I stayed in a smart room for my business trip, and the cleanliness was very satisfying. The bedding was clean and tidy, exceeding my expectations. The smart devices in the room were easy and intuitive to operate, creating a good environment for business work. The surroundings were relatively quiet, perfect for resting after traveling. The service attitude was excellent, and the front desk was responsive. The facilities were generally complete and met my business needs. The location near the airport was excellent, making transportation extremely convenient. Overall, it offered good value for money, and I recommend it for business travelers.

Incredible Stay – Modern, Clean, and Fantastic Service!
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property is very modern and spotless throughout. The staff were fantastic, making check-in seamless and offering great hospitality. The room was comfortable, but the highlight was the amazing shower! Furthermore, dinner in the restaurant was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel

Always a pleasure to go down there! Not for us it has become my stam hotel in Frankfurt: Super friendly staff, all very premature and generous service and food (world best coffee!)
The SPA is excellent - small but fine, there is nothing missing. Specially the massage beds are worth gold and there is every day fruit.
I'd like to see you again and again!

Guest UserThe room was well-maintained, clean, and neatly furnished with modern decor, and there were no strange odors. The breakfast was quite substantial. The restaurant carpet was a bit dirty and not as well-kept as the rooms. The front desk service was average; I didn't see a single smile the whole time. The hotel is conveniently connected to the subway station and airport terminal via a skywalk.

We stayed during the Easter Weekend at the Steigenberger Icon Frankfurter Hof to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday, and it was a truly lovely experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and went out of their way to be accommodating, which made the stay feel extra special.
They even arranged champagne and a birthday cake for him as I had requested, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the celebration feel truly memorable.
The atmosphere throughout the hotel was elegant yet comfortable, and everything was handled with great attention to detail. One of the highlights for me was the spa, it was quiet, clean, and very relaxing, the perfect place to unwind.
Another big plus is the location, the hotel is surrounded by great restaurants and lovely bars, making it easy to enjoy the city without going far.
Overall, we really enjoyed our time there and would definitely recommend it for a special occasion or a relaxing getaway.❤️

Räumliche Ausstattung 90 er Jahre Style und Qualität und Auswahl beim Frühstück stehen mit dem hohen Preis nicht in Relation.
Parkplätze gibt es trotz Baubrachen gegenüber auch nicht frei verfügbar. Fitnessraum sehr eng und mit Stolperfallen.

My stay was on the 15th floor, and it's strange but the 15th floor felt like a 'premium' area.
There's a sky bar on the 15th floor.
The bar has a wide selection of drinks and beverages, as well as afternoon tea and snacks.
However, when I checked in, no one told me I could come here to sit and have a drink.
The room was very clean, quite new, and even had a sauna.
Highly recommended, the overall feeling was very comfortable.

Free use of the minibar (bubble water, coke, juice, beer) The space is large and comfortable. The clothes cabinet is very suitable for permanent residence. The tram downstairs is very convenient to enter the city or go to other places. It is very convenient to walk near the river bank. Shopping and eating around are also very convenient.

Wanted to stay at that property once it was Lindner Hotels under JDV by Hyatt, still it did not fail to convince with astonishingly friendly service with arrival coffee and full spa experience pre check in, as unfortunately early check in was not possible! the rooms are equipped with kitchenettes and the upscale suite was a truely unique apartment with high end amenities and a first class view, once arriving back in Frankfurt main the stay to be! Thank you at main Plaza Suites for an amazing stay!
