"This was my second stay at the Kaiyuan Mingdu Hotel in Shengzhou, and my overall impression remains excellent. The front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant staff were all incredibly proactive, warm, and thoughtful. Although there was a minor cleanliness issue when the beds were combined, both the duty manager and housekeeping staff were quick to address it. Their attention to detail, in particular, left a deep impression on us, truly showcasing their dedication and professionalism.

"On a morning rush to catch the early high-speed train, I was just looking for a quick bite, but the breakfast at the Hilton Garden Inn Shengzhou was a lifesaver. The restaurant was already warm and inviting at 7 am, the aroma of freshly ground coffee filling the air. The freshly baked croissants were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, bursting with buttery flavor. The Chinese porridge was cooked until smooth and creamy, paired with refreshing pickles, instantly waking my slumbering stomach. What touched me most was that the front desk staff, seeing me rushing with my suitcase, proactively packed me a sandwich and milk, and thoughtfully reminded me to ”be careful on the road.” This breakfast was filled with warmth and hospitality; I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Shengzhou!"

"Bringing parents, the scenery has nothing to say, the eyes are green, the air is super good. The landscape pool is clean and the view is wide. The elderly also love to sit on the side and watch the scenery. The waiters were very patient, helped with the luggage, and gave the children a small gift. The food tastes light and not greasy, the local characteristics are obvious, and the whole family is very satisfied. It is very worry-free to choose here for a short vacation."

"In a large courtyard, there is a large parking lot, the lobby is spacious, bright and stylish, the basic file of the room is booked, the single person is enough, the place in front of the bed is quite spacious, the suitcase is spread out does not affect the walk, when you check out, you can see the room with a sofa next door. The space is quite large.
The front desk is very polite, the water is large, the whole house is smart, very good value, very close to Yuexiu Road, it is recommended that the tofu of Lao Ma Shengjian is absolutely fried."

The hotel is in a bustling street, parking is convenient, transportation is convenient, the front desk staff is warmly received, and the service is very good. The room was clean and tidy, the facilities were complete, the disposable slippers, the toothbrush was very thick, and the air conditioning effect was very good. The breakfast buffet is hygienic, rich and delicious, the restaurant aunt is warmly received, and a wonderful stay.

Gabor87The hotel staff didn't speak any English at all, but they were quite helpful. The room itself wasn't cleaned and there was clearly visible dirt on the carpet, we also got used, dirty and smelly hotel slippers - I asked the staff by using translator to replace it and clean our room because it wasn't cleaned, the promised to do this. They changed our slippers to new ones but the carpet wasn't vacuumed properly again. Apart from that it was fine. Breakfast was nice, rooms are spacious. The check-in and check-out procedure is time consuming because the staff doesn't know English and their procedures are aged - they copied my whole passport with all the previous trips to China and produced a lot of paper in the process for no reason. The check-out was done and we were asked to wait (to check if we used mini bar or something), but no one told us afterwards we can go so we waited for 5 minutes for no reason, I finally asked if we can go and only then the receptionist said yes xD

酒店地理位置挺好的，不在鬧市區但吃飯很方便，附近有條美食街能不用等位就吃到嵊州當地的特色小吃，品種很多，都是名廚現做的，住的幾天天天吃也不太重樣，太好吃了。房間很寬敞，住得比較舒服的，酒店門口是個大的停車場，車位有點緊張，遇到過一次沒位子了，前台小姐姐讓出了自己的車位給我們。地下停車場聽前台講使用起來挺繁瑣的，客人自己不能免費使用。衞生狀況勉強還行，剛進入房間的時候有點驚訝，咖啡桌和小邊桌上一片油漬，叫來打掃阿姨希望清潔消毒下，但阿姨回話讓用餐巾紙擦擦就行。房間傢俱和床頭我都是自己擦拭的，擦出來很多灰和臟，可以肯定的是房間沒有預先擦過就安排客人入住了，估計衹換了下床上用品而已，奇怪的是居然沒有客房經理檢查？到了晚上吃完飯回房間還看見阿姨沒下班在清潔別的房間，想來工作量是非常大的，沒時間做到細緻規範。

When visiting Shengzhou, the room is not bad, the address is good, there are delicious restaurants nearby, and it is convenient to travel. The waiter's attitude is good, but the breakfast is simple. The breakfast waiter collects the dishes and washes them before taking them out for the next guest to use. Don't they need to disinfect them? Because I eat next to the kitchen, I can see it more clearly.

The house is small.
The facilities basically meet the requirements, that is, there is no plastic slippers, the bath is not very convenient, just scrubbed it casually.
Breakfast is rare, but the ingredients are very simple, except for porridge, yam, corn, pastries, etc. are a bit cold. .
The sound insulation of the room is poor, there is a room to play cards, and it is in the middle of the night.
Also, this time I stayed at the hotel, my luck was really bad! Not only did I lose my room card when I went out, but also my pajamas were pulled in the hotel when I left! Stayed in such a hotel for more than 20 years, this is the first time I have encountered it!

The hotel in general was nice and good location, my train to Hangzhou was canceled and one of the workers helped me so much to book a taxi and he had helped me to get soap for ourselves as It was missing, the service was more than excellent If I ever come back I know which hotel to use again

Stayed twice, the room type is still OK, the last location is no window, compared to the quiet, this window will be a bit noisy at night, but if there is a window, it may be a little circulating, comfortable, this depends on personal preference, infrastructure effect is the same
