Luzhou Hotels with Breakfast

Parking was a bit of a hassle; we asked the front desk for directions and parked in the surface parking lot on the other side. The hotel's underground parking is a flight of stairs from the hotel, which is inconvenient for those with luggage. Everything else was great. There's an elevator, the rooms are spacious, and the facilities are complete and new. The front desk even provided makeup remover wipes and individually packaged sunscreen. Breakfast was also provided, and the price was good. Highly recommended.

The location is also very convenient, quiet yet with easy access to transportation. It offers incredible value for money, and you can truly feel the attention to detail everywhere. The hotel has ample parking and convenient transportation. The river-view rooms are spacious and large, with a separate desk suitable for business use. The bathroom features a scientifically designed wet and dry separation. The sofa is very comfortable, perfect for those with back problems. There are sterilized ceramic teacups available for immediate use. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a great view of the gently flowing river. The lighting is soft and not glaring, and the smart curtain system works very well. There are many night markets and local delicacies nearby, all within a ten-minute walk, making it a great option for food lovers!

Jiucheng Hotel is first-class in the local area. It is built in a garden, with enough parking spaces and good staff. The breakfast is almost rich, the room and the whole hotel are very clean, and the decoration is stylish and beautiful. It has its own large restaurant, and the food and beverage are all good, which is convenient for guests, otherwise they may have to walk a long way to eat. There is no good restaurant in a small street outside the main entrance, and there are many cotton shops outside the back door, and no restaurant. The hotel could have done better: the boiler room could be moved to the ”Lulu” area to avoid noise affecting multiple rooms. Due to the building itself, there are several rooms between the state of having windows and no windows. In these cases, the room price should be reduced to a certain extent and the guests should be informed online or in person to avoid all kinds of unpleasantness caused by it.

Pros: Close to the supermarket plaza and many street food outlets. Staff tried their best to serve you. Cons: Despite its name, railway station isn't that close. You need to take a taxi (or walk 30 minutes). Check-in process for foreigners will be very tiring (we had to wait 40 minutes in hotel lobby with extremely tired two kids, being questioned by staff about many things. We were asked 'why did you visit here', I thought this is a very ride question. Hotel should welcome guests instead of interrogating them especially when they're super tired after a long day. I'm not blaming the staff as they seem to be doing what they were told to do (protocol I suppose). But we didn't face such interrogating in any of the other hotels in China so I'm not sure why. Another inconvenience, the laundry facility doesn't have a dryer.. We ended up with a load of wet clothes after using the washing machine.. So be aware.

Good service and environment. Because my friend is pregnant, it is not convenient for her to go to the restaurant for breakfast in the morning. After explaining the situation to the staff, they kindly let me take it up to my friend alone.

Cost-effective, need to respond in time, but also a single-family hotel, equipped with parking lot and charging piles, breakfast in the morning, sleeping beds are also very comfortable. Next time I come to visit relatives, I will stay again.
