GGuest UserFirst, the conclusion—this is the best hostel I've ever stayed in, so I stayed for almost half a month!
【Overall Environment】Very new and clean. The owner has some design background, and the overall feel is minimalist and aesthetically pleasing.
【Facilities】One room even has two separate bathrooms and showers, which is incredibly luxurious and definitely deserves extra points!
【Cleanliness】Very clean. As you can see in the pictures, the lobby and rooms are bright and spotless, with no unpleasant odors.
【Bed and Air Conditioning】The mattress is very soft, not cheap bedding, and feels great against the skin. You don't even need to put on a sheet cover, which is very convenient! The air conditioning is also very powerful, yet it's surprisingly quiet, not disturbing your rest—better than many five-star hotels!
【Entertainment Facilities】The pool table is relatively new. I played a couple of games there every day—so comfortable! Also, there's even a free Switch on the second floor—can you believe it?!
【Food】The owner was incredibly welcoming, recommending many restaurants on the first day and even picking us up and dropping us off. None of them were bad! Especially the **Shell Boxed Meals—yyds! I ate there for a week!
[Fun] The owner is quite playful; he brought a drone to play with us. A few of us went to a small canyon with Danxia landforms. This place was even more interesting than Xiaodongjiang, which I visited later, because it was undeveloped and more pristine!
[Other] The owner also sang karaoke with us and introduced me to a song called ”Post-Rock” (or ”Slow Rock,” I can't quite remember). The song was fun, but it didn't do justice to the owner's personal charm. His goal this year seems to be skydiving or paragliding; I wish him success!
[Summary] Danxia red cliffs reflected in the setting sun, Chenzhou is like a dream, no need to return! Mugen Youth Hostel, definitely worth a stay!

GGuest UserThe sanitation is really good, the decoration is relatively new, the whole house is smart, the living is particularly comfortable, the children go out to play, and when they go back, they say that we have to go back to that hotel. The boss and the proprietress have excellent service, helping to book tickets to various scenic spots, not only have discounts, but also can be refunded at any time. Originally planned to fly to Tianshan in the morning, Gaoyiling in the afternoon, and Yangtian Lake the next day. As a result, a flying mountain played for five or six hours, and I couldn't go to Gaoyiling. I told the boss to help me retreat directly, which was very efficient.
The important thing is to say again, the living environment is really OK, there is no big difference between the four-star and five-star I usually live on business trips, mainly clean. The service attitude is also first-class. Unfortunately, Mangshan and Yangtian Lake did not send it raining, and I will continue to choose this one next time.

GGuest UserChoosing this guesthouse for my Dongjiang Lake trip was such a great decision! Its location right by the Dongjiang River makes it super convenient to walk to the scenic area. My lake-view room offered stunning lake scenery right outside the window. I could wake up to the picturesque misty Dongjiang in the morning, and every photo I took was postcard-perfect. The room was spotless, and the bedding and bathroom facilities were high-quality, showing attention to detail everywhere. The concierge service was incredibly thoughtful; they arranged parking in advance and even provided a detailed travel guide. Enjoying a cup of tea on the guesthouse lawn, feeling the lake breeze, and watching the sparkling water was so relaxing I didn't want to leave. This guesthouse absolutely enhanced my Dongjiang Lake experience. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserThe price-performance ratio is very high, and the double bed room I stayed in was super big. I checked in during the Mid-Autumn Festival and there were not many guests. The front desk upgraded my standard king room to a deluxe king room for free. The hotel is a 3-minute walk from the Xiaodong River. It is convenient to walk or run along the riverside trail. The night view of Xiaodongjiang River from the rooftop on the 11th floor is also very beautiful. It is about 3 kilometers away from the Dongjiang Lake Visitor Center. I checked out in the morning and parked my car in the visitor center parking lot, which cost 10 yuan. Originally, I booked a hotel near the visitor center. There was no breakfast and it was expensive. I canceled my reservation and rebooked this hotel. It included breakfast. Even if I paid the extra 10 yuan parking fee at the visitor center, it was still a good deal.

Hygiene can really rest assured, the room is very clean and tidy, there is no smell, there is no need to worry about unhygienic problems, and when I checked out, I just saw the proprietress holding the quilt to clean. Then we originally prepared a sex sheet, but later found that the sheets were very clean and smell-free and I didn't bother to use 😂.
Then the decoration style of the hotel is very like, the curtains are pulled, the lights are opened, and the feeling is very warm, romantic and comfortable.
The toilet facilities are also very good, the toilet is an automatic toilet, very clean! 👍

Location: Get up at 5:30 in the morning to buy tickets for Dongjiang Lake. After leaving the hotel, you can enter the scenic spot in less than 5 minutes. After buying the tickets in less than 15 minutes, you will come back.
Then the proprietress is very good, if you are lucky, you can upgrade the room for free if you have a room available (we are like this); Later, the key card was also lost when we were playing Dongjiang Lake 😳, but the proprietress also very patiently told us to let us find it again, don't worry about anything 😺; When I went out in the morning, I met the proprietress, and the proprietress would also say hello and say good morning, which made people feel very good! Finally, when we went to the high-speed rail station, the proprietress took the initiative to help us find a carpool, saving time and effort.

I like it very much! ! ! It can be seen that the boss has put his thoughts into every detail. The reception was very attentive and thoughtful. Fruits were provided for free, and breakfast was prepared in the refrigerator. It can be seen that the B&B has just opened, and the hardware facilities are very new. The configuration is not bad at all. Even the hair dryer is from Leifen, haha. Secondly, the sound insulation effect of the room is also good. If the rooms in the nearby Internet celebrity B&Bs hadn't been fully booked, I wouldn't have discovered this treasure B&B. And it's still in a community, quiet and safe. Anyway, it's very cost-effective, and the oversized floor-to-ceiling windows also have river views. The scenery during the day and at night is no worse than the scenic spot! If you want to take a walk, just go downstairs. You can see the pictures below for details. The pictures are all original pictures.
