GGuest UserThe room was incredibly clean, tidy and comfortable. Nicely located between the gaoyi national park and the dongjianghu tourist area. The service was exceptional. The owner drove me 3km to a wonderful place to get some food, helped me plan travel arrangements for the next part of my journey and also offered to drive me to the bus terminal. By far the best service and accommodation I have had in my 2 week tour of China. Highly recommend

YYuetPinkThis hotel wasn't very crowded, and I'm so grateful to the owner for the free upgrade – it really enhanced our experience! The room was clean, the toiletries were high-quality, and there was a large screen TV. The butler service was very thoughtful, definitely a bonus! They even helped with our luggage! The common area on the first basement level was warmly decorated, and the back door on that level opens right onto the riverside, making for a great environment. If I ever go to Chenzhou or Zixing again, I'll definitely choose Zide!

DD1935****My experience staying at the ”Ancient Times” B&B on Ctrip was fantastic! The owner was incredibly warm and attentive, patiently responding to all my questions, from pre-check-in inquiries to post-check-in needs.
Whether I wanted to know about nearby restaurants and attractions or needed some small assistance, the owner always provided detailed advice immediately and was remarkably responsive, making me feel truly cared for.
I highly recommend this wonderful B&B; I'll definitely choose it again next time!

GGuest UserFirst of all, I am not a judgmental person. But I was very happy with my stay this time. First, let’s talk about the decoration style. It’s very creamy and very French. I like it very much! ! ! It can be seen that the boss has put his thoughts into every detail. The reception was very attentive and thoughtful. Fruits were provided for free, and breakfast was prepared in the refrigerator. It can be seen that the B&B has just opened, and the hardware facilities are very new. The configuration is not bad at all. Even the hair dryer is from Leifen, haha. Secondly, the sound insulation effect of the room is also good. If the rooms in the nearby Internet celebrity B&Bs hadn't been fully booked, I wouldn't have discovered this treasure B&B. And it's still in a community, quiet and safe. Anyway, it's very cost-effective, and the oversized floor-to-ceiling windows also have river views. The scenery during the day and at night is no worse than the scenic spot! If you want to take a walk, just go downstairs. You can see the pictures below for details. The pictures are all original pictures. If I were not in a hurry and could only stay for one night, otherwise I would definitely extend my stay. Finally, the lady boss is super nice. I read this review. I closed my eyes and washed it, the price is worth it!

AAnonymous UserThe garden-view room we booked is small but beautiful. Pros: The B&B is quite nice, right on the banks of the Xiaodongjiang River and close to the scenic area. It's very quiet, and the riverfront is right outside the hotel, making for a pleasant evening stroll. The hotel is newly decorated, and the cleanliness is excellent. The amenities are all high-end, including a washing machine and dryer. The front desk lady was also very helpful. A downside: The quilt was incredibly thick, which prevented me from getting a good night's sleep. Based on my usual sleeping temperature, I initially set the temperature to 24°C, but was woken by the heat. Then I pushed it to 22°C, which woke me up again. Finally, I finally settled into 21°C, which was when I finally slept more peacefully. The cooling was also inconsistent (perhaps it defaulted to sleep mode). It's been so hot these past few days, so I recommend switching to a more comfortable summer quilt.

Hygiene can really rest assured, the room is very clean and tidy, there is no smell, there is no need to worry about unhygienic problems, and when I checked out, I just saw the proprietress holding the quilt to clean. Then we originally prepared a sex sheet, but later found that the sheets were very clean and smell-free and I didn't bother to use 😂.
Then the decoration style of the hotel is very like, the curtains are pulled, the lights are opened, and the feeling is very warm, romantic and comfortable.
The toilet facilities are also very good, the toilet is an automatic toilet, very clean! 👍
The stay experience for 2 days and 2 nights is very good!
Location: Get up at 5:30 in the morning to buy tickets for Dongjiang Lake. After leaving the hotel, you can enter the scenic spot in less than 5 minutes. After buying the tickets in less than 15 minutes, you will come back.
Then the proprietress is very good, if you are lucky, you can upgrade the room for free if you have a room available (we are like this); Later, the key card was also lost when we were playing Dongjiang Lake 😳, but the proprietress also very patiently told us to let us find it again, don't worry about anything 😺; When I went out in the morning, I met the proprietress, and the proprietress would also say hello and say good morning, which made people feel very good! Finally, when we went to the high-speed rail station, the proprietress took the initiative to help us find a carpool, saving time and effort.
Overall, it is a very good choice to travel here! I also wish other travelers who come to Dongjiang can also have a pleasant journey. Xiaodongjiang is really beautiful, and Dongjiang Dam is really shocking. 👍

GGuest UserThe last struggle before the school started, a relatively affordable homestay that was temporarily urgently looking for, after all, a big peak season! I rushed to choose from Dongjiang, and I could walk there. I am not afraid to miss the Dongjiang fog early in the morning! After the step, I was very pleasantly surprised and accidentally chose an exquisite homestay! The decoration style here is what I like. It is very popular to shoot. It is close to the river. At night, I eat watermelon in the yard, blowing the evening breeze, listening to Zhang Xueyou, Zheng! The boss is very enthusiastic and the introduction of food and play is very thoughtful! Really feel the local enthusiasm and folk culture. The room has complete supporting facilities, clean and transparent, convenient and affordable, and a real first-line river view! The baby is unwilling to leave!

2205996****The location is excellent, opposite the Xiaodongjiang No. 2 observation deck, the boss and his wife are enthusiastic,  help lift the luggage upstairs. Dinner is provided, and a fish with a mouth is very fresh and tender. It is a bit damp. There is no door or curtain in the rain room. The water flows all over the place. Pay attention to non-slip; you can use  disposable bath towels to dry the water on the ground as much as possible to prevent slipping and falling.
