GGuest UserI really liked the hotel's simple and elegant decor. It was also very clean and meticulously maintained, with beautifully arranged facilities. The hotel had a laundry room and a gym, and was very clean, giving me peace of mind during my stay. The surrounding area had convenient transportation and free parking. The air conditioning was cool, and I slept soundly all night. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time!

GGuest UserThis stay experience was disappointing.
The room was not hygienic, and there were stains and blood stains from the previous guest on the bed. It was really uncomfortable when I saw it. The sheets were obviously not replaced seriously.
The service is not fair. Other guests who check out together have lattes and souvenirs. I have nothing here. Even the mineral water needs to be picked up by myself. I feel that I have not been treated equally.
I hope that the hotel can strengthen room cleaning and improve service fairness, and this situation will not happen again.

AAnonymous UserDuring the Spring Festival, the price is three times faster than usual. The corner room is relatively small and the sound insulation is very poor. The noise downstairs at 11 o'clock in the evening is very loud. The sound of sweeping the floor outside at 5 o'clock in the morning is huge. I don't know what equipment the sound has been buzzing. Health and service are OK, Shengzhou snacks are delicious.

GGuest User過年來嵊州旅遊，客觀的説，酒店地理位置不錯，離越秀路和古城牆東前街步行就能到，房間設施衞生都還不錯，但是，重點來了： 1.入住的時候前台給了兩張卡，一張是房卡，一張是取電卡。但是不巧，給我們的取電卡是失效的，導致我們誤把房卡插上取電，出門的時候帶了失效的取電卡。回房間的時候，開了門幾次不行 ，這是一女性服務員，過來看了後，帶着説教的口吻説：這是取電卡，你們拿着取電卡，開一天，這門也打不開的。***!後來她用萬能門卡打開後，發現取電卡確實失效，給我們換了張。這個説教的態度…，大家自行腦補。2.酒店有大型的餐飲宴席，樓面一半是餐飲包房，一半是客房，還有卡拉OK，房間的隔音啊😱，啥曲目聽得一清二楚，夜夜笙歌。所以，如果節假日要來的，大家考慮清楚吧，停車難，環境嘈雜。上述真實客觀評價，供大家參考。

The service attitude of the lady at the front desk is very good, patient and meticulous, worthy of praise, the breakfast is rich, recommended!

GGuest UserIt's located right after exiting the Yongjin Expressway, making it very convenient to drive there. Situated in Ganlin Town, it's a bit far from the city center of Shengzhou, but the quiet environment is conducive to rest. The lobby offers a variety of wines and gifts for purchase. The room decor is rather traditional, suitable for those who prefer a more understated style. The hot water in the shower is plentiful and comfortable, and the shampoo and shower gel come in two generous tubs, which is quite amusing. Breakfast features some local specialties such as rice cake soup, which tastes good. The restaurant manager is always at the front desk greeting guests with New Year's greetings, demonstrating professionalism and traditional etiquette. Overall, it's a decent hotel and I would recommend it.

CccxzymA few friends came out to play together and chose this place that looks more cost-effective. Parking is still more convenient. There is a special parking lot. The parking lot management is also strict. There is no outside car coming in. The tatami was chosen, the room was very compact, but the bathroom was quite large, the overall hygiene was also very good, there was no smell of smoke. The air conditioner was particularly powerful, the room was very warm, and it was closed at night. The service is also OK, the rounds, the vehicles are very fast in and out.

It was also the first time I encountered a situation where the front desk was prompted with ”overdue phone bills” when calling the room phone, so I could only call the front desk with my mobile phone. Overall, it was good.
