LLinshichengyuanThe stay was quite pleasant. The hotel is very close to the MixC shopping mall, making it convenient for dining, entertainment, and shopping. The customer service manager, Xiao Jiang, was attentive and helpful, and Xiao Yang handled check-in and check-out quickly. The breakfast was also good. Overall, the staff were responsive, and the hotel offered excellent value for money.

GGuest UserThis Atour hotel is in Shanghai Gao Plaza. I thought it would be noisy at night if it was too close to the mall, but it was quite quiet. The reception desk received the beautiful little sister, who was kind and caring, carefully chose a quiet room for us, and told us what food was around, making people feel at home.

QQingtiandemaomiMy stay at Lavande Hotel far exceeded my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was drawn in by the healing ambiance created by the lavender scent and soft lighting – truly excellent! First off, the free parking was incredibly convenient; I didn't have to worry about parking at all. The internet speed was also very fast, making gaming in the room super smooth. The room itself was clean and tidy, very comfortable to stay in. The bed was extremely comfy, and the sheets and duvet covers were spotless. Plus, there are so many restaurants around the hotel, offering a dizzying array of choices; you can enjoy all sorts of delicious food right outside. In the evening, the young lady at the front desk greeted me with such energy and even offered me tea – the service was genuinely heartwarming. Because I'm a light sleeper, they kindly upgraded me and reserved a room facing the residential area, which was quieter. I particularly liked the room's aromatherapy scent; it smelled wonderful, and I even bought a bottle from the front desk when I checked out [chuckles]. Since I arrived late and overslept, the front desk even extended my check-out by an hour for free, which I was extremely satisfied with. I always choose Lavande Hotels; the beds are indeed very comfortable, and the room decor is a standard Lavande style. The facilities are quite comprehensive, but it would be even more perfect with a toilet seat cover. There's also plenty of great food nearby. Overall, it's genuinely excellent, and I'll definitely be back after my trip in a few days!

SSongjundaThe room was decorated in a modern style and had no unpleasant odors. It also had a view of the Tuojiang River. The room was very clean, and the two young ladies at the front desk were incredibly helpful. The location is near the MixC shopping center, with a 24-hour convenience store downstairs. It's less than a 5-minute walk to the MixC shopping center or the nearby food street, making transportation very convenient. There are bus stops and Didi (ride-hailing service) stations downstairs, which is super convenient.
