Hygienic: The sanitation is still very careful, the room is very tidy and very clean.
Environment: The decoration style is also very distinctive, the room layout is reasonable, the room is very quiet, and the stay is very comfortable.

AAnonymous UserI was very satisfied with my stay! The hotel is super close to the MixC shopping district, just a 10-minute walk, which is incredibly convenient. The customer service manager, Xiao Jiang, and the front desk staff, Xiao Yang, were very welcoming and efficient, even proactively sharing recommendations for nearby restaurants. The room was clean and refreshing, the bedding was nice, and the details were very thoughtful. The room even had smart curtains. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit this city. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserOur stay here was absolutely fantastic! The hotel's design is very stylish, and the lobby is both grand and welcoming. The front desk staff was incredibly kind, and the room was even more spacious than expected, with a superb view from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom was clean and bright, with excellent dry and wet separation, strong shower pressure, and good quality toiletries. Breakfast offered a rich variety of options, both Chinese and Western, and tasted delicious. The service staff were friendly and responsive. The location is also very convenient, quiet yet with easy access to transportation. It offers incredible value for money, and you can truly feel the attention to detail everywhere. Highly recommended, I will definitely choose to stay here again next time! From check-in to check-out, you can feel the hotel's dedication throughout. It's definitely a top-notch choice for both business trips and leisure vacations! I've already recommended it to friends and will certainly be back.

GGuest UserThe hotel boasts a grand design and excellent views, making for a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. The bedding was also incredibly comfortable, just like sleeping at home. There are so many dining options downstairs, which is fantastic for someone like me who often struggles to decide what to eat. It's incredibly cost-effective, and I'll never have to worry about choosing a hotel again! Thumbs up!

Cons:
Despite its name, railway station isn't that close. You need to take a taxi (or walk 30 minutes).
Check-in process for foreigners will be very tiring (we had to wait 40 minutes in hotel lobby with extremely tired two kids, being questioned by staff about many things. We were asked 'why did you visit here', I thought this is a very ride question. Hotel should welcome guests instead of interrogating them especially when they're super tired after a long day. I'm not blaming the staff as they seem to be doing what they were told to do (protocol I suppose). But we didn't face such interrogating in any of the other hotels in China so I'm not sure why.
Another inconvenience, the laundry facility doesn't have a dryer.. We ended up with a load of wet clothes after using the washing machine.. So be aware.

The bathroom features a scientifically designed wet and dry separation. The sofa is very comfortable, perfect for those with back problems. There are sterilized ceramic teacups available for immediate use. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a great view of the gently flowing river. The lighting is soft and not glaring, and the smart curtain system works very well. There are many night markets and local delicacies nearby, all within a ten-minute walk, making it a great option for food lovers!

It is not suitable to give a room card, your price has one early and two early choices, no no early. I chose a breakfast, other people who don't eat, how to get electricity without a card in the room? When you check in, if the front desk is attentive, you can pay attention.
There are children staying, and they didn't say to ask if they need to add dental appliances and slippers? In short, the hotel is good, the service is very general, there is no smile when checking in, it is very cold. The sister who checked out was not bad.
Service needs to be improved to match the hotel's hardware.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a great location, just across from BBK, and easily accessible by taxi to Shuijinggou and MixC.
The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast area, a small shop, was welcoming and friendly, offering everything from white cakes to sauerkraut noodles.
I especially want to commend the housekeeping lady, who was very helpful. When I asked about the laundry room, she offered to help me take it there. When I returned that evening, she had dried and folded our clothes neatly in the room. Such a thoughtful gesture.
