GGuest UserOur stay here was absolutely fantastic! The hotel's design is very stylish, and the lobby is both grand and welcoming. The front desk staff was incredibly kind, and the room was even more spacious than expected, with a superb view from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom was clean and bright, with excellent dry and wet separation, strong shower pressure, and good quality toiletries. Breakfast offered a rich variety of options, both Chinese and Western, and tasted delicious. The service staff were friendly and responsive. The location is also very convenient, quiet yet with easy access to transportation. It offers incredible value for money, and you can truly feel the attention to detail everywhere. Highly recommended, I will definitely choose to stay here again next time! From check-in to check-out, you can feel the hotel's dedication throughout. It's definitely a top-notch choice for both business trips and leisure vacations! I've already recommended it to friends and will certainly be back.

MMengchuangdeweiyuchuqingParking was a bit of a hassle; we asked the front desk for directions and parked in the surface parking lot on the other side. The hotel's underground parking is a flight of stairs from the hotel, which is inconvenient for those with luggage. Everything else was great. There's an elevator, the rooms are spacious, and the facilities are complete and new. The front desk even provided makeup remover wipes and individually packaged sunscreen. Breakfast was also provided, and the price was good. Highly recommended.

Transportation: Very close to MixC Plaza, about a 10-minute walk (for me). It's also convenient to get to the airport, about a 25-minute taxi ride. Overall, transportation is very convenient. YYelanwotingfengchuiyu07Upon entering the room, the first thing that catches the eye is the impeccable environment; every corner is spotless, and everything is neatly arranged. The room is fully equipped, and the view from the window is of lush greenery. My stay was excellent, especially the warm and welcoming service from the butlers, Xiao Xie and Xiao Hu, at the front desk. If I have the opportunity to return, I will definitely stay at Luhu Lake again!

NNuwan PalihawadanaPros: Close to the supermarket plaza and many street food outlets. Staff tried their best to serve you. Cons: Despite its name, railway station isn't that close. You need to take a taxi (or walk 30 minutes). Check-in process for foreigners will be very tiring (we had to wait 40 minutes in hotel lobby with extremely tired two kids, being questioned by staff about many things. We were asked 'why did you visit here', I thought this is a very ride question. Hotel should welcome guests instead of interrogating them especially when they're super tired after a long day. I'm not blaming the staff as they seem to be doing what they were told to do (protocol I suppose). But we didn't face such interrogating in any of the other hotels in China so I'm not sure why. Another inconvenience, the laundry facility doesn't have a dryer.. We ended up with a load of wet clothes after using the washing machine.. So be aware.

JJack.TaoThe hotel has ample parking and convenient transportation. The river-view rooms are spacious and large, with a separate desk suitable for business use. The bathroom features a scientifically designed wet and dry separation. The sofa is very comfortable, perfect for those with back problems. There are sterilized ceramic teacups available for immediate use. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a great view of the gently flowing river. The lighting is soft and not glaring, and the smart curtain system works very well. There are many night markets and local delicacies nearby, all within a ten-minute walk, making it a great option for food lovers!

JJiajia912This hotel offers great value for money, especially during the Chinese New Year period. The breakfast is plentiful, the rooms are spacious, and the facilities are good. Providing only one room key is inappropriate. Your room rate only offers one or two breakfast options; there's no option for breakfast-free. If you choose one breakfast and don't eat the others, how will you access electricity in the room without a key? If the front desk staff were attentive during check-in, they would have noticed this. There were children staying with us, and they didn't proactively ask if we needed extra toiletries or slippers. In short, the hotel is nice, but the service is mediocre. The staff at check-in were unfriendly and cold. The staff at check-out were nice. The service needs improvement to match the hotel's facilities.
