"The B&B is a 3-minute walk from the Dongjiang Lake Visitor Center. There is no parking space and no restaurant. The proprietress will direct vehicles to park nearby. The B&B has four floors and an elevator. The room is well-equipped and clean. It is relatively quiet at night and is equipped with mosquito coils. The TV is projected, the pixels are not too high, but it is watchable. The proprietress is very young (I don’t know if she is the boss’s wife), and she answers all my questions. Check in and check out was very easy. There are small restaurants around."

"It was a real pleasure staying in this hotel! The environment is beautiful and the air is fresh, which is especially suitable for relaxation. The hotel staff were friendly and professional, providing us with a lot of convenience and suggestions. The room is stylish and well equipped! The air conditioning and heating effect is quite good, but the wind speed is not enough and the heater can't blow down. The hotel can consider increasing the air volume! Overall, this accommodation experience was pretty good!"

"I genuinely recommend this B&B; the owner is lovely, and the cleanliness is top-notch. What I loved most was the decor style; all the amenities inside are very high-end and chic – the kind of place you don't want to leave once you're there. I stayed in the riverside suite, and it was perfect because there were so many egrets around this season. It was amazing!"

"The room was quite small. I booked a superior double room, but upon check-in, I discovered the two rooms weren't on the same floor. I asked if they could be combined, but the front desk said there was only one of this room type per floor (which could be considered a special offer room, as it's almost 100 yuan cheaper than a business double room). It wasn't shown on the website, so I had no choice but to accept it. Once in the room, the air conditioning was on for over an hour, but it wasn't cooling in either room. I contacted the front desk, and they said the air conditioning unit wasn't turned on. Does this mean this special offer room doesn't get air conditioning? The air conditioning stopped working again in the middle of the night, probably because the unit was turned off again. The hotel claims to have opened in 2025, but the toilet didn't look new; the toilet seat was crooked, and there were stains in the gaps. How could a newly opened hotel have this? The room had poor soundproofing; I could clearly hear the kids watching cartoons in the next room. Other items like the tabletops, tea bar, and sink looked clean. The breakfast selection was limited."

"I randomly chose this guesthouse in Chenzhou, and it turned out to be the biggest surprise of my trip! The location is super convenient, just minutes from Dongjiang Lake. The room was fully equipped, even prettier than the photos, full of thoughtful details, and the amenities were excellent. The bedding was so comfortable I fell asleep instantly. I must praise the owner; she's incredibly nice. She not only provided me with super detailed sightseeing and dining guides, but also responded instantly to my requests for help late at night. I highly recommend it to everyone visiting Chenzhou; I'll definitely come back!"
