MMengchuangdeweiyuchuqingParking was a bit of a hassle; we asked the front desk for directions and parked in the surface parking lot on the other side. The hotel's underground parking is a flight of stairs from the hotel, which is inconvenient for those with luggage. Everything else was great. There's an elevator, the rooms are spacious, and the facilities are complete and new. The front desk even provided makeup remover wipes and individually packaged sunscreen. Breakfast was also provided, and the price was good. Highly recommended.

The mattress is moderately hard and soft, the sound insulation effect is excellent, and the outside noise is completely inaudible. The staff Xiao Zhao and the service butler Xiao Jiang are kind and respond promptly to needs. The breakfast porridge is soft, the snacks are exquisite, and the taste is online. The room is very quiet, the layout is very comfortable, and the toilet and bathroom are separated, making the whole space very spacious and comfortable. When ordering takeout, robots and the front desk lady will deliver it, which is super convenient. The service attitude of the front desk lady is very good. In short, it is highly recommended!

Cons:
Despite its name, railway station isn't that close. You need to take a taxi (or walk 30 minutes).
Check-in process for foreigners will be very tiring (we had to wait 40 minutes in hotel lobby with extremely tired two kids, being questioned by staff about many things. We were asked 'why did you visit here', I thought this is a very ride question. Hotel should welcome guests instead of interrogating them especially when they're super tired after a long day. I'm not blaming the staff as they seem to be doing what they were told to do (protocol I suppose). But we didn't face such interrogating in any of the other hotels in China so I'm not sure why.
Another inconvenience, the laundry facility doesn't have a dryer.. We ended up with a load of wet clothes after using the washing machine.. So be aware.

GGuest UserIts quite far from the town. We booked normal room but got upgraded for free, what a courtesy. Really enjoyed my stay here and my baby enjoyed showering in the bath tub a lot. There was a “xiaodu” smart device but it speaks only chinese. Its okay. Overall, good stay!

The bathroom features a scientifically designed wet and dry separation. The sofa is very comfortable, perfect for those with back problems. There are sterilized ceramic teacups available for immediate use. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a great view of the gently flowing river. The lighting is soft and not glaring, and the smart curtain system works very well. There are many night markets and local delicacies nearby, all within a ten-minute walk, making it a great option for food lovers!

YYelanwotingfengchuiyu07Upon entering the room, the first thing that catches the eye is the impeccable environment; every corner is spotless, and everything is neatly arranged. The room is fully equipped, and the view from the window is of lush greenery. My stay was excellent, especially the warm and welcoming service from the butlers, Xiao Xie and Xiao Hu, at the front desk. If I have the opportunity to return, I will definitely stay at Luhu Lake again!

In particular, I want to give Xiao Wang a thumbs up 👍 From the warm reception at check-in to the intimate inquiry of needs and timely problem solving during the stay, he was patient and meticulous throughout the whole process, which made me feel full of care. The hotel environment is clean and well-equipped, plus Xiao Wang's excellent service, it is perfect! I will definitely choose here next time!

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a great location, just across from BBK, and easily accessible by taxi to Shuijinggou and MixC.
The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast area, a small shop, was welcoming and friendly, offering everything from white cakes to sauerkraut noodles.
I especially want to commend the housekeeping lady, who was very helpful. When I asked about the laundry room, she offered to help me take it there. When I returned that evening, she had dried and folded our clothes neatly in the room. Such a thoughtful gesture.
