1. **Attentive Service**: As soon as I walked in, a staff member offered a warm towel, instantly melting away my fatigue. They also helped carry my luggage straight to the room, which was incredibly thoughtful.
2. **Room Cleanliness**: The room was spotless and tidy, making me feel completely at ease.
3. **Unique Experience**: The hotel actually offers traditional ethnic costumes for rent for photos (you just pay a deposit, rental is free)! It made for some amazing pictures!
4. **Excellent Dining**: The breakfast spread was very diverse, and the dining area had a fantastic location overlooking the entire Caohai lake – the view was superb.
5. **Great Facilities**: There's a gym and a laundry room, and free laundry service is a huge plus for long-term travelers.
6. **Hidden Perks**: The most surprising bonus was the free snacks and late-night supper! Such heartwarming attention to detail.
I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting, and I'll definitely choose it again next time!

MMomomonaThe room is clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, and the soundproofing is good. The bathroom has sufficient water pressure and is equipped with a smart toilet and branded toiletries. The front desk reception is very enthusiastic, the check-in is efficient, the room service responds quickly, and the staff provides smiling service throughout the whole process. The experience is great!

GGuest UserThis hotel stay was such a pleasant surprise! The lobby is elegant and grand, and the lounge area is spacious and comfy. They even thoughtfully provided free popcorn, coffee, and snacks, which really added to the experience. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, and there were even office facilities available. My entire stay was super comfortable, and it offers amazing value for money. If I'm ever in this area again, this will definitely be my first choice!

The hotel was newly opened this year, and the room still has the smell of decoration, but after opening the window and circulating the air conditioner for a while, the smell is basically gone. The hotel's service is very friendly and the hygiene is very good. The breakfast was a bit simple and ended at 9:30 which was a bit too early. Room facilities need to be supplemented and increased, after all, it is positioned as a 4-star hotel (such as towel baskets and clotheslines in the bathroom, and refrigerators in high-grade rooms). After all, the tourists are mainly families, so it is necessary to add some supporting facilities for family services. In addition, since breakfast ends early, you can consider a small stall on the underground first floor of the hotel. I have personally tested that the taste is very good.

GGuest UserThe most cost-effective hotel I have stayed in during this trip to Guizhou! The price is actually very reasonable during the peak season! 360 yuan includes breakfast, lunch, and hot springs! There is a swimming pool too! Emma left late to have lunch, so she didn’t finish watching Huangguoshu Waterfall hahaha! It’s so suitable! ! ! The rice is not bad either! The pork liver and shrimp at noon were all delicious! Vegetables are good too!

When I packed my things this time, I also left the facial cleanser at the hotel. The hotel kept it for me at the front desk. Thanks to the aunt who cleaned the room. GGuest UserThe room was spacious and clean. However, the toilet had no door, which was inconvenient. When I extended my stay, I requested no housekeeping, but they also didn't empty the trash or replenish the bottled water. I had to call and wait half an hour, repeatedly prompting them, just to get the water. The breakfast selection was very limited, and on the second day, they even removed the pastries from the previous day, as shown in the picture. It was basically a simple continental breakfast, not up to Marriott standards.

1. The front desk and restaurant helped to boil ginger soup, and insisted on thanking the red envelope. It is recommended to charge appropriately to encourage everyone's enthusiasm for service and let goodwill spread.
2. The hotel provides lunch and evening meals, 15 yuan! 15 yuan buffet! There are not many varieties, quality assurance, can you ask for more?

XXteroI enjoyed my first night so much that i extended my stay. Rooms and service were still top notch. When i left the hotel and arrived at my next destination, 200kms away, i noticed i forgot my passport and wallet with cash inside. My heart stopped and i started panicking. Fortunately, the staff quickly found my passport and money. They ordered an SF, to ship overnight express my passport to my location and it arrived promptly. My cash couldn’t be sent. So the hotel staff sent me the money electronically. I would’ve been stranded and living on the street unsure of what to do, but the staff at 水西 calmly guided and resolved the issue. I’ll never forget how much they helped me. 10000 stars!
