The stay experience exceeded expectations, highly recommended! The location is very convenient, travel and eating are easy to find, parking has exclusive parking spaces, and self-driving travel is completely stress-free. The front desk staff was gentle, the check-in speed was very fast, and they also took the initiative to inform the breakfast time and supporting facilities, and the service was particularly intimate. As soon as I entered the lobby, it was clean and bright, there was no smell, and the overall was simple and refreshing. The room hygiene is impeccable, the floor, bedding, and bathroom are cleaned very meticulously, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the hot water is on, the water is stable, and the toilet and shower glass are spotless. The mattress is moderately firm, the pillow comfort is online, the sound insulation is very good at night, and the whole night is safe and sound. The room is fully equipped, with high-speed WiFi, desk, charging sockets, and enough for business trips. The hotel is equipped with a self-service laundry drying area, which is very convenient for washing laundry during the trip. The breakfast is rich in variety, porridge noodles, buns, drinks and fruits are available, the freshly cooked noodles taste very good, and the price is full. The whole is clean, worry-free, and cost-effective. It is suitable for short trips or business trips. I will choose this one next time I come to Bijie!

Must praise this service! The staff is gentle, not familiar with the things, ask questions in time, the waiter is very patient, there is free freshly ground coffee in the lobby. There is also a self-service laundry room and a dryer, washing and drying is too suitable for travel. The hotel's hardware is excellent, but its service and management get a zero. We checked in after 4 PM, and the room wasn't even ready yet. After it was finally cleaned, I walked in to find the previous guest's socks still sitting on the bedside table, as shown in picture one. It made me seriously doubt if they even cleaned it properly. The hotel's swimming pool is an Instagram hotspot, but because it's outsourced, the actual experience was a zero. There are no lockers! The entire changing room is as small as shown in picture two – that's it! The floor was covered in water and trash, and no one was cleaning it. There were no towels unless you paid 10 yuan for a disposable one, and no slippers unless you paid another 12 yuan. The breakfast was terrible, with very few options and no local specialties. Compared to other state guesthouses like the Wuxi Taihu Hotel, Nanjing Dongjiao Guesthouse, or Wuhan Donghu Hotel, the breakfast here was basically on par with a county government guesthouse. All in all, it's absolutely not worth the price. Booking the Zhijin Hotel was definitely the biggest regret of my Guizhou trip.

This hotel has a lot of potential, but it seem to still be under construction. The rooms needed cleaning when we arrriced and there are no chairs or rables in the rooms. Also, there is no elevator, and there is a lot of finishing work that needs to be completed. I am an early riser while the rest of the family likes to sleep in -- there 2qw no place for me to sit an read (other than my car) during the several hours I had to wait for the family to get up.

This stay exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is superb, with convenient transportation; the subway station is just a 5-minute walk away. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the smart toilet and Xiaodu voice control were a thoughtful touch. The breakfast selection was plentiful, with freshly cooked wontons and local specialties being a pleasant surprise. Special praise goes to Xiao Wang at the front desk; he not only upgraded our room for free but also patiently recommended nearby attractions. Excellent value for money; I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

We arrived in the afternoon and the hotel's exterior was very grand. The facilities were also great, with a heated pool and a gym – I tried the pool and it was quite good! We sat in the hotel's central garden for a bit and ordered a snack platter, which was a very pleasant experience! Across from the hotel is a small wetland park, and I heard there were going to be singing performances recently. We had planned to go check it out later, but then it started raining! So we just stayed in our room. As for the hotel itself, it's very neat and tidy, and the cleanliness was good. The hotel is conveniently located near scenic spots, making dining and shopping very accessible. It's perfect for leisure and vacations, especially for those who are driving. Overall, it was a very good experience.

The room is clean and sanitary, with bright windows. It is very close to the Baili Rhododendron Bodhi Scenic Area. The owner is very enthusiastic and shared the scenic area tour guide. Because I accidentally lost my reading glasses during this trip, it is difficult to find the facilities for living in such an unfamiliar environment. The boss is enthusiastic to help and give tips

I enjoyed my first night so much that i extended my stay. Rooms and service were still top notch. When i left the hotel and arrived at my next destination, 200kms away, i noticed i forgot my passport and wallet with cash inside. My heart stopped and i started panicking. Fortunately, the staff quickly found my passport and money. They ordered an SF, to ship overnight express my passport to my location and it arrived promptly. My cash couldn’t be sent. So the hotel staff sent me the money electronically. I would’ve been stranded and living on the street unsure of what to do, but the staff at 水西 calmly guided and resolved the issue. I’ll never forget how much they helped me. 10000 stars!
