GGuest UserThis is the best I have ever stayed in. I originally stayed for one night. I went to Yangtian Lake the next day. But the environment was very comfortable. I renewed my rent for another night and set off the next day. Although the next day was relatively rushed, the travel was comfortable. It was good to play, the boss and the proprietress were very enthusiastic. I will continue to choose this next time! ! ! highly recommended!

MM43985****This guesthouse is really nice. I love the decor; it's beautifully arranged. The room is spacious and clean, and there's even a small courtyard. The weather right now is perfect for sitting in the courtyard, enjoying the breeze and sipping tea—it's incredibly comfortable.
The location is fantastic, right at the entrance to the Dongjiang Lake scenic area, just a short walk away. It's super convenient, and there are many restaurants nearby. Stepping out of the courtyard, you're right by the river. Taking a stroll along the river in the evening and enjoying the night view is incredibly relaxing.
The service here is excellent. The owner is a handsome guy who's very patient in answering any questions about sightseeing, and he doesn't just push his own recommendations; he'll suggest other suitable options too. He's a really great person. Standard check-out is at 12 PM, but when we returned from our trip to Xiao Dongjiang, our child had fallen asleep, and he kindly extended our check-out until around 2 PM. There were tangerines and bananas available; I wasn't sure if they were complimentary, but the owner offered some to our child, who said they were very sweet and delicious. All in all, I'm very satisfied and grateful. It was a very pleasant stay!

Hygiene: Clean and tidy. They even thoughtfully placed an aroma diffuser at the entrance, so it smells lovely every time you step out.
Environment: Overall satisfied with the environment. Parking is also very convenient, and it's only 600 meters to Xiaodongjiang Scenic Area, so you can just walk there, which is good because parking can be difficult.
Service: The owner is super nice and gave us a lot of helpful advice, saving us time and effort. We'll definitely choose this place again next time we visit.

I chose this homestay originally for the ”near the scenic spot”. The actual experience directly exceeded expectations. It takes only 3 minutes to walk from the homestay to the main entrance of the scenic spot. You don’t have to get up early to catch the bus, you don’t have to drag your luggage to find the entrance. After visiting the scenic spot every day, you can go back to the room to rest. Too friendly for families with elderly children.
More pleasantly surprised is the service of the homestay. The details are all intimate. We originally wanted to cancel the order. The result was very pleasant to come here. We stayed decisively for one night. The housekeeper was very good to talk and answer all questions. The room was very clean and hygienic. The stay was very comfortable and a perfect stay experience.

The scenery is very different at night and in the morning, which is very pleasant. The breakfast is also very rich and the seats are very comfortable. It is a good place to relax while enjoying the foggy view of the Dongjiang River while eating breakfast. Recommended. The gym facilities are very complete, very new and professional.
The reason for moving to this hotel: I originally booked a hotel called (Manju, Shuyinjingjing B&B). The photos I saw on TRIP.COM (the photos were deceptive) were very attractive, so I booked a room online and went to see what I saw. , we were supposed to be the only ones renting that day, and the landlord took us to the room. The facilities we saw along the way looked like a refugee camp. The room looked like it had just been renovated and smelled of paint. The so-called big round bed was so pitifully thin that it could only sleep one person at most. At that time, I asked the landlord to change the room. The landlord changed the room to a double bed room. I thought it should be OK. Since there was a price difference, I asked the landlord to refund the price difference. During this period, I also tried to supply hot water for showering. After turning on the hot water for ten minutes, there was no hot water. I asked the landlord. , he said there was hot water, but he thought there was no hot water supply when the water heater was boiling water, so he went out to have dinner. After dinner, he asked the landlord again. He said there was hot water, but after boiling the water for ten minutes, the water was still cold. Yes, I asked the landlord, and he said that the hot water pump was broken and could not supply hot water. He asked us to go to the laundry room to wash it. My mood hit rock bottom and asked the landlord to cancel the lease and leave. Finally, we booked this hotel and felt better again. . To be honest, don’t rent a room if the facilities are not usable. Guests will have to work hard. For a B&B with a five-star rating, the promotional photos are first-rate, but the actual scene is second-rate. I hope trip.com can also monitor it to avoid falling into the photo trap.

She will answer any questions and respond to any requests. The environment in the B&B is good, but the outdoor swimming pool may not be open in winter. The hygiene in the room is good. Children can play in the pool, but breakfast has to be eaten somewhere else. It would be better if breakfast could be enjoyed in the B&B. The restaurant recommended by the lady at the front desk is also good. Overall, it is good.
