MMomomonaThe room is clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, and the soundproofing is good. The bathroom has sufficient water pressure and is equipped with a smart toilet and branded toiletries. The front desk reception is very enthusiastic, the check-in is efficient, the room service responds quickly, and the staff provides smiling service throughout the whole process. The experience is great!

1. **Attentive Service**: As soon as I walked in, a staff member offered a warm towel, instantly melting away my fatigue. They also helped carry my luggage straight to the room, which was incredibly thoughtful.
2. **Room Cleanliness**: The room was spotless and tidy, making me feel completely at ease.
3. **Unique Experience**: The hotel actually offers traditional ethnic costumes for rent for photos (you just pay a deposit, rental is free)! It made for some amazing pictures!
4. **Excellent Dining**: The breakfast spread was very diverse, and the dining area had a fantastic location overlooking the entire Caohai lake – the view was superb.
5. **Great Facilities**: There's a gym and a laundry room, and free laundry service is a huge plus for long-term travelers.
6. **Hidden Perks**: The most surprising bonus was the free snacks and late-night supper! Such heartwarming attention to detail.
I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting, and I'll definitely choose it again next time!

The room is well lit, the layout is warm and atmospheric, the hygiene is particularly meticulous, and every corner is clean and dust-free. The comfort of the mattress pillow is perfect, and I sleep very peacefully at night. The staff is gentle and polite, the demand response is very timely, the facilities are well maintained, the living is particularly comfortable, it is a very satisfying stay experience, it is worth buying back recommended ～

GGuest UserThe experience I had at Qianxi Borman Hotel was excellent. As you step into the lobby, you can feel the elegant and grand atmosphere. The room is spacious and bright, beautifully decorated, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the sleep is particularly comfortable. The service staff is enthusiastic, professional and responsive. Its facilities are complete and advanced, the smart devices in the room are convenient and efficient, and the bathroom facilities are of high quality. The gym is well equipped and the swimming pool is clean. The public areas are warmly decorated. The dining is also excellent, the breakfast is very rich, and I especially like the fruit and vegetable salad, which is very fresh. In short, I felt at home here. I will definitely stay in this hotel next time I come to Qianxi. I highly recommend it!

HHaihai731Location and transportation: The location is not in the urban area, but not too far from the urban area. It is very convenient to drive. The hotel has its own underground parking garage. If you travel by tram, there are charging piles nearby.
Room size: The room is spacious and not cramped.
Sanitary condition: very clean.
Shower facilities: The spray water is large and the hot water is very good.
Noise situation: The surrounding area is very quiet, not noisy at all, and it is very quiet to sleep.
Breakfast situation: The dishes are rich and the breakfast time is ample.
This hotel should be considered the best hotel in Weining. The lady at the front desk was very gentle and upgraded the room for free.

GGuest UserThe room was clean. In Bijie, it felt like staying at a Marriott, truly the best hotel here. A big thank you to the lobby manager. Even though we, as older guests, are very sensitive to noise when staying in hotels, the manager was incredibly respectful and provided timely, patient service, satisfying our needs and resolving issues, no matter how impatient we might have seemed. Thank you. I also want to thank the Marriott restaurant for their service, abundant breakfast, and unique dinner, all with excellent hygiene. Having a Marriott hotel in Bijie is like having the Baili Azalea Scenic Area – famous and wonderful. The stay experience was excellent!

Two other points are mentioned:
1. The front desk and restaurant helped to boil ginger soup, and insisted on thanking the red envelope. It is recommended to charge appropriately to encourage everyone's enthusiasm for service and let goodwill spread.
2. The hotel provides lunch and evening meals, 15 yuan! 15 yuan buffet! There are not many varieties, quality assurance, can you ask for more?

XXteroI enjoyed my first night so much that i extended my stay. Rooms and service were still top notch. When i left the hotel and arrived at my next destination, 200kms away, i noticed i forgot my passport and wallet with cash inside. My heart stopped and i started panicking. Fortunately, the staff quickly found my passport and money. They ordered an SF, to ship overnight express my passport to my location and it arrived promptly. My cash couldn’t be sent. So the hotel staff sent me the money electronically. I would’ve been stranded and living on the street unsure of what to do, but the staff at 水西 calmly guided and resolved the issue. I’ll never forget how much they helped me. 10000 stars!
