YYuetPinkThis hotel wasn't very crowded, and I'm so grateful to the owner for the free upgrade – it really enhanced our experience! The room was clean, the toiletries were high-quality, and there was a large screen TV. The butler service was very thoughtful, definitely a bonus! They even helped with our luggage! The common area on the first basement level was warmly decorated, and the back door on that level opens right onto the riverside, making for a great environment. If I ever go to Chenzhou or Zixing again, I'll definitely choose Zide!

DdavidFor our first night driving through Chenzhou, we chose this guesthouse inside the scenic area. You can drive right to the guesthouse entrance, and the staff will help you with your luggage upstairs. The view upon entering was stunning, overlooking the Xiaodong River; the emerald green water instantly soothed the fatigue of the long drive. The room was very clean and fully equipped, with disposable cups, toilet seat covers, and face towels – a definite plus. However, because it's inside the scenic area, there aren't many places to eat or shop. But you can order in advance and have the restaurant cook for you; the food is just as good as what you'd find elsewhere. The No. 4 viewing area is only a few hundred meters away, and a short walk down the path you can see fishermen casting their nets. Overall, a very satisfying stay.

GGuest UserI have to recommend this B&B I stayed in when I traveled some time ago! The location is great, close to the scenic area, and there are various specialty snack shops around. Once you enter the room, it is clean and tidy, and the layout is very warm, giving you a homely feeling. Although the facilities are not super luxurious, they are complete and easy to use. I have to praise the lady at the front desk, she is very enthusiastic! She was thoughtful and turned on the air conditioner in advance. Seeing that there were three of us staying, she proactively replenished toothbrushes, disposable slippers and water. She was very responsible. At first I thought she was the boss, but later I found out that she was not. It was really worry-free for the boss to have such responsible employees. The lady also contacted me in advance to tell me the detailed route. After checking in, she also shared many niche attractions and food tips that only locals know. Living here is as comfortable as visiting a friend's house. It is very cost-effective and must be praised! Next time I come here, I will definitely choose this one!

The decoration style of the entire homestay is very distinctive, integrating local cultural elements with modern design concepts. It is full of regional flavor and fashion sense. The room is clean and tidy, the bed is soft and comfortable, and every corner is spotless. The public area is decorated in a warm and cozy style, with comfortable sofas and exquisite green plants. Taking a rest here for a while, you will feel completely relaxed. Moreover, the sound insulation of the homestay is very good, and you can sleep peacefully at night without being disturbed by the outside world.

GGuest UserI found a homestay a little closer to Dongjiang Lake. I liked the unexpected decoration style of the homestay. The facilities are complete and not inferior to star hotels. The key is that the young lady here has an amiable service attitude. If you have any problems, you can help solve them. Next time you have the opportunity, you still have to choose here.

GGuest UserAmbience: The surroundings are wonderful, the decor is unique, and it's perfect for taking photos. Transportation is convenient, and it's easy to get to scenic spots. There's a lakeside promenade, perfect for an evening stroll! It's incredibly relaxing!
Service: Exceeded expectations. They'll contact you in advance to record your license plate, and they'll even help with your luggage.
I went with my girlfriend. Initially, I was worried about getting ripped off, as the prices weren't particularly favorable. However, everything exceeded my expectations, and I even felt like I got a great deal. After many trips abroad, this was the first time I felt like settling down here. They even gave me a souvenir when I left! The owner was incredibly thoughtful, and the service and environment exceeded my expectations! I'm sure the owner's business is booming, and I'll be back next time!

The hotel staff were friendly and professional, providing us with a lot of convenience and suggestions. The room is stylish and well equipped! The air conditioning and heating effect is quite good, but the wind speed is not enough and the heater can't blow down. The hotel can consider increasing the air volume! Overall, this accommodation experience was pretty good!

Room is lovely and cozy, ac works well, bed is comfy, everything works well except the toilet is easily stuck, and some corners are dusty.
Includes breakfast but gotta walk 8-10 mins. So I skip it.
Recommend visit in summer time.

The front desk lady sister and brother were particularly enthusiastic, the check-in speed was fast, and they also intimately informed the surrounding area of play and dining. The room was cleaned spotlessly, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the bathroom facilities were clean and the water pressure was sufficient, the sound insulation was good, and the night was very quiet.
