QQingtiandemaomiMy stay at Lavande Hotel far exceeded my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was drawn in by the healing ambiance created by the lavender scent and soft lighting – truly excellent! First off, the free parking was incredibly convenient; I didn't have to worry about parking at all. The internet speed was also very fast, making gaming in the room super smooth. The room itself was clean and tidy, very comfortable to stay in. The bed was extremely comfy, and the sheets and duvet covers were spotless. Plus, there are so many restaurants around the hotel, offering a dizzying array of choices; you can enjoy all sorts of delicious food right outside. In the evening, the young lady at the front desk greeted me with such energy and even offered me tea – the service was genuinely heartwarming. Because I'm a light sleeper, they kindly upgraded me and reserved a room facing the residential area, which was quieter. I particularly liked the room's aromatherapy scent; it smelled wonderful, and I even bought a bottle from the front desk when I checked out [chuckles]. Since I arrived late and overslept, the front desk even extended my check-out by an hour for free, which I was extremely satisfied with. I always choose Lavande Hotels; the beds are indeed very comfortable, and the room decor is a standard Lavande style. The facilities are quite comprehensive, but it would be even more perfect with a toilet seat cover. There's also plenty of great food nearby. Overall, it's genuinely excellent, and I'll definitely be back after my trip in a few days!

The room is very quiet, the layout is very comfortable, and the toilet and bathroom are separated, making the whole space very spacious and comfortable. When ordering takeout, robots and the front desk lady will deliver it, which is super convenient. The service attitude of the front desk lady is very good. In short, it is highly recommended!

MMengchuangdeweiyuchuqingParking was a bit of a hassle; we asked the front desk for directions and parked in the surface parking lot on the other side. The hotel's underground parking is a flight of stairs from the hotel, which is inconvenient for those with luggage. Everything else was great. There's an elevator, the rooms are spacious, and the facilities are complete and new. The front desk even provided makeup remover wipes and individually packaged sunscreen. Breakfast was also provided, and the price was good. Highly recommended.

The bathroom features a scientifically designed wet and dry separation. The sofa is very comfortable, perfect for those with back problems. The lighting is soft and not glaring, and the smart curtain system works very well. There are many night markets and local delicacies nearby, all within a ten-minute walk, making it a great option for food lovers!

The room is fully equipped, and the view from the window is of lush greenery. My stay was excellent, especially the warm and welcoming service from the butlers, Xiao Xie and Xiao Hu, at the front desk. If I have the opportunity to return, I will definitely stay at Luhu Lake again!

MM39785****The hotel is in a great location, just across from BBK, and easily accessible by taxi to Shuijinggou and MixC. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast area, a small shop, was welcoming and friendly, offering everything from white cakes to sauerkraut noodles. I especially want to commend the housekeeping lady, who was very helpful. When I asked about the laundry room, she offered to help me take it there. When I returned that evening, she had dried and folded our clothes neatly in the room. Such a thoughtful gesture.
