Stayed here during Labor Day, so it was quite busy. Check-in took a while. The room had standard budget hotel decor, but a nice perk was the balcony. Being close to Huanghai Forest Park meant good views and fresh air. The smart TV in the room wasn't working. I spent ages trying to fix it. When I called the front desk for maintenance that evening, the technician came, took one look, and just said, 'None of the TVs in the hotel rooms are working, haha.' What a waste of time; they could have just told me that over the phone. Also, the electrical outlet on the bathroom wall was broken and very loose – a real safety hazard. And the shower door wouldn't close properly, always leaking water onto the floor. However, the hotel did provide free tickets for three to Huanghai Forest Park, which was a nice bonus. P.S. We also had dinner at the hotel. It was a set menu, but the service was very slow, and the food was just okay.

Hotel location is very good, the traffic is very convenient, the front desk service is first-class, the room is clean, the breakfast is rich, the coffee is free when you check out, it is a good stay experience.

Choosing this hotel for my trip was an excellent decision. The environment is superb, and the room was clean and tidy, making for a very comfortable stay. Front desk staff, Xiao Xu and Xiao Chen, were friendly and provided excellent service. The surrounding amenities are complete, and transportation is convenient. Overall, I'm satisfied with every aspect.

The hotel is equivalent to a high-end express hotel, with good environment and hygiene. The disadvantage is that the bathroom is not separated into dry and wet areas, and the water from the shower room flows out to the toilet. If you are not careful when using the toilet, you may slip. The breakfast is relatively simple, but it is about the same according to the price positioning.

Coincidentally, I traveled on the day of the provincial exam, and many hotels in the city raised their prices. In comparison, this hotel offered great value for money. The location was a bit out of the way, but acceptable if you're driving. The environment and service were excellent, and the bathroom featured a separate shower and vanity. The front desk was also very enthusiastic, offering complimentary breakfast and proactively providing bottled water upon check-out. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, and the tableware sterilization was very standardized, looking exceptionally clean and tidy. While the taste might not quite match the gourmet breakfasts found in the city center, it certainly met the requirements for being nutritious, rich, and hygienic. Overall, it offers high value for money and is highly recommended.

I especially like the smart guest control system, which makes it very convenient to adjust the lighting/air conditioning by voice! **3. Although it is located in a busy city, the double-layer soundproof glass completely isolates the noise, ensuring perfect quietness. This stay completely refreshed my understanding of mid- to high-end hotels. Atour interpreted the brand concept of ”humanity, warmth, and fun” with details. Whether you are traveling for business or leisure, this is a quality choice worth staying in again and again! When I checked out, I was already looking forward to our next encounter. The Vienna Hotel has excellent facilities. Although it's about ten years old, it's well-maintained and looks quite new. The decor is modern and trendy. The room has two sets of light wood wardrobes and a large desk for laptops. I buy breakfast every day; it's plentiful with both meat and vegetables, fresh milk, and various drinks. The housekeeping is thorough and efficient. The bedding and towels are professionally disinfected. The showerhead has sufficient water pressure that doesn't irritate the skin. The front desk service is excellent.

I really enjoyed this hotel--great value for the condition/location of the rooms. They are more like apartments in houses. The hotel and surrounding area is very clean, quiet, and beautiful especially at night with the lights. The hotel staff was very helpful in picking me up late at night as well as ensuring I got a taxi and got to the train station when I checked out. Xiao Xue, who works at the front desk, even accompanied me to the train station an hour's drive away in Yancheng. She also made sure my belongings were stored from noon-6pm after I checked out and was exploring the area. Two of the other front desk also helped me as well. As the location of the hotel is quite rural, I would recommend getting a taxi from the front desk well ahead of your departure time if you are leaving by bus or train.
