4-Star Hotels in Shengzhou

The hotel staff didn't speak any English at all, but they were quite helpful. The room itself wasn't cleaned and there was clearly visible dirt on the carpet, we also got used, dirty and smelly hotel slippers - I asked the staff by using translator to replace it and clean our room because it wasn't cleaned, the promised to do this. They changed our slippers to new ones but the carpet wasn't vacuumed properly again. Apart from that it was fine. Breakfast was nice, rooms are spacious. The check-in and check-out procedure is time consuming because the staff doesn't know English and their procedures are aged - they copied my whole passport with all the previous trips to China and produced a lot of paper in the process for no reason. The check-out was done and we were asked to wait (to check if we used mini bar or something), but no one told us afterwards we can go so we waited for 5 minutes for no reason, I finally asked if we can go and only then the receptionist said yes xD

Going out is the beautiful cycling road, so enjoyable! The biggest surprise of staying at Huazhu Village Hot Spring Lake Resort Hotel is definitely their cycling service! As a cycling enthusiast, I am simply too satisfied. Very new and clean, very smooth and comfortable to ride. The procedures in front of the hotel are very simple and fast, the staff is very enthusiastic and professional] help me choose the car, debugging the height, and the charge is cheap. The best thing is the hotel's carefully prepared riding road map! The leisure route around the lake is about 4 kilometers, very safe, and the scenery is beautiful. You can see the lake along the road. The map guide is clear, so you don't have to worry about getting lost. Cycling along the lake in the morning, the breeze is blowing, the birds and flowers are fragrant, so pleasant! The hotel room was very comfortable. The breakfast was good and the service staff were generally enthusiastic] was also satisfactory.  If you like riding, or want to try a relaxing and enjoyable ride, Huazhu Village Shengzhou Hot Spring Lake Resort is definitely the ideal choice! Professional facilities, intimate service and excellent route planning make riding the most memorable part of this stay. Highly recommended, will come again next time!
