hotel have this? The room had poor soundproofing; I could clearly hear the kids watching cartoons in the next room. Other items like the tabletops, tea bar, and sink looked clean. The breakfast selection was limited.

The front desk lady sister and brother were particularly enthusiastic, the check-in speed was fast, and they also intimately informed the surrounding area of play and dining. The room was cleaned spotlessly, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the bathroom facilities were clean and the water pressure was sufficient, the sound insulation was good, and the night was very quiet. The location of the hotel is also very convenient, the bus stop is out, the price is super high, I will choose this one next time! When you come to Zixing, choose Yubo Hotel ～
