LLvchashangxiaThe decoration style of this hotel is very much in line with my aesthetic taste, with complete facilities and a full sense of technology. I'd like to mention that I often stay in hotels due to work recently. This is the only place where I can take a comfortable bath in the past month. At other places, either there is a problem with the drainage or the bath water is hot and cold. In addition, the weather has been quite cold these days, so being able to take a comfortable hot bath is a complete relaxation for my whole body and mind. The parking lot downstairs is well organized and has many charging facilities, which is quite friendly to new energy vehicles. The surrounding area is convenient for eating, drinking and shopping, and the transportation is convenient. All in all, it is better than expected. The only difference is that the space is a little small. However, it is small and beautiful, which is enough for business trips or travel.

The location of the hotel is superb, the business district/subway station is just a few minutes walk away, the surrounding dining and convenience stores are all available, and it is especially convenient to travel.
🧹 Health environment:
The room was spotless and very clean! The bedding is white and soft, the bathroom has no smell, dry and wet separation, the toiletries are complete, the overall lighting and ventilation are very good, and the living is particularly safe.

The front desk lady/brother is warm and professional, check-in/check-out efficiency is super high, there are questions and answers, and they also take the initiative to help with luggage and recommend local food. The details are super intimate and feel at home.
🛏️ Facilities experience:
The room facilities are very new, air conditioning, hot water, WiFi are stable and easy to use, the bed is very comfortable, and I sleep until dawn. The sound insulation effect is also good, very quiet at night, it does not affect the rest at all.

The price is reasonable, compared to the same grade hotel, no matter the health, service or facilities are better, the price is full! Whether it is a business trip or a tour, it is highly recommended, and I will stay here next time!

The hotel's service is very friendly and the hygiene is very good. The breakfast was a bit simple and ended at 9:30 which was a bit too early. Room facilities need to be supplemented and increased, after all, it is positioned as a 4-star hotel (such as towel baskets and clotheslines in the bathroom, and refrigerators in high-grade rooms). After all, the tourists are mainly families, so it is necessary to add some supporting facilities for family services. In addition, since breakfast ends early, you can consider a small stall on the underground first floor of the hotel. I have personally tested that the taste is very good.

The room was hygienic and the table was not cleaned. Breakfast ended at 9 o'clock, and it was really 9 o'clock to start receiving food, so that a bowl of rice noodles was directly refused to say no. Why may it be no, just don't want to cook, huh, huh. Because the waiters in their restaurant started to sit there for breakfast after 9 o'clock! After the hotel is fully renovated, it will be changed to Lavande. Let's improve the service first.

GGuest UserThe room was clean. In Bijie, it felt like staying at a Marriott, truly the best hotel here. A big thank you to the lobby manager. Even though we, as older guests, are very sensitive to noise when staying in hotels, the manager was incredibly respectful and provided timely, patient service, satisfying our needs and resolving issues, no matter how impatient we might have seemed. Thank you. I also want to thank the Marriott restaurant for their service, abundant breakfast, and unique dinner, all with excellent hygiene. Having a Marriott hotel in Bijie is like having the Baili Azalea Scenic Area – famous and wonderful. The stay experience was excellent!

Two other points are mentioned:
1. The front desk and restaurant helped to boil ginger soup, and insisted on thanking the red envelope. It is recommended to charge appropriately to encourage everyone's enthusiasm for service and let goodwill spread.
2. The hotel provides lunch and evening meals, 15 yuan! 15 yuan buffet! There are not many varieties, quality assurance, can you ask for more?

XXteroI enjoyed my first night so much that i extended my stay. Rooms and service were still top notch. When i left the hotel and arrived at my next destination, 200kms away, i noticed i forgot my passport and wallet with cash inside. My heart stopped and i started panicking. Fortunately, the staff quickly found my passport and money. They ordered an SF, to ship overnight express my passport to my location and it arrived promptly. My cash couldn’t be sent. So the hotel staff sent me the money electronically. I would’ve been stranded and living on the street unsure of what to do, but the staff at 水西 calmly guided and resolved the issue. I’ll never forget how much they helped me. 10000 stars!

GGuest UserHotel location is very good, booked a big room facing the Caohai (40 square meters), also with a large balcony, watching the lake and mountains is very comfortable. Not very satisfied is that the hotel's dining is not good, you have to run out to eat on the street.
