The Westin Grand Frankfurt offers an excellent central location with unbeatable access to public transport and nearby markets, but the in-room climate control and wellness facilities were disappointing during this stay.�� Overall, it works well as a convenient city base, especially if you value being close to U- and S-Bahn connections and local weekend markets.��Room and comfortThe room itself was comfortable but unfortunately too warm, and it was not obvious how to adjust the temperature settings. There was no clear guidance in-room on changing the climate controls, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.Facilities and closuresAlthough the hotel advertises an indoor pool and sauna as part of its wellness offering, both the pool and sauna were closed during this stay, which was a let-down.�� This is worth checking in advance if these facilities are important for your trip.Location and transportThe location is one of the hotel’s strongest points, set on Konrad-Adenauer-Straße right by the Zeil shopping area and within easy reach of major sights.�� U-Bahn and S-Bahn stations are very close, making it simple to reach Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof, the airport and other parts of the city in just a few minutes.��Markets and nearby vibeThe surrounding area has a lively city feel, and there is a weekend market within walking distance, adding a nice local touch to the stay.�� Being able to step out of the hotel and quickly reach both shops and market stalls is a real advantage if you enjoy browsing food and local products.��Overall impressionThis hotel is a solid choice for location and public transport access, especially if you plan to explore Frankfurt’s centre and markets on foot.�� However, unclear room temperature controls and the closure of the pool and sauna during the stay meant the experience did not fully meet expectations.

The environment here is absolutely fantastic! The location is superb, really close to the airport with no traffic issues, and getting to the city center is super quick, just a few kilometers away. All the main attractions are nearby too. Plus, the area around the hotel is incredibly convenient, with everything you could possibly need.

The front desk was welcoming and everything else was good. The only drawback was that the breakfast options were a little limited, and there was no German sausage.

I stayed in a smart room for my business trip, and the cleanliness was very satisfying. The bedding was clean and tidy, exceeding my expectations. The smart devices in the room were easy and intuitive to operate, creating a good environment for business work. The surroundings were relatively quiet, perfect for resting after traveling. The service attitude was excellent, and the front desk was responsive. The facilities were generally complete and met my business needs. The location near the airport was excellent, making transportation extremely convenient. Overall, it offered good value for money, and I recommend it for business travelers.

Online check-in and check-out connects you with the hotel front desk, making the check-in and check-out process quick and stress-free. I've been traveling around Europe, and several hotels have offered online check-in/check-out procedures, so I guess it's a recent trend. Personally, it was a very positive experience. Breakfast was delicious, especially the croissants – they were warm and crispy! The shared kitchen was spacious, and laundry facilities were available, providing excellent amenities for long-term travelers. The surrounding area is a pub district, quite lively late into the night, but I was able to sleep without being bothered by the noise by closing the window (this may vary from person to person, so those sensitive to noise might want to request a higher floor).

You can compare their breakfast to Furama hotel In Singapore . and safe place to walk in the middle of the night From Frankfurt international Airport is easy without taking a taxi. From terminal 2 take the bus outside FREE to terminal 1 then go down to -0 Not O by my daily pass to RMV just behind the ticket machine since I got trouble of buying through ticket machine. From terminal 1 S 9 or S8 . It was 4 minutes to walk to Hotel Cult. The customer service Miss Hanna let me have my room early. A nice guy ( customer service let me a German charger. I truly appreciate it Aldo a morning duty gave me Free bottle of water. No water and no coffee machine . The night duty guy also friendly talking to me as I wake up at 1:00 AM and so hungry I asked for a place where are bars. Right the place is too safe to walk alone at night. As I went back home I lost my way I do another direction following the light. A guy near the commercial bank neat told me too far from the hotel Cult. He took a Uber drove me at the hotel . I never ever got scared walking alone in the middle of the night holding my Kebab which so delicious too. Wow amazing almost same in Singapore a very safe place to walk at night!!! Room is too small o can’t move my things freely as I can , but nice windows to see the beautiful street outside. The next day housekeeper lerp my room clean and 22nd day I request to change bed sheet perfect housekeepers this guy is truly helpful and towels are white.colours but look old. A friendly and helpful housekeepers when I asked something. Lidl just a minutes across the street. I truly recommend this hotel for 3 nights with Fridge. Perfect air condition and comfy bed although dark hallway or corridor. It doesn’t look like a hotel . But overall safe , clean and good customer service and breakfast a lots of selected cheese and selection of bread and juices etc etc. I truly love the breakfast! Thank you guys !

The Frankfurt Airport hotel boasts an unbeatable location. The facilities are clean, and the service is excellent. Breakfast offers a wide variety of nutritious options, and the soundproofing is great. Plus, there's a free shuttle. It's a comfortable stay for a layover and offers great value for money.

Great hotel at a great location. I was in Frankfurt for a short leisure trip and found this to be the perfect hotel, close to the airport (and train stations) and a bus stop in front of the hotel. The room was spacious as I travelled solo, but also big enough for 2 people. Room and bathroom were clean as were the sheets, complimentary bottle of water and mini fridge present. Breakfast was included in my stay. If it's not I would recommend to book it as it was very good - and there are not many other options nearby. Staff was very friendly and helpfull. I would certainly stay here the next time I visit Frankfurt.

Come to the exhibition, the room is very good, there is a small balcony, the surrounding is quiet, take a road underground channel and cross the road to the lidl supermarket. However, please note that there are other places with the same name in this hotel. Don't make a mistake. Close to the central train station, there are urine smells everywhere, and there are many strange people on the street. At the price I set at the time, I forced this house,

This was our first time in Frankfurt, and this hotel was quite good. The best part was its excellent location, making it easy to get anywhere. Although many people say the area around the train station can be a bit chaotic and close to the red-light district, advising against going out at night, I personally didn't find it that bad. Just be a little cautious. We could walk or take public transport everywhere we wanted to go and see sights, which saved us a lot of time. I was traveling alone with two elderly relatives this time, and they were very comfortable. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the hotel, especially the staff, who were incredibly friendly. When I mentioned the sink wasn't draining and the kettle had issues, they immediately offered to change my room and ended up giving me a family suite. I really didn't expect them to be so helpful!
