"Very satisfied! First of all, the service. Upon arrival, the front desk lady carried our luggage to our room. She gave the children disposable slippers and toothbrush sets, and also delivered free laundry to the room. Bathrobes were provided for the hot spring bath, and mineral water was offered on the way out. The service was excellent. Secondly, the environment met all my expectations for a B&B: running water along the path, relaxing seating, a courtyard, and even adorable kittens! Breakfast was a little simple, but delicious! The private hot springs are a big plus. The price is reasonable, the service is excellent, and the kids had a blast. We booked three nights and didn't miss out. The owner of the hotel was very welcoming and the room was very clean. I chose the hotel next door for breakfast and dinner (we are the same family as the owner and they were very welcoming). Hospitality) If you don’t have too high requirements for a hotel, this is a good choice because there are no better hotels in the surrounding area. GGuest UserThe room was clean. In Bijie, it felt like staying at a Marriott, truly the best hotel here. A big thank you to the lobby manager. Even though we, as older guests, are very sensitive to noise when staying in hotels, the manager was incredibly respectful and provided timely, patient service, satisfying our needs and resolving issues, no matter how impatient we might have seemed. Thank you. I also want to thank the Marriott restaurant for their service, abundant breakfast, and unique dinner, all with excellent hygiene. Having a Marriott hotel in Bijie is like having the Baili Azalea Scenic Area – famous and wonderful. The stay experience was excellent!

XXteroI enjoyed my first night so much that i extended my stay. Rooms and service were still top notch. When i left the hotel and arrived at my next destination, 200kms away, i noticed i forgot my passport and wallet with cash inside. My heart stopped and i started panicking. Fortunately, the staff quickly found my passport and money. They ordered an SF, to ship overnight express my passport to my location and it arrived promptly. My cash couldn’t be sent. So the hotel staff sent me the money electronically. I would’ve been stranded and living on the street unsure of what to do, but the staff at 水西 calmly guided and resolved the issue. I’ll never forget how much they helped me. 10000 stars!
