IIkaikaiThis hotel is a bit dated. The room didn't have bottled water, but there was free coffee in the lobby! The breakfast was average – definitely avoid 8-9 AM as it gets incredibly crowded, and most of the options are cold dishes.

GGuest UserAmazing stay at The Westin Grand Frankfurt! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location for shopping and exploring the city. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the facilities were excellent. Had a very relaxing and enjoyable experience as a couple. The only thing for me was the bed was a little too soft, but overall we really enjoyed.

The smart devices in the room were easy and intuitive to operate, creating a good environment for business work. The surroundings were relatively quiet, perfect for resting after traveling. The service attitude was excellent, and the front desk was responsive. The facilities were generally complete and met my business needs. The location near the airport was excellent, making transportation extremely convenient. Overall, it offered good value for money, and I recommend it for business travelers.

AArchDragonWe visited on 11 April 2026. The hotel is located near the main train station (Hauptbahnhof), but it’s a bit hidden, so you may need some navigation to find it.
The lobby is clean and warm, which is especially nice in cold weather when you’re heading back after a long day. A thoughtful touch is the complimentary fresh water infused with mint leaves and lemon slices, as well as free Granny Smith apples available for guests.
We stayed in Room 405, which was very clean and tidy. The air conditioning worked well during warmer days. The bathroom includes a heating rack, which is useful for drying laundry or warming clothes before heading out.
However, no dental kits were provided, so be sure to bring your own. Basic amenities like hand wash, shampoo, and body wash are available. One downside is the shower, the water pressure is quite weak, and the temperature fluctuates between hot and cold regardless of the dial setting.
A point to be cautious about: the street outside can feel unsafe, especially at night. There were people smoking and drinking, with occasional loud noises such as shouting or music. The area was also quite dirty, with noticeable trash and a strong smell of urine. It’s best to stay alert if walking alone, particularly after dark.

GGuest UserI checked out of the hotel today. My room, 615, must have been a single room because, looking back, it only had one headboard and one pillow, and it was in the attic. I feel completely ripped off, especially after seeing the current room rates. I stayed for two consecutive nights. The facilities are quite old-fashioned, but otherwise, there were no issues. The main problem is the price difference: I paid over 1000 yuan, and now it's just over 300 yuan for a double business room. I really feel like I got scammed.
