The Westin Grand Frankfurt offers an excellent central location with unbeatable access to public transport and nearby markets, but the in-room climate control and wellness facilities were disappointing during this stay.�� Overall, it works well as a convenient city base, especially if you value being close to U- and S-Bahn connections and local weekend markets.��Room and comfortThe room itself was comfortable but unfortunately too warm, and it was not obvious how to adjust the temperature settings. There was no clear guidance in-room on changing the climate controls, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.Facilities and closuresAlthough the hotel advertises an indoor pool and sauna as part of its wellness offering, both the pool and sauna were closed during this stay, which was a let-down.�� This is worth checking in advance if these facilities are important for your trip.Location and transportThe location is one of the hotel’s strongest points, set on Konrad-Adenauer-Straße right by the Zeil shopping area and within easy reach of major sights.�� U-Bahn and S-Bahn stations are very close, making it simple to reach Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof, the airport and other parts of the city in just a few minutes.��Markets and nearby vibeThe surrounding area has a lively city feel, and there is a weekend market within walking distance, adding a nice local touch to the stay.�� Being able to step out of the hotel and quickly reach both shops and market stalls is a real advantage if you enjoy browsing food and local products.��Overall impressionThis hotel is a solid choice for location and public transport access, especially if you plan to explore Frankfurt’s centre and markets on foot.�� However, unclear room temperature controls and the closure of the pool and sauna during the stay meant the experience did not fully meet expectations.

I had a great stay at Hampton by Hilton Frankfurt City Centre. The hotel was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The location is excellent, with easy access to public transport, restaurants, and key attractions, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers. The room was well maintained and the amenities were excellent. The staff were courteous and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I would happily stay here again on my next visit to Frankfurt.

Loved the hotel. It was closed to Mühlberg metro station which directly takes you to the airport. It was clean and had a great breakfast. Just a few stops to the myzeil shopping mall.

The hotel was great, the service so welcome, the pool althpugh mentioned that its heated but looks like it was heated the Herman way which so cold, its location needed all the time the shuttle they offer to go to the airport and from there to the city of Frankfurt. The breakfast was somehow expensive for what it was offered and no where I went I paid the same for a child as its known they eat almost nothing, so I believe that it should habe been either free or 1/2 the price. In the room there wasn‘t sugar nor tea bags.

Great New Hotel — Beautiful Room & Amazing Shower! ⭐️ I had a really great stay at LyvInn Frankfurt! The hotel is new, modern, and super clean, and the room was beautiful. I originally booked a 4-bed room but was pleasantly surprised to be given a private female room with only 2 beds, which was a nice bonus. The shower deserves a special mention! 🙌🏾 The water pressure was excellent, and the shower head even had a massage setting — such a good experience after a long day of travelling! A few other things I appreciated: • Free towels • A guest fridge available — just ask the staff to store your food (there are no fridges in the rooms) • 24/7 bar • Friendly and helpful staff • Great overall cleanliness and modern facilities 📍 Location: Great during the daytime and convenient for getting around. One station away from Frankfurt central station. The closest station, has escalators and elevator to carry your luggages. However, as a solo female traveller, I would be cautious about walking around the area late at night. After around 9 PM, some streets felt quite dark and sketchy, so I would recommend using extra caution or arranging transportation back to the hotel. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. For a new hotel, the cleanliness, room quality, shower, and amenities were excellent. I would definitely consider staying here again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Favourite room layout for the whole trip (8 different hotels). A must for car lovers. Check in and out was super easy, both car lifts clearly marked and easy to maneuver. Location is next to airport so can also plane spot. Noise insulation amazing. Check out the convenience store at the corner next to the hotel for a quick meal.

Come to the exhibition, the room is very good, there is a small balcony, the surrounding is quiet, take a road underground channel and cross the road to the lidl supermarket. However, please note that there are other places with the same name in this hotel. Don't make a mistake. Close to the central train station, there are urine smells everywhere, and there are many strange people on the street. At the price I set at the time, I forced this house,

The hotel's own airport shuttle is quite pricey, but public transport is an option. It's very close to Terminal 3, and public transport between the airport train station and T3 is convenient, though not super frequent. The hotel facilities offer great value for money considering the price, and it's very clean. The surrounding area is very noisy; with the window open, it was almost impossible to sleep in our room facing that direction. However, once the window was closed, the sound insulation was good, so it shouldn't be a problem for light sleepers. Those who are more sensitive to noise might need to request a room facing the other side. With the window closed, the air conditioning and ventilation were perfectly adequate.

I had been staying at this hotel for 6 consecutive days. The night before, I extended my stay for room 417 at the front desk. The hotel system has a complete record of my extension, and it was agreed that I would continue to stay in the original room. When I returned after going out, the hotel, without my consent or prior notice, unilaterally changed my room and altered the accommodation agreement. The new room had no duvet and no bath towels. I had to go downstairs repeatedly to request all basic amenities. One male front desk staff member was extremely rude and demanded an additional 1.90 Euros for a bath towel, even writing a note that said 'It cost 1.90 Euro.' I have uploaded a photo of this note as evidence. It wasn't until this staff member's shift ended that another staff member provided a bath towel free of charge. As an elderly traveler who doesn't speak any foreign languages, I had to rely entirely on a translation device for communication, which made interactions extremely difficult. Throughout my stay, I distinctly felt discriminated against due to the language barrier, leading to a terrible experience and leaving me feeling deeply wronged. I didn't get a chance to take photos of the missing items in the room due to the rushed circumstances, but all the guests staying in the same room that day can corroborate my account. I am attaching a formal complaint document in both German and English, demanding a formal explanation and apology from the hotel regarding the unauthorized room change, the staff member's improper charging, and the poor service, as well as reasonable compensation. The hotel system can retrieve the extension record directly, so I don't need to provide any receipts. While I don't have photos of the room lacking bedding and towels, there are other guests who stayed with me who can testify to this.

No lift. The front desk changed for me to the 1st floor room. The Room is spacious. Halal shop nearby.
