The hotel staff didn't speak any English at all, but they were quite helpful. The room itself wasn't cleaned and there was clearly visible dirt on the carpet, we also got used, dirty and smelly hotel slippers - I asked the staff by using translator to replace it and clean our room because it wasn't cleaned, the promised to do this. They changed our slippers to new ones but the carpet wasn't vacuumed properly again. Apart from that it was fine. Breakfast was nice, rooms are spacious. The check-in and check-out procedure is time consuming because the staff doesn't know English and their procedures are aged - they copied my whole passport with all the previous trips to China and produced a lot of paper in the process for no reason. The check-out was done and we were asked to wait (to check if we used mini bar or something), but no one told us afterwards we can go so we waited for 5 minutes for no reason, I finally asked if we can go and only then the receptionist said yes xD

The hotel is located in a relatively remote area of ​​the new city. Fortunately, there is a food street nearby, and it is only about four or five kilometers away from the commercial center. The customer service staff is polite and enthusiastic. The room furnishings are simple. There were no shower caps or cotton swabs, and the bath gel was almost gone. The items were obviously insufficient. All three pillows smelled greasy, which was the worst part 😰

The breakfast waiter collects the dishes and washes them before taking them out for the next guest to use. Don't they need to disinfect them? Because I eat next to the kitchen, I can see it more clearly.

Situated in Ganlin Town, it's a bit far from the city center of Shengzhou, but the quiet environment is conducive to rest. The lobby offers a variety of wines and gifts for purchase. The room decor is rather traditional, suitable for those who prefer a more understated style. The hot water in the shower is plentiful and comfortable, and the shampoo and shower gel come in two generous tubs, which is quite amusing. Breakfast features some local specialties such as rice cake soup, which tastes good. The restaurant manager is always at the front desk greeting guests with New Year's greetings, demonstrating professionalism and traditional etiquette. Overall, it's a decent hotel and I would recommend it.
