Guest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, both convenient and safe. It's just one metro stop from the central station and three stops from Roman Square. There's a shopping mall within 500 meters, with supermarkets, beauty stores, pharmacies, and restaurants. The hotel itself offers consistent quality; everything is available except for a mini-fridge.

The hotel is quite close to the airport, but I can’t give a high score for the location because the transportation around it is a bit confusing. During our stay, there were train issues, and we had to wait an hour to catch a train from the hotel to the city. On the way back, we switched to taking the bus, but it stopped at a very dark and secluded place, which didn’t feel comfortable as a tourist.
On another day, when heading to the airport, buses ran about every 20 minutes, so you really need to be mindful of timing. We boarded a bus that was listed—both at the stop and online—as going to Terminal 2, but the driver told us it wouldn’t arrive there and advised us not to take it. With no other choice, we stayed on and got off when Google Maps showed we were close to T2, then walked the rest of the way. If you’re visiting Terminal 2, this hotel can still be an option since you can walk there in about 20 minutes, but otherwise transportation can be a hassle.
There are restaurants and a Rewe nearby where you can get food or snacks. The hotel also provides a microwave, frying pans and dishwasher, so you can cook in your room—no need to worry about food availability.
Overall, this area is a relatively cheaper option for staying in the city. The room is spacious and the price is fair, but you’ll need to weigh the time cost of transportation.

Guest UserCheck-in was quick and straightforward. The lobby had a modern design and looked much nicer than I expected for a budget-friendly hotel. The staff were polite and helpful throughout the stay. They weren’t overly formal, but they answered questions clearly and gave good recommendations for nearby food spots and train connections.
The room itself was small but organized efficiently. The bed was comfortable enough for a few nights, and everything felt clean when I arrived. The bathroom was compact but modern, with good water pressure and reliable hot water. I also appreciated that the room was surprisingly quiet at night despite being near a busy area.

morningdewbbThe room was nice and comfortable. It's very close to the bus stop, which is the last stop on the line – just turn left when you exit. There's a supermarket at the previous stop, but no restaurants nearby. The hotel breakfast was expensive and didn't offer much.

Anonymous UserAs a regular commuter, I stay here usually once a week and have been very satisfied so far. The hostel is clean and well-maintained, and its proximity to the train station is especially convenient for me. The staff are also friendly and helpful. For an overnight stay as a commuter, this hostel is really well-suited. My only minor critique is the value for money – I wish the prices were a bit lower.

Anonymous UserThe hotel is quite new and has a good location - close to Tram, train, food and coffee.
However, the hotel receptions seem very inexperienced and cannot speak English appropriately. I booked the room with prepaid fully online while the staff still requested me to pay the full amount.

Guest UserThe hotel has left a very solid impression overall. Specifically positive was the cleanliness – both the room and the bath were very careful and ordained. The shower had a surprisingly strong water pressure, which was really pleasant after a long day. The bed was also comfortable so you could sleep well.
Another point of benefit was the staff: late check-in was allowed flexible and uncomplicated, making the arrival much more relaxed. A generally pleasant stay with good price-performance ratio.

Guest UserThe single room actually had two beds pushed together. I stayed here for one night to catch an early flight, and the location was excellent. There are U and S train stations within 100 meters, making it super convenient to get to the plaza, Iron Bridge, etc. It's also easy to get to the airport. The shower drain was clogged, so the overall experience was just okay. Besides the great location, I guess you get what you pay for. I wouldn't really recommend this hotel if you're a solo female traveler.

The apartment has a good location, less than 1 km from Frankfurt Cathedral and Marienplatz. There are trams and subways right outside, as well as a park, supermarket, and KFC. The room has an induction cooker, tableware, pots and pans, etc. The downside is the poor soundproofing; you can clearly hear people talking next door, which affects sleep. Fortunately, it's next to a park but not on the road, otherwise, the road noise would be doubly disruptive. The bedding quality is average, and no bath towels were provided on the second night (you may need to get them yourself). There are a few street parking spaces in front of the hotel; they are free at night, but you need to leave in the morning. Overall, the apartment offers good value for money.

Lots of steps up to the room and the other guests in the accommodation were a bit anti-social.
