Zixing Hotels with Breakfast

For our first night driving through Chenzhou, we chose this guesthouse inside the scenic area. You can drive right to the guesthouse entrance, and the staff will help you with your luggage upstairs. The view upon entering was stunning, overlooking the Xiaodong River; the emerald green water instantly soothed the fatigue of the long drive. The room was very clean and fully equipped, with disposable cups, toilet seat covers, and face towels – a definite plus. However, because it's inside the scenic area, there aren't many places to eat or shop. But you can order in advance and have the restaurant cook for you; the food is just as good as what you'd find elsewhere. The No. 4 viewing area is only a few hundred meters away, and a short walk down the path you can see fishermen casting their nets. Overall, a very satisfying stay.

This hotel wasn't very crowded, and I'm so grateful to the owner for the free upgrade – it really enhanced our experience! The room was clean, the toiletries were high-quality, and there was a large screen TV. The butler service was very thoughtful, definitely a bonus! They even helped with our luggage! The common area on the first basement level was warmly decorated, and the back door on that level opens right onto the riverside, making for a great environment. If I ever go to Chenzhou or Zixing again, I'll definitely choose Zide!

This is my first time to Chenzhou, Hunan. I didn’t rent this hotel originally. For some reason, I moved into this hotel very late. I was very pleasantly surprised by staying in this hotel. It made my unpleasant trip better. The hotel is very clean, new and has facilities. It is also well-equipped. The room faces the river and has a large terrace. The scenery is very different at night and in the morning, which is very pleasant. The breakfast is also very rich and the seats are very comfortable. It is a good place to relax while enjoying the foggy view of the Dongjiang River while eating breakfast. Recommended. The gym facilities are very complete, very new and professional. The reason for moving to this hotel: I originally booked a hotel called (Manju, Shuyinjingjing B&B). The photos I saw on TRIP.COM (the photos were deceptive) were very attractive, so I booked a room online and went to see what I saw. , we were supposed to be the only ones renting that day, and the landlord took us to the room. The facilities we saw along the way looked like a refugee camp. The room looked like it had just been renovated and smelled of paint. The so-called big round bed was so pitifully thin that it could only sleep one person at most. At that time, I asked the landlord to change the room. The landlord changed the room to a double bed room. I thought it should be OK. Since there was a price difference, I asked the landlord to refund the price difference. During this period, I also tried to supply hot water for showering. After turning on the hot water for ten minutes, there was no hot water. I asked the landlord. , he said there was hot water, but he thought there was no hot water supply when the water heater was boiling water, so he went out to have dinner. After dinner, he asked the landlord again. He said there was hot water, but after boiling the water for ten minutes, the water was still cold. Yes, I asked the landlord, and he said that the hot water pump was broken and could not supply hot water. He asked us to go to the laundry room to wash it. My mood hit rock bottom and asked the landlord to cancel the lease and leave. Finally, we booked this hotel and felt better again. . To be honest, don’t rent a room if the facilities are not usable. Guests will have to work hard. For a B&B with a five-star rating, the promotional photos are first-rate, but the actual scene is second-rate. I hope trip.com can also monitor it to avoid falling into the photo trap. 

Choosing this guesthouse for my Dongjiang Lake trip was such a great decision! Its location right by the Dongjiang River makes it super convenient to walk to the scenic area. My lake-view room offered stunning lake scenery right outside the window. I could wake up to the picturesque misty Dongjiang in the morning, and every photo I took was postcard-perfect. The room was spotless, and the bedding and bathroom facilities were high-quality, showing attention to detail everywhere. The concierge service was incredibly thoughtful; they arranged parking in advance and even provided a detailed travel guide. Enjoying a cup of tea on the guesthouse lawn, feeling the lake breeze, and watching the sparkling water was so relaxing I didn't want to leave. This guesthouse absolutely enhanced my Dongjiang Lake experience. Highly recommended!

The hotel environment was excellent, and the rooms were fully equipped. Located by Dongjiang Lake, the view of the lake was immediately apparent upon opening the curtains. The two receptionists were very friendly. They even provided a complimentary breakfast for our group of three, which was fantastic. The staff reminded us to only book the room if we were satisfied, to avoid having to pay a discount if we were not happy with it. Seeing how attentive and responsible the staff were, and being very satisfied with the room, we booked immediately. Overall, we were very satisfied.

The hotel is in a great location, within the Bailang Town scenic area. The lake is right outside the door, and the design is Instagram-esque and very stylish. They also offer welcome snacks. The hostess was also very kind. She saw us karaoke outside in the evening and treated us to a barbecue. The hotel also has a KTV from 8:30 to 10:00 PM, with excellent sound equipment. It's also very convenient to ride a donkey around the lake from the hotel. The scenery along the way is beautiful and enjoyable! The only downside was that the inn had stored an electric scooter belonging to a restaurant called ”Lakeside Fisherman.” These little, yellow scooters—remember, the yellow Hello Kitty one?—were too rickety to ride up a hill by ourselves; we had to push them up on the slopes. We finally got to the restaurant entrance and asked for a replacement. The owner had a whole bunch of new, large scooters parked outside, renting them the same at the B&B or the restaurant for 60 yuan a day. The owner immediately said he couldn't replace them. We asked why they had one parked outside, and he asked if we were eating at his restaurant. We said no, and he immediately said he couldn't. So, this was also a bundled purchase. If we didn't eat at his restaurant, we'd have to blame ourselves for this awful scooter. There were plenty of new, large scooters parked outside, so why didn't they replace it? It was their own fault. It was so poorly performing. While we were pushing it, our child fell on a hill, injuring his arms and legs. We showed him the problem, but the owner didn't think it was a problem and even asked if we wanted to eat. B&Bs should be mindful of the integrity of their partners. Everything else was excellent!

The location of the homestay is very good, very close to the city center, it is very convenient to eat and walk, because it is close to the lake, it is very cool at night. The room is fully equipped, the bed is comfortable and soft, and the toiletries are also very intimate. The boss is very warm and friendly, and he also introduced me to a good place to eat and play nearby in detail. The price is also very affordable, and the price/performance ratio is still high. I recommend everyone to travel and live in this ～.

The hotel is conveniently located in-between Gaoyiling scenic area and Dongjiang Lake, approximately 6 km to both scenic spots. Check-in and check-out was quick and efficient. Room is large, clean and comfortable. And room heater operates smoothly. Staff are friendly, courteous and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and has many varieties. We were satisfied with our stay here and will recommend to our family members and friends.

Specially took the baby to see the Xiaodongjiang fisherman cast the net. The hotel is on the edge of the observation deck No. 2, the distance of the 2 lanes, you can watch the fog by lifting your feet, and you can enter and exit at any time if you want to buy a ticket. We stayed there for two nights. It rained heavily on the first night, so there was not much fog the next morning. But at 6 pm the next day, the fog was very big, and there were no tourists at that time. The whole observation deck was basically there. We were watching it. Basically, it was a unique reward, so the experience was good. 🍭🍭

The hotel is clean and hygienic in the scenic area. The lake is warm and satisfied.
