The Sofitel Frankfurt Opera was a perfect experience! Its location is superb, right next to the Old Opera House and the city center, making travel and shopping incredibly convenient. The hotel boasts French elegant design, with a refined and luxurious lobby. Our room was spacious, bright, clean, and quiet, and the bedding was so comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, with fragrant coffee. The service was attentive, professional, warm, and efficient. The pool and spa facilities are excellent. Suitable for both business and leisure, this truly is Frankfurt's top luxury hotel, highly recommended!

The Westin Grand Frankfurt offers an excellent central location with unbeatable access to public transport and nearby markets, but the in-room climate control and wellness facilities were disappointing during this stay.�� Overall, it works well as a convenient city base, especially if you value being close to U- and S-Bahn connections and local weekend markets.��Room and comfortThe room itself was comfortable but unfortunately too warm, and it was not obvious how to adjust the temperature settings. There was no clear guidance in-room on changing the climate controls, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.Facilities and closuresAlthough the hotel advertises an indoor pool and sauna as part of its wellness offering, both the pool and sauna were closed during this stay, which was a let-down.�� This is worth checking in advance if these facilities are important for your trip.Location and transportThe location is one of the hotel’s strongest points, set on Konrad-Adenauer-Straße right by the Zeil shopping area and within easy reach of major sights.�� U-Bahn and S-Bahn stations are very close, making it simple to reach Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof, the airport and other parts of the city in just a few minutes.��Markets and nearby vibeThe surrounding area has a lively city feel, and there is a weekend market within walking distance, adding a nice local touch to the stay.�� Being able to step out of the hotel and quickly reach both shops and market stalls is a real advantage if you enjoy browsing food and local products.��Overall impressionThis hotel is a solid choice for location and public transport access, especially if you plan to explore Frankfurt’s centre and markets on foot.�� However, unclear room temperature controls and the closure of the pool and sauna during the stay meant the experience did not fully meet expectations.

Facilities: The facilities are very new. Cleanliness: It was very clean. Environment: The environment is good. Service: The service was warm and friendly. The location is excellent, quite close to all the attractions, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The only downside was that our room faced a construction building.

Nice hotel to be close to the airport. Of course the prices are higher than normally of this brand since the hotel has the USP to be very close to the train station and airport. Good choice when having an early flight and rooms were still available short in advance.

The room was spacious and clean, with all the basic amenities. It's close enough to the terminal for easy travel, and getting to the city center is as simple as taking the train downstairs. Breakfast was also good. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

Let's start with the positives: the service and ambiance are excellent, and the location is super convenient, just a 10-minute walk from the train station. Areas for improvement: the bathtub is quite slippery, so be careful. Also, the doors slam shut loudly as there are no soft-closers, which could easily disturb other guests.

We stayed during the Easter Weekend at the Steigenberger Icon Frankfurter Hof to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday, and it was a truly lovely experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and went out of their way to be accommodating, which made the stay feel extra special. They even arranged champagne and a birthday cake for him as I had requested, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the celebration feel truly memorable. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was elegant yet comfortable, and everything was handled with great attention to detail. One of the highlights for me was the spa, it was quiet, clean, and very relaxing, the perfect place to unwind. Another big plus is the location, the hotel is surrounded by great restaurants and lovely bars, making it easy to enjoy the city without going far. Overall, we really enjoyed our time there and would definitely recommend it for a special occasion or a relaxing getaway.❤️

The hotel was great, the service so welcome, the pool althpugh mentioned that its heated but looks like it was heated the Herman way which so cold, its location needed all the time the shuttle they offer to go to the airport and from there to the city of Frankfurt. The breakfast was somehow expensive for what it was offered and no where I went I paid the same for a child as its known they eat almost nothing, so I believe that it should habe been either free or 1/2 the price. In the room there wasn‘t sugar nor tea bags.

It is right in front of the bus stop, and nearby tourist attractions are not far by bus. The bedding and everything else were clean, and the sauna is available from 5 PM to 10 PM; the temperature is hot, making it great for a sauna session. I came without high expectations, but I was satisfied with everything, including the accessibility, room condition, and service. If I visit Frankfurt again, I think I will definitely stay here again.

Räumliche Ausstattung 90 er Jahre Style und Qualität und Auswahl beim Frühstück stehen mit dem hohen Preis nicht in Relation.  Parkplätze gibt es trotz Baubrachen gegenüber auch nicht frei verfügbar. Fitnessraum sehr eng und mit Stolperfallen.
