GGuest UserOur stay here was absolutely fantastic! The hotel's design is very stylish, and the lobby is both grand and welcoming. The front desk staff was incredibly kind, and the room was even more spacious than expected, with a superb view from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom was clean and bright, with excellent dry and wet separation, strong shower pressure, and good quality toiletries. Breakfast offered a rich variety of options, both Chinese and Western, and tasted delicious. The service staff were friendly and responsive. The location is also very convenient, quiet yet with easy access to transportation. It offers incredible value for money, and you can truly feel the attention to detail everywhere. Highly recommended, I will definitely choose to stay here again next time! From check-in to check-out, you can feel the hotel's dedication throughout. It's definitely a top-notch choice for both business trips and leisure vacations! I've already recommended it to friends and will certainly be back.

MMengchuangdeweiyuchuqingParking was a bit of a hassle; we asked the front desk for directions and parked in the surface parking lot on the other side. The hotel's underground parking is a flight of stairs from the hotel, which is inconvenient for those with luggage. Everything else was great. There's an elevator, the rooms are spacious, and the facilities are complete and new. The front desk even provided makeup remover wipes and individually packaged sunscreen. Breakfast was also provided, and the price was good. Highly recommended.

YYelanwotingfengchuiyu07Upon entering the room, the first thing that catches the eye is the impeccable environment; every corner is spotless, and everything is neatly arranged. The room is fully equipped, and the view from the window is of lush greenery. My stay was excellent, especially the warm and welcoming service from the butlers, Xiao Xie and Xiao Hu, at the front desk. If I have the opportunity to return, I will definitely stay at Luhu Lake again!

GGuest UserThe hotel boasts a grand design and excellent views, making for a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. The bedding was also incredibly comfortable, just like sleeping at home. There are so many dining options downstairs, which is fantastic for someone like me who often struggles to decide what to eat. It's incredibly cost-effective, and I'll never have to worry about choosing a hotel again! Thumbs up!

NNuwan PalihawadanaPros: Close to the supermarket plaza and many street food outlets. Staff tried their best to serve you. Cons: Despite its name, railway station isn't that close. You need to take a taxi (or walk 30 minutes). Check-in process for foreigners will be very tiring (we had to wait 40 minutes in hotel lobby with extremely tired two kids, being questioned by staff about many things. We were asked 'why did you visit here', I thought this is a very ride question. Hotel should welcome guests instead of interrogating them especially when they're super tired after a long day. I'm not blaming the staff as they seem to be doing what they were told to do (protocol I suppose). But we didn't face such interrogating in any of the other hotels in China so I'm not sure why. Another inconvenience, the laundry facility doesn't have a dryer.. We ended up with a load of wet clothes after using the washing machine.. So be aware.

The bathroom features a scientifically designed wet and dry separation. The sofa is very comfortable, perfect for those with back problems. There are sterilized ceramic teacups available for immediate use. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a great view of the gently flowing river. The lighting is soft and not glaring, and the smart curtain system works very well. There are many night markets and local delicacies nearby, all within a ten-minute walk, making it a great option for food lovers!

FFelix CyclonautThe room is very clean and well-furnished. Everything is as shown in the pictures. The woman at the reception is very friendly and helpful and even provided us with a secure place for our bicycles. Unfortunately, the room is very noisy. We could hear the neighbors through the wall and the windows are so thin that you can hear the street traffic very clearly.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a great location, just across from BBK, and easily accessible by taxi to Shuijinggou and MixC. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast area, a small shop, was welcoming and friendly, offering everything from white cakes to sauerkraut noodles. I especially want to commend the housekeeping lady, who was very helpful. When I asked about the laundry room, she offered to help me take it there. When I returned that evening, she had dried and folded our clothes neatly in the room. Such a thoughtful gesture.

GGuest UserEvery time I stay in a hotel, I ask for quietness, no corner room, there is this one for me to arrange it near the residential building, not on the main road, quieter. The layout is a bit like a Vienna hotel, and it is more comfortable to live. If there is an exam, take a taxi in advance and it is not easy to hit in the morning.
